Ezekiel 30
1 And the word of Yahweh came unto me, saying:
Awo ekigambo kya Mukama Katonda ne kinzijira n’aŋŋamba nti,
2 Son of man Prophesy. and thou shalt say, Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, — Howl ye. Alas for the day!
“Omwana w’omuntu, wa obunnabbi oyogere nti: ‘Bw’ati bw’ayogera Mukama Katonda nti, “‘Mwekaabireko mwogere nti, “Zibasanze ku lunaku olwo”
3 For near, is a day, Yea near, is a day pertaining to Yahweh, A day of cloud, A time of nations, shall it be!
kubanga olunaku luli kumpi, olunaku lwa Mukama luli kumpi, olunaku olw’ebire eri bannaggwanga.
4 Then shall come a sword into Egypt, And there shall be a pang in Ethiopia When the deadly wounded one falleth in Egypt, - And they take away her multitude, and, her foundations, are broken down.
Ekitala kirirumba Misiri, n’ennaku eribeera mu Buwesiyopya. Bwe balifiira mu Misiri, obugagga bwe bulitwalibwa n’emisingi gyayo girimenyebwa.’
5 Ethiopia and Libya and Lydia, and all the mixed multitude and Cub, and the sons of the land of the covenant with them—by the sword, shall they fall.
Obuwesiyopya, ne Puuti, ne Luudi ne Buwalabu yonna, ne Kubu n’abantu bonna ab’ensi ey’endagaano balittibwa ekitala awamu ne Misiri.
6 Thus saith Yahweh, Then shall fall the supporters of Egypt, Then shall come down the pride of her strength, —From Migdol to Seweneh, by the sword shall they fall therein, Declareth My Lord, Yahweh.
“‘Bw’ati bw’ayogera Mukama nti, “‘Abawagira Misiri baligwa, n’amaanyi ge yeewaana nago galimuggwa. Okuva ku mulongooti ogw’e Sevene baligwa n’ekitala, bw’ayogera Mukama Katonda.
7 So shall they be made desolate in the midst of lands that are desolate, - And: his cities—in the midst of cities that are laid waste, shall be found.
Balirekebwawo wakati mu nsi endala ezalekebwawo, n’ebibuga byabwe biribeera ebimu ku ebyo ebyasaanawo.
8 So shall they know that, I am Yahweh, - By my setting a fire in Egypt, When all her helpers shall be broken.
Olwo balimanya nga nze Mukama bwe ndikuma ku Misiri omuliro, n’ababeezi baayo bonna balibetentebwa.
9 In that day, shall messengers go forth from before me making haste, to cause dread unto Ethiopia so confident, - And a pang shall be upon them in the day of Egypt, For lo! it cometh.
“‘Ku lunaku olwo ndiweereza ababaka mu byombo okutiisatiisa Obuwesiyopya buve mu bugayaavu bwabwo. Entiisa eribakwata ku lunaku Misiri lwe linakuwala, kubanga entiisa erina okujja.
10 Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, — Therefore will I cause to cease the multitude of Egypt, by the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon:
“‘Bw’ati bw’ayogera Mukama Katonda nti, “‘Ndimalawo ebibinja by’Abamisiri nga nkozesa omukono gwa Nebukadduneeza kabaka w’e Babulooni.
11 He, and his people with him the terrible ones of the nations are about to be brought in to destroy the land, - Therefore shall they unsheathe their swords against Egypt, and fill the land with the slain;
Ye n’eggye lye, ensi esinga okuba enkambwe mu mawanga, balireetebwa okuzikiriza ensi. Baligyayo ebitala byabwe ne bajjuza ensi ey’e Misiri emirambo.
12 And I will make the rivers dry, and will sell the land into the hand of wicked one.—and make the land desolate with the fulness thereof, by the hand of foreigners, I, Yahweh! have spoken.
Ndikaza emigga gya Kiyira, ne ntunda ensi eri abantu ababi; nga nkozesa bannaggwanga, ndizikiriza ensi na buli kintu ekigirimu. Nze Mukama nkyogedde.
13 Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, Therefore will I destroy the manufactured gods and Cause to cease the worthless goals, out of Noph, And prince out of the land of Egypt, shall none arise any more, - And I will cause fear in the land of Egypt.
“‘Bw’ati bw’ayogera Mukama Katonda nti, “‘Ndizikiriza bakatonda baabwe ne nzikiriza bakatonda abakole n’emikono mu Noofu. Temulibaamu mulangira mu nsi ey’e Misiri nate, era ensi yonna ndigireetako entiisa.
14 Then will I bring desolation upon Pathros, and Set a fire in Zoan, and Execute judgments upon No: and
Ndifuula Pasulo okuba amatongo, ne Zowani ndikikumako omuliro ne mbonereza n’ab’omu No.
15 Pour out mine indignation upon Sin the stronghold of Egypt, and Will cut off the multitude of No.
Ndifuka ekiruyi kyange ku Sini, ekigo kya Misiri eky’amaanyi, era ndimalawo n’ebibinja bya No.
16 So will I set a fire in Egypt, Sore anguish shall take Sin. And, No, shall be for rending asunder, And Noph, be in straits every day,
Ndikuma omuliro ku Misiri, ne Sini baliba mu bubalagaze bungi, ne No balitwalibwa omuyaga, ne Noofu baliba mu kubonaabona okw’olubeerera.
17 The young men of Aven and Pi-beseth, by the sword, shall fall; And lo! into captivity, shall they themselves wend their way.
Abavubuka ab’e Oni n’ab’e Pibesesi baligwa n’ekitala, n’ebibuga biriwambibwa.
18 And in Tehaphnehes, hath the day become dark, Because I have broken, there the yoke-bars of Egypt, And there shall be made to cease therein the pride of her strength, — She, a cloud, shall cover her! And her daughters into captivity, shall wend their way.
Enzikiza eriba ku Tapaneese emisana, bwe ndimenya ekikoligo kya Misiri, era n’amaanyi ge yeewaana nago galimuggwaamu. Alibikkibwa n’ebire era n’ebyalo bye biriwambibwa.
19 Thus will I execute judgments on Egypt; And they shall know that, I, am Yahweh.
Bwe ntyo bwe ndibonereza Misiri, bategeere nga nze Mukama.’”
20 And it came to pass in the eleventh year in the first month on the seventh of the month, that the word of Yahweh came unto me saying:
Awo mu mwaka ogw’ekkumi n’ogumu, mu mwezi ogw’olubereberye ku lunaku olw’omusanvu, ekigambo kya Mukama ne kinzijira n’aŋŋamba nti,
21 Son of man, The arm of Pharaoh king of Egypt, have I broken, - And lo! it hath not been bound up-To apply healing remedies To put on a bandage for binding it up. To make it strong to grasp the sword.
“Omwana w’omuntu, mmenye omukono gwa Falaawo, ye kabaka w’e Misiri, era laba tegusibiddwa okusiigako eddagala, n’okugussaako ekiwero okugusiba, guleme okufuna amaanyi okukwata ekitala.
22 Therefore, Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh-Behold me! against Pharaoh king of Egypt, Therefore will I break his arms, That which is strong, and That which is broken, - So will I cause the sword to fall out of his hand.
Mukama Katonda kyava ayogera nti, Nnina ensonga ne Falaawo, ye kabaka w’e Misiri, era ndimenya emikono gye, omulamu ogw’amaanyi n’ogwo ogwamenyekako, ne nsuula ekitala okuva mu mukono gwe.
23 And I will disperse the Egyptians among the nations, — And scatter them throughout the lands;
Ndisaasaanya Abamisiri mu mawanga ne mu nsi ennyingi.
24 And will uphold the arms of the king of Babylon, And put my sword into his hand, - And will break the arms of Pharaoh, And he shall utter the groans of one thrust through, before him.
Ndinyweza emikono gya kabaka w’e Babulooni ne nteeka ekitala mu mukono gwe, naye ndimenya emikono gya Falaawo, era alisindira mu maaso ga kabaka w’e Babulooni, ng’omuntu afumitiddwa anaatera okufa.
25 Yea I will uphold the arms of the king of Babylon, But the arms of Pharaoh shall fall, And they shall know that I am Yahweh By my putting my sword into the hand of the king of Babylon, And he shall stretch it out against the land of Egypt.
Ndinyweza emikono gya kabaka w’e Babulooni, naye emikono gya Falaawo giriremala, balyoke bamanye nga nze Mukama. Nditeeka ekitala mu mikono gya kabaka w’e Babulooni, n’akigololera ku nsi y’e Misiri.
26 So will I disperse the Egyptians among the nations, And scatter them throughout the lands, And they shall know that, I, am Yahweh.
Ndibunya Abamisiri mu mawanga ne mbasaasaanya ne mu nsi yonna, era balimanya nga nze Mukama.”
