< Ezekiel 22 >

1 And the word of Yahweh came unto me, saying:
Kalpasanna, immay kaniak ti sao ni Yahweh a kunana,
2 Thou therefore son of man, Wilt thou judge wilt thou judge the city of bloodshed; and cause her to know all her abominations?
“Ita, sika nga anak ti tao, mangikeddengkanto kadi? Kedngamto kadi ti siudad ti dara? Ipakaammon kenkuana dagiti amin a makarimon nga inar-aramidna.
3 Thou shalt say then Thus saith My Lord. Yahweh, A city shedding blood in her own midst That her time might come, Therefore hath she been making manufactured gods for herself, to be defiled.
Masapul nga ibagam, ‘Kastoy ti kuna ti Apo a ni Yahweh: Daytoy a siudad ket nangpasayasay iti dara iti tengngana isu a dimtengen ti tiempona; maysa a siudad a nangaramid kadagiti didiosen tapno tulawanna ti bagina!
4 Because of the blood which thou hast shed, hast thou become guilty. And with the manufactured gods which thou hast made, hast thou defiled thyself, Thus hast thou brought near thy days, And hast come unto thy years, — For this cause, have I delivered thee As a reproach to the nations, And as a derision to all the lands.
Nakabasolka gapu iti dara a pinasayasaymo, ken nagbalinka a narugit babaen kadagiti didiosen nga inaramidmo! Ta pinaasidegmon dagiti aldawmo ket dimtengen dagiti maudi a tawenmo. Isu a pagbalinenkanto a pagkakatawaan dagiti dadduma a nasion ken malalais iti imatang ti tunggal daga.
5 They who are near and they who are far off from thee shall shew themselves derisive over thee, — O thou of impure name, abounding in confusion!
Agpadanto a laisendaka dagiti adda iti asidegmo ken dagiti adda iti adayom, sika a natulawan a siudad, nga agdindinamag iti sadinnoman gapu ta napnoan iti riribuk!’
6 Lo! the princes of Israel, every man for his own arm, have they been in thee, For the sake of shedding blood.
Kitaem, immay kenka dagiti mangiturturay iti Israel, tunggal maysa babaen iti bukodna a bileg tapno agpasayasay iti dara!
7 Father and mother, have they despised in thee, To the sojourner, have they dealt with oppression in the midst of thee, — The fatherless and the widow, have they maltreated in thee:
Saanda a rinaem dagiti amma ken inna nga adda kenka, ken indadanesda dagiti ganggannaet nga adda kenka. Ginundawayanda dagiti ulila ken dagiti balo nga adda kenka.
8 My holy things, hast thou despised, - And my sabbaths, hast thou profaned:
Inuyawmo dagiti nasantoan a banbanag a kukuak ken saanmo a nginilin ti Aldaw a Panaginana!
9 Slanders, have arisen in thee For the sake of shedding blood, - And unto the mountains, have they eaten in thee, Lewdness, have they practised in the midst of thee:
Immay kenka dagiti lallaki a managpardaya tapno agpasayasay iti dara, ket nanganda iti ayan dagiti banbantay. Nangaramidda kadagiti kinadangkes iti katengngaam!
10 A father’s shame hath been uncovered in thee, Her that was unclean in her removal, have they humbled in thee;
Makitkita kenka ti kinalamo-lamo ti maysa nga ama. Ginundawayanda ti natulawan a babai nga adda kenka kabayatan iti panagbinulanna.
11 And, one man, with the wife of his neighbour, hath wrought abomination, And another, hath defiled, his daughter-in-law, by shameful deed, — And another, his own sister daughter of his own father, hath humbled in thee:
Lallaki a makikamkamalala kadagiti assawa ti kaarrubana, ken lallaki a mangtulaw kadagiti bukodda a manugang a babbai; lallaki a manggunggundaway kadagiti bukodda a kabsat a babbai, babbai a putot a mismo dagiti bukodda nga ama—amin dagitoy ket adda kenka.
12 Bribes, have they accepted in thee, For the sake of shedding blood, -Interest and increase, hast thou accepted And thou hast overreached thy neighbour by oppression, And me, hast thou forgotten, Declareth My Lord Yahweh.
Nangpasuksok dagitoy a lallaki kadayo tapno agpasayasay iti dara. Pinaanakam iti dakkel ti pautangmo, dinadaelmo dagiti kaarrubam babaen iti panangidadanesmo kadakuada, ken linipatnak—kastoy ti pakaammo ti Apo a ni Yahweh.
13 Lo! therefore I have smitten my hand, At thine unjust gain which thou hast made— And over thy bloodshed, which they have caused in thy midst.
Isu a kitaem! Babaen iti imak, tippayek dagiti nagun-odmo babaen iti panagul-ulbodmo, ken ti panangpasayasay iti dara nga adda iti tengngam.
14 Can thy heart endure or can thy hands be strong in the days when I am dealing with thee? I. Yahweh have spoken and will perform.
Nakiredto pay kadi ti pusom, napigsanto pay kadi dagiti imam kadagiti aldaw inton Siak a mismo ti mangdusanto kenka? Siak a ni Yahweh, ipakpakaammok daytoy, ket aramidekto daytoy.
15 Therefore will I disperse thee among the nations, And scatter thee throughout the lands, — And will cause to cease thine impurity out of thee;
Isu nga iwarawarakanto kadagiti nasion ken iwaraskanto iti entero a daga. Iti kastoy a wagas ti panangdaluskonto iti kinarugitmo.
16 So shalt thou be profaned in thyself, before the eyes of nations, Thus shalt thou know that, I, am Yahweh.
Isu nga agbalinkanto a narugit iti imatang dagiti nasion. Ket maammoamto a Siak ni Yahweh!”
17 Then came the word of Yahweh unto me, saying:
Adda pay sao ni Yahweh nga immay kaniak a kunana,
18 Son of man, The house of Israel hath become to me, dross, — They all are copper and tin and iron and lead in the midst of a furnace, The dross of silver, have they become.
“Anak ti tao, ti balay ti Israel ket nagbalinen a kasla rugit iti imatangko. Aminda ket kasla da la natda a bronse, lata, landok ken buli iti tengngam. Agbalindanto a kasla rugit ti pirak iti urnom.
19 Therefore, Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, Because ye all are become dross, Therefore, behold me! gathering you into the midst of Jerusalem:
Isu a kastoy ti kuna ti Apo a ni Yahweh, ‘Gapu ta aminkayo ket nagbalinen a kasla rugit, ngarud dumngegkayo! Ummongenkayonto iti tengnga ti Jerusalem.
20 As they gather silver and copper and iron and lead and tin into the midst of a furnace, to blow upon it the fire to melt it, So, will I gather in mine anger and in mine indignation, and will let be and will melt you;
Runawenkayonto a kasla naurnong a pirak, bronse, landok, buli ken lata iti tengnga ti urno a rumbeng a puyotan iti apuy. Isu nga ummungenkayonto gapu iti nakaro a pungtot ken ungetko. Ikabilkayonto sadiay ket puyotak ti apuy daytoy tapno marunawkayo; isu nga ummungenkayonto gapu iti unget ken iti pungtotko, ket ikabilkayonto sadiay ket ibukbokkayo.
21 Yea I will gather you together, and blow upon you, with the fire of my wrath, — And ye shall be melted in the midst thereof:
Isu nga ummongenkayonto ket ipuyotko kadakayo ti apuy ti pungtotko tapno marunawkayo iti tengngana.
22 As silver is melted in he midst of a furnace, So, shall ye be melted in the midst thereof, — Then shall ye know that, I Yahweh, have poured out mine indignation upon you.
Kas iti pannakarunaw ti pirak iti tengnga ti maysa nga urno, marunawkanto met iti tengngana, ket maammoamto a Siak a ni Yahweh, ket indissuorko ti nakaro a pungtotko kenka!”’
23 And the word of Yahweh came unto me, saying:
Immay kaniak ti sao ni Yahweh a kunana,
24 Son of man, say to her. Thou, art a land, that is not to be rained upon, nor to receive fruitful showers, in the day of indignation.
“Anak ti tao, ibagam kenkuana, “Sika ket daga a saan a nadalusan. Awanto ti tudo iti aldaw ti nakaro a pungtot!
25 Because her princes in her midst are like a roaring lion rending prey, — Life, have they devoured Wealth and precious things, have they been wont to take, Her widows, have they multiplied in her midst.
Nalimed a nagtutulag dagiti profetana iti tengngana, a kaslada agngerngernger a leon a mangrangrangkay iti biktimana; patpatayenda dagiti tattao ken alaenda dagiti agkakapateg a kinabaknangda! Adu ti pinagbalinda a balo iti tengngana!
26 Her priests have done violence to my law And have profaned my holy things, Between the hallowed and the common, have they put no difference, And between the unclean and clean, have they not taught men to discern, - And from my sabbaths, have they hid their eyes, So that I have been profaned in their midst.
Linabsing dagiti papadina ti lintegko, ken tinulawanda dagiti nasantoan a banbanag a kukuak. Saanda a mailasin ti nagdumaan dagiti nasantoan a banbanag kadagiti makarimon a banbanag, ken saanda nga isuro ti nagdumaan ti saan a nadalus ken ti nadalus. Saanda a ngilinen ti Aldaw iti Panaginana isu a natulawanak iti nagtengngaanda!
27 Her rulers within her have been like wolves, rending prey, - In shedding blood In destroying lives, For the sake of getting dishonest gain.
Dagiti prinsipena ket kaslada lobo a mangrangrangkay kadagiti biktimada. Agpasayasayda iti dara ken agdaddadaelda iti biag, tapno agpabaknangda babaen iti panagulbodda.
28 And her prophets have coated it for them with whitewash, Seeing visions of falsehood And divining for them lies, Saying, Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, when Yahweh, hath not spoken.
Ket arigna a pininturan ida dagiti profetana iti puraw; inuulbod dagiti makitada a sirmata ken agipadtoda iti inuulbod kadakuada. Ibagada “Kastoy ti kuna ti Apo a ni Yahweh” idinto ta saan a sinao ni Yahweh!
29 The people of the land have exacted oppression, and seized plunder, - Even the afflicted and the needy, have they maltreated, And the sojourner have they oppressed without justice.
Nangidadanes dagiti tattao iti daga babaen iti panagkikil ken nagsamsamda babaen iti panagtakaw, ken ginundawayanda dagiti nakurapay ken agkasapulan, ken indadanesda nga awanan iti hustisia dagiti ganggannaet.
30 Then sought I from among them, a man Who could build up a wall And stand in the breach before me in behalf of the land So that I might not destroy her, — But I found none.
Isu a nangbirukak iti maysa a tao manipud kadakuada a mabalin a mangbangon iti pader ken mangipatakder iti nadadael a paset ti pader iti sangoanak a mangisakit iti daga tapno saanko a dadaelen daytoy, ngem awan nabirukak nga uray maysa.
31 Therefore have I poured out upon them mine indignation, In the fire of mine outburst, have I consumed them, — Their way, upon their own head, have I placed Declareth, My Lord Yahweh.
Isu nga idissuorko kadakuada ti nakaro a pungtotko! Gibusak ida babaen iti apuy ti pungtotko ket isublik kadagiti mismo nga uloda dagiti dakes a wagasda—kastoy ti pakaammo ti Apo a ni Yahweh.”’
