Ezekiel 24
1 And the word of Yahweh came unto me. in the ninth year in the tenth month, on the tenth of the month, saying:
Miabot kanako ang pulong ni Yahweh sa ika-siyam nga tuig, sa ika-napulo nga bulan, ug sa ika-napulo nga adlaw sa mao nga bulan, nga nag-ingon,
2 Son of man. Write thee the name of the day, this selfsame day, —the king of Babylon cast himself against Jerusalem, on this selfsame day.
“Anak sa tawo, isulat ang ngalan niining adlawa, niining maong adlawa, tungod kay karong adlawa gipalibotan sa hari sa Babilonia ang Jerusalem.
3 Put thou forth therefore, against the perverse house a parable, and say unto them Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh: Set on the caldron set it on, Moreover also pour into it water:
Busa pagsulti ug panultihon batok niining masinupakon nga panimalay, usa ka sambingay. Sultihi sila, 'Miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini: Itak-ang ang kaldero. Itak-ang kini ug bubo-i kini ug tubig.
4 Gather the pieces thereof into it, Every good piece thigh and shoulder, With the choice of the bones, fill it:
Pagkuha ug pipila ka karne sulod niini, matag maayo nga bahin—paa ug abaga— ug pun-a kini sa pinakamaayo nga mga bukog.
5 Take of the choice of the rock, Moreover also pile of bones place under it, - Boil the pieces thereof, Yea let the bones of it seethe in the midst thereof.
Ihawa ang labing maayo sa panon sa mananap ug isugnod sa ilalom niini ang mga bukog. Pabukala kini ug lutoa ang mga bukog niini.
6 Wherefore, Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, Woe! city of bloodshed. The caldron whose scum is in it, and whose scum, hath not gone out of it: Piece by piece, bring it out, There hath fallen thereon no lot.
Busa miingon niini si Yahweh nga Ginoo: Pagkaalaot sa siyudad sa dugo, ang kaldero nga gitaya na ug dili na mawala pa kana nga taya. Isa-isaha kini pagkuha, apan ayaw pagripa alang niini.
7 For, her own blood, hath come to be in her midst, Upon the smooth face of the cliff, hath she set it, - She hath not poured it out on the earth, that she might cover it with dust.
Tungod kay ang iyang dugo anaa sa iyang taliwala. Gipahimutang niya kini sa hamis nga bato; wala niya kini gibubo sa yuta diin kini matabonan sa abog,
8 To bring up indignation to execute an avenging, have I set her blood upon the smooth face of the cliff, —that it may not be covered.
busa nagdala kini ug kaligutgot ngadto sa hingpit nga panimalos. Gibutang ko ang iyang dugo ngadto sa hamis nga bato aron nga dili kini matabonan.
9 Wherefore Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, Woe! city of bloodshed, —Even I myself, will make large the pile.
Busa, nagsulti niini si Yahweh nga Ginoo: Pagkaalaot sa siyudad sa dugo. Padak-on ko usab ang tinapok nga sugnod.
10 Heap on the wood Kindle the fire, Consume the flesh, Yea season with spice, And let the bones be scorched.
Dapoga ang mga sugnod ug paghaling. Lutoa pag-ayo ang karne ug isagol ang mga lamas ug paiga ang mga bukog.
11 Then set it upon the live coals thereof empty, —that the copper of it may be scorched and burn. So that the impurity thereof may be annihilated within it The scum thereof be consumed,
Unya itak-ang ang kaldero diha sa baga, aron mainit ug masunog ang bronsi, aron matunaw ang kahugaw nga anaa niini, ug mawala ang taya.'
12 With toils, hath she wearied herself, —Since her abundant scum will not go out of her, into the fire, with her scum!
Gikapoy siya tungod sa iyang paghago, apan wala natangtang diha kaniya ang taya pinaagi sa kalayo.
13 In thine uncleanness, is lewdness; be- cause I purified thee and thou wast not purified, from thine uncleanness, thou shalt not be purified any more, until I have let mine indignation rest upon thee.
Ang imong makauulaw nga binuhatan mao ang imong pagkahugaw, tungod kay gihinloan ko na ikaw, apan nagpakahugaw ka gihapon. Wala ka gihapon nakalingkawas gikan sa imong pagkahugaw hangtod nga ipahimutang ko diha kanimo ang akong kaligutgot.
14 I Yahweh, have spoken It cometh and I will perform I will not let alone, neither will I shield, Nor will I repent, - According to thy ways and according to thy doings, have they judged thee, Declareth My Lord Yahweh.
Ako, si Yahweh, ang namulong niini, ug buhaton ko kini. Dili ako mohunong ni magpahulay gikan niini. Sama sa imong binuhatan, ug sa imong mga buluhaton, hukman ka gayod nila! —mao kini ang gipamulong ni Yahweh nga Ginoo.”
15 And the word of Yahweh came unto me saying:
Unya miabot kanako ang pulong ni Yahweh nga nag-igon,
16 Son of Man Behold me! taking away from thee the delight of thine eyes, with a stroke, - But thou shall not lament Neither shalt thou weep, Neither shall come—thy tears:
“Anak sa tawo! Tan-awa, kuhaon ko gikan kanimo ang gikahimut-an sa imong mga mata inubanan sa hampak, apan kinahanglan nga dili ka magbangotan o ni maghilak, ug kinahanglan nga dili motulo ang imong luha.
17 To groan, forbear, Over the dead—no mourning, shalt thou make Thy chaplet, bind thou on thee And thy sandals: , put thou on thy feet, And thou shalt not cover thy beard, And the bread of other men, shalt thou not eat.
Kinahanglan mag-agulo ka sa hilom. Ayaw paghaya ug minatay. Pagpurong ug sul-oba ang imong mga sandalyas, apan ayaw taboni ang imong bangas o mokaon ug tinapay sa kalalakin-an nga nagbangotan tungod sa pagkamatay sa ilang mga asawa.”
18 So I spake unto the people in the morning, and my wife died in the evening, —and I did in the morning, as I had been commanded.
Busa nakigsulti ako sa katawhan sa pagkabuntag, ug namatay ang akong asawa pagkagabii. Pagkabuntag gibuhat ko ang gisugo kanako.
19 Then said the people unto me: Wilt thou not tell us what these things are to us, that thou shouldst be acting thus?
Nangutana ang katawhan kanako, “Dili mo ba kami sultihan kung unsa ang pasabot niining mga butanga, ang mga butang nga imong gibuhat?”
20 So I said unto them: The word of Yahweh hath come unto me, saying:
Busa gisultihan ko sila, “Miabot kanako ang pulong ni Yahweh nga nag-ingon,
21 Say to the house of Israel thus, saith My Lord. Yahweh, Behold me! profaning my sanctuary. The pride of your strength, The delight of your eyes And the object of the tender regard of your soul, - And your sons and your daughters whom ye have left behind, by the sword, shall fall.
'Sultihi ang panimalay sa Israel, nag-ingon niini si Yahweh nga Ginoo: Tan-awa! Panamastamasan ko ang akong balaang dapit— ang garbo sa inyong gahom, ang gikahimut-an sa inyong mga mata, ug ang gitinguha sa inyong kalag, ug malaglag pinaagi sa espada ang nangabiyaan ninyo nga anak nga mga lalaki ug anak nga mga babaye.
22 Then shall ye do, as I have done.— The beard, shall ye not cover, And the bread of other men: , shall ye not eat;
Unya buhaton ninyo ang tukmang butang sama sa akong gibuhat: Dili ninyo tabonan ang inyong bangas, ni mokaon sa tinapay sa nagbangotan nga kalalakin-an!
23 And your chaplets shall be on your heads. And your sandals on your feet, Ye shall neither lament, nor weep, - Yet shall ye pine away in your iniquities, and shall groan one to another.
Hinuon magpurong kamo, ug magsuot ug sandalyas; dili na kamo magbangotan o maghilak, tungod kay malanay kamo sa inyong mga kasal-anan, ug mag-agulo ang matag-usa ka tawo alang sa iyang igsoon nga lalaki.
24 So shall Ezekiel become to you a wonder, According to all that he hath done, shall ye do: When it cometh, then shall ye know that I am The Lord, Yahweh.
Busa mahimong timailhan si Ezekiel alang kaninyo, buhaton usab ninyo sa umaabot ang tanan niyang gibuhat. Unya masayran ninyo nga ako ang Ginoo nga si Yahweh!”'
25 Thou, therefore Son of man, Shall it not be— In the day when I take away from them Their strength, The joy of their adorning, — The delight of their eyes And the desire of their soul, Their sons and their daughters
Apan ikaw, anak sa tawo, sa adlaw nga dakpon ko ang ilang templo, nga mao ang ilang kalipay, ang ilang garbo, ug ang ilang nakita ug gitinguha—ug sa dihang kuhaon ko kanila ang ilang anak nga mga lalaki ug anak nga mga babaye—
26 That in that day, one that hath escaped shall come in unto thee, —to cause thee to hear it with thine own ears?
nianang adlawa, moabot diha kaninyo ang binihag nga nakaikyas aron sa paghatag kaninyo sa mga balita!
27 That in that day, thy mouth shall be opened unto him that hath escaped, And thou shalt speak and not be dumb any longer? So shalt thou become to them a wonder, And they shall know that, I, am Yahweh.
Nianang adlawa maabli ang inyong baba ug makigsulti kamo nianang nakaikyas nga binihag—dili na kamo magpakahilom pa. Mahimo kamong timailhan alang kanila aron nga masayran nila nga ako si Yahweh.”
