Ezekiel 16
1 And the word of Yahweh came unto me, saying:
Unya miabot ang pulong ni Yahweh kanako, nga nag-ingon,
2 Son of man Let Jerusalem know her abominations,
“Anak sa tawo, ipahibalo sa Jerusalem ang mahitungod sa iyang daotan nga mga binuhatan,
3 Therefore shalt thou say— Thus saith My Lord. Yahweh To Jerusalem, Thine origin and thy birth, were of the land of the Canaanite, — Thy father was the Amorite And thy mother a Hittite
ug ipahayag, 'Miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini ngadto sa Jerusalem: Ang imong sinugdanan ug ang imong pagkahimugso nahimutang sa yuta sa Canaan; Amorihanon ang imong amahan ug Hitihanon ang imong inahan.
4 And, as for thy birth, in the day thou wast born, Thy navel-cord was not cut, And, in water, wast thou not bathed to cleanse thee, — And, as for being salted, thou was not salted, And, as for being bandaged, thou wast not bandaged.
Sa adlaw sa imong pagkahimugso, wala giputol sa imong inahan ang imong pusod, ni gihugasan ka niya ug tubig o gihaplasan ka ug asin, o gibalot ka sa panapton.
5 No eye, threw a shield over thee, by doing for thee one of these things taking pity on thee, - But thou wast cast out on the face of the field Because thy person, was abhorred, in the day thou wast born.
Wala gayoy nagpakita ug kaluoy aron buhaton ang bisan unsa niining mga butanga alang kanimo, aron maluoy diha kanimo. Sa adlaw nga ikaw nahimugso, diin gidumtam ang imong kinabuhi, gilabay ka ngadto sa hawan nga kaumahan.
6 And I passed by thee, and looked upon thee, thrusting about thee in thy blood, And said to thee— Despite thy blood, live! Yea I said to thee— Despite thy blood, live!
Apan miagi ako diha kanimo, ug nakita ko nga nagalunang ka sa imong kaugalingong dugo; busa miingon ako kanimo diha sa imong dugo, “Mabuhi ka! Miingon ako kanimo diha sa imong dugo, “Mabuhi ka!''
7 Into myriads—like the bud of the field, made I thee, And thou didst increase and become well grown, and didst attain to most excellent adornments, — Thy breasts were well-formed And thy hair was grown, But thou thyself wast utterly naked.
Gipatubo ko ikaw nga sama sa tanom diha sa kaumahan. Midaghan ka ug midako, ug nahimo ka nga alahas sa mga alahas. Naumol ang imong mga dughan, ug mibaga ang imong mga buhok, bisan pa ug hubo ka.
8 And I passed by thee and looked upon thee and lo! thy time was the time for endearments, So I spread my skirt over thee, and covered thy shame, And took an oath to thee And entered into covenant with thee. Declareth My Lord. Yahweh. And thou didst become mine.
Miagi ako kanimo pag-usab ug nakita ko ikaw. Tan-awa! miabot na ang panahon sa gugma diha kanimo, busa gibukhad ko ang akong kupo diha kanimo ug gitabonan ang imong pagkahubo. Ug nanumpa ako diha kanimo ug gidala ikaw ngadto sa kasabotan—mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh nga Ginoo—ug ikaw nahimong akoa.
9 And I bathed thee in water, and rinsed thy blood from off thee, And anointed thee with oil;
Busa gihugasan ko ikaw ug tubig ug gitanggal ang dugo diha kanimo, ug gidihogan ko ikaw ug lana.
10 And clothed thee with an embroidered dress, And sandalled thee in red leather, And wrapped thee about with fine linen, And put over thee a mantle of silk.
Gibistihan ko ikaw ug ginansilyo nga mga bisti ug gisuotan ug sandalyas nga hinimo gikan sa panit sa mananap. Gibalot ko ikaw sa labing maayo nga lino ug gitabonan ug seda.
11 Then decked I thee with ornaments, And put bracelets upon thy hands, And a neckchain upon thy throat;
Human gidayandayan ko ikaw ug mga alahas, gibutangan ug mga pulseras ang imong kamot, ug gikwentasan ang imong liog.
12 And put a nose-jewel upon thy nose, And earrings in thine ears, And a crown of adorning, upon thy head.
Gibutangan ko ug singsing ang imong ilong ug ariyos sa imong mga dalunggan, ug matahom nga korona sa imong ulo.
13 Thus wast thou adorned with gold and silver, And thy raiment was of fine linen and silk and embroidered work, Fine flour and honey and oil, didst thou eat, — And so thou becamest exceedingly beautiful, And didst attain unto royalty.
Busa gidayandayanan ka ug bulawan ug plata, ug gibistihan ikaw ug labing maayo nga lino, seda, ug ginansilyo nga mga bisti; nagkaon ikaw ug labing maayo nga harina, dugos, ug lana, ug hilabihan ang imong kaanyag, ug nahimo kang rayna.
14 Then went forth thy fame among the nations. for thy beauty, - For perfect, it was—in my splendour which I had put upon thee, Declareth My Lord, Yahweh.
Miabot ang imong kabantog ngadto sa kanasoran tungod sa imong kaanyag, tungod kay haom kini sa kahalangdon nga gihatag ko kanimo—mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh nga Ginoo.
15 Then didst thou trust in thy beauty, And become unchaste, because of thy fame, - And didst pour out thine unchastity upon every passer-by, his it was!
Apan misalig ka sa imong kaanyag, ug nagpakasama ka sa babayeng nagabaligya ug dungog tungod sa imong kabantog; gibubo nimo ang imong malaw-ay nga binuhatan sa matag tawo nga moagi, aron nga maangkon niya ang imong katahom.
16 Yea thou didst take of thy raiment and madest thee high places of hangings, And didst commit unchastity thereon, - Which ought not to have befallen And not to have come to pass.
Ug gihukas nimo ang imong mga bisti ug naghimo ikaw uban kanila ug taas nga mga dapit nga gidayandayanan ug nagkalainlain nga kolor, ug didto nagpakasama ka sa babayeng nagabaligya ug dungog. Dili unta kini angay nga mahitabo. Ni maanaa kini nga butang.
17 But thou didst take thine adorning jewels Of my gold and of my silver which I had given thee, And didst make thee images of the male, — And didst act unchastely with them;
Gikuha nimo ang labing maayo nga mga alahas nga bulawan ug plata nga gihatag ko kanimo, ug naghimo ka alang sa imong kaugalingon ug hulagway sa mga lalaki, ug gibuhat nimo ang ginabuhat sa babayeng nagabaligya ug dungog.
18 And thou didst take thine embroidered raiment, and cover them, - And mine oil and mine incense, didst thou set before them;
Gikuha nimo ang imong mga ginansilyo nga mga bisti ug gisul-ob kanila, ug gibutang nimo sa ilang atubangan ang akong mga lana ug mga pahumot.
19 And my food which I had given thee, Fine flour and oil and honey wherewith I fed thee, And didst set it before them for a satisfying odour Yea so it was, — Saith My Lord Yahweh.
Giandam nimo sa ilang atubangan ang tinapay nga gihatag ko kanimo—nga hinimo sa labing maayo nga harina, lana, ug dugos—aron makahatag ug kahumot, kay mao kini ang nahitabo—mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh nga Ginoo.
20 And thou didst take thy sons and thy daughters, Whom thou hadst borne unto me, And didst sacrifice them unto them to be devoured, - Is this of thine unchastity. a light thing?
Unya gikuha nimo ang imong mga anak nga lalaki ug babaye nga imong gihimugso alang kanako ug gihalad mo sila ngadto sa mga larawan aron lamoyon ingon nga pagkaon. Gamay lamang ba nga butang ang imong malaw-ay nga mga binuhatan?
21 Yea thou didst slay my children, — And didst deliver them up. that they should be caused to pass through the fire unto them.
Gipamatay nimo ang akong mga anak ug gisunog sila ngadto sa kalayo.
22 And in all thine abominations, and thine unchaste ways, thou rememberedst not the days of thy youth, When thou wast utterly naked. When thou wast thrusting about thee in thy blood!
Sa tanan nimong daotan ug malaw-ay nga mga binuhatan wala ka naghunahuna sa mga adlaw sa imong pagkabatan-on, sa dihang hubo ka pa ug naglunang sa imong dugo.
23 And it came to pass after all thy wickedness, Woe! Woe! to thee, Exclaimeth My Lord Yahweh;
Alaot! Alaot ka! —mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh nga Ginoo—busa, dugang niining tanan nga kadaotan,
24 That thou didst build thee a brothel, — and didst make thee a height in every broadway:
nagtukod ka ug mga simbahan alang sa mga diosdios sa matag plasa.
25 At the head of every road, didst thou build thy height, And bring thy beauty into disgust, And open thy feet to every passer-by, So didst thou make thine unchaste ways to abound.
Gitukod mo ang imong taas nga dapit diha sa matag kanto sa kadalanan ug gihugawan nimo ang imong kaanyag, tungod kay gitanyag mo ang imong lawas sa matag tawo nga molabay ug nagbuhat ka ug daghang malaw-ay nga binuhatan.
26 Then didst thou extend thine unchaste acts unto the sons of Egypt—thy neighbour great of flesh, - And caused thine unchaste ways to abound provoking me to anger.
Nagpakasama ka sa babayeng nagabaligya ug dungog uban sa mga Ehiptohanon, ang maulagon mo nga mga silingan, ug nagbuhat pa ikaw ug daghang malaw-ay nga binuhatan, nga nakapasuko kanako.
27 Lo! therefore, I have stretched out my hand against thee, And diminished thine allotted portion, — And have delivered thee up unto the desire of them who hate thee The daughters of the Philistines, who are ashamed of thy lewd way.
Tan-awa! hampakon ko ikaw pinaagi sa akong kamot ug kuhaan ka ug pagkaon. Itugyan ko ang imong kinabuhi ngadto sa imong mga kaaway, ang mga anak nga babaye sa mga Filistihanon, nga nangaulaw sa imong malaw-ay nga mga binuhatan.
28 Thou didst also extend thine unchastity unto the sons of Assyria, because thou wast insatiable. Yet though thou didst behave unchastely with them, yet even so couldst thou not be satisfied,
Nagpakahisama ka sa babayeng nagabaligya ug dungog ngadto sa mga taga-Asiria tungod kay dili ka matagbaw. Nagpakahisama ka sa babayeng nagabaligya ug dungog ug sa gihapon wala gayod matagbaw.
29 Thou didst therefore cause thine unchaste ways to abound unto the land of Canaan as towards Chaldea. Yet even herewith, wast thou not satisfied.
Nagbuhat ka ug daghang malaw-ay nga binuhatan sa yuta sa mga tigpatigayon sa Caldea, ug bisan pa niini wala gihapon ka matagbaw.
30 How weak was thy heart! Exclaimeth My Lord Yahweh, — That thou couldst have done all these things, The doing of a lewd woman without shame:
Pagkahuyang sa imong kasingkasing—mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh nga Ginoo—nga gibuhat mo kining tanan nga mga butang, mga binuhatan sa mga walay ulaw nga babayeng nagabaligya ug dungog?
31 That thou couldst have built thy brothel at the head of every road, And thy height, couldst have made in every broadway, - Yet becamest not as a harlot to lay claim to a harlot’s hire.
Nagtukod ka sa imong taas nga mga dapit sa matag kanto sa kadalanan ug naghimo ka ug simbahan sa imong mga diosdios sa matag plasa. Apan dili ka sama sa mga babayeng nagabaligya ug dungog tungod kay midumili ka man sa pagdawat ug bayad.
32 A wife who committeth adultery, instead of her husband accepteth strangers.
Ikaw babayeng mananapaw, nagdawat ka ug mga dumoduong puli sa imong bana.
33 To all harlots, they give a present, — But, thou, didst give thy presents to all thy lovers, And didst bribe them to come in unto thee from every side, in thine unchastity!
Nagahatag ug bayad ang katawhan sa matag babaye nga nagabaligya ug dungog, apan ikaw ang nagahatag ug mga bayad sa imong tanan nga mga hinigugma ug nagasuhol kanila aron moadto kanimo ug magbuhat ug malaw-ay nga butang.
34 And so there came about in thee, the reverse of women, in thine unchastity, In that they did not follow thee for purposes of lewdness, — And in that thou gavest a present while, no present, was given to thee So didst thou become, the reverse.
Busa adunay kalainan tali kanimo ug niadtong ubang mga babaye, sanglit wala may moadto kanimo aron maghangyo kanimo nga makigdulog kanila. Hinuon, gibayran mo sila. Walay nagbayad diha kanimo.
35 Therefore O harlot, hear thou the word of Yahweh;
Busa, ikaw babayeng nagabaligya ug dungog, paminaw sa pulong ni Yahweh.
36 Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, — Because thy money, was poured out, and thy shame, was uncovered, in thine unchastity, unto thy lovers, —and unto all thine abominable manufactured gods, even as the blood of thy children, whom thou didst deliver up unto them,
Miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini: Tungod kay gibubo mo man ang imong kaulag ug gipakita ang imong mga tinagoang bahin pinaagi sa imong pagbuhat ug malaw-ay nga mga butang uban sa imong mga hinigugma uban sa imong dulumtanan nga mga diosdios, ug tungod sa dugo sa imong mga anak nga imong gihatag sa imong mga diosdios,
37 Therefore behold me! gathering together all thy lovers unto whom thou didst make thyself pleasant, Even all whom thou lovedst, With all whom thou hatedst, — Yea I will gather them together unto thee from every side And will uncover thy shame unto them, And they shall see all thy shame.
busa, tan-awa! Tigomon ko ang imong mga hinigugma nga imong nakaila, tanan nga imong gihigugma ug gikasilagan, ug tigomon ko sila batok kanimo sa matag kiliran. Ipakita ko kanila ang imong mga tinagoang bahin aron makita nila ang imong pagkahubo.
38 So will I judge thee. with the judgments meted out to adulteresses and shedders of blood, - And will repay thee with the blood of indignation and jealousy;
Tungod kay silotan ko ikaw sa imong pagpanapaw ug pagpaagas sa dugo, ug dad-on ko diha kanimo ang giula nga dugo sa akong hilabihang kapungot ug kalagot.
39 And will deliver thee into their hand. And they shall pull down thy brothel And break in pieces thy heights, And strip thee of thy raiment, And take away thine adorning jewels, - And leave thee utterly naked.
Itugyan ko ikaw ngadto sa ilang mga kamot aron nga tumpagon nila ang simbahan alang sa imong mga diosdios, ug gun-obon ang imong taas nga mga dapit ug huboan ka nila sa imong mga bisti ug kuhaon ang tanan nimong mga alahas. Biyaan ka nila nga hubo.
40 Then will they bring up against thee a gathered host, And they will stone thee with stones, - And cut thee to pieces with their swords;
Unya magdala sila ug pundok sa katawhan batok kanimo ug batoon ug tagudtagoron ka pinaagi sa ilang mga espada.
41 And burn up thy houses with fire, And execute upon thee judgments before the eyes of many women, —So will I cause thee to cease from acting unchastely, Moreover also a present, shalt thou not give any more.
Pagasunogon nila ang imong mga balay ug magbuhat ug daghang silot diha kanimo sa atubangan sa daghang mga babaye, tungod kay undangon ko ang imong pagkamalaw-ay, ug dili na nimo pagabayran ang imong mga hinigugma.
42 So will I let mine indignation find rest in thee, And my jealousy shall depart from thee, —And I will be quiet, and not be provoked any more.
Unya mahupay ang akong kapungot batok kanimo; mawala ang akong kasuko diha kanimo, tungod kay matagbaw na ako, ug dili na gayod ako masuko.
43 Because thou hast not remembered the days of thy youth, But hast enraged me with all these things Therefore also behold! I thy way, upon thine own head, will place Declareth My Lord Yahweh, And thou shalt not commit a crime above all thine abominations
Tungod kay wala nimo gihinumdoman ang mga adlaw sa imong pagkabatan-on ug nakahimo kanako nga magpangurog sa kasuko tungod niining tanan nga mga butang, busa, tan-awa! Ibalik ko kanimo ang silot tungod sa imong mga gibuhat—mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh nga Ginoo. Wala ba nimo gidugang ang pagbuhat ug malaw-ay nga mga butang diha sa tanan nimong dulumtanan nga mga binuhatan?
44 Lo! every one who useth proverbs, against thee, shall use a proverb saying, — Like the mother, so her daughter!
Tan-awa! Nagaingon ang matag usa nga nagsulti ug mga panultihon mahitungod kanimo nga, “Kung unsa ang inahan, mao usab ang iyang anak nga babaye.''
45 The daughter of thy mother, thou art! One abhorring her own husband and her own children, — Yea the sister of thy sisters, thou art Who abhorred their own husbands and their own children, Your mother was a Hittite, And your father an Amorite.
Anak ka nga babaye sa imong inahan, nga gidumtan ang iyang bana ug mga anak, ug igsoon ka nga babaye sa imong mga igsoon nga babaye nga gidumtan ang ilang mga bana ug mga kaanakan. Hitihanon ang imong inahan, ug Amorihanon ang imong amahan.
46 And thine elder sister, was Samaria, she and her daughters, dwelling on thy left hand, — And thy sister younger than thou dwelling on thy right hand was Sodom and her daughters.
Ang Samaria ang imong magulang nga babaye ug ang iyang mga anak nga babaye mao ang namuyo sa amihanang bahin, samtang ang imong manghod nga babaye ug ang iyang mga anak nga babaye mao ang namuyo sa habagatang bahin, nga mao ang, Sodoma.
47 Yet not in their ways, didst thou walk, nor according to their abominations, didst thou do, — As though that were quite too little, thou didst corrupt thyself beyond them in all thy ways.
Wala lamang ikaw naglakaw nga sama sa ilang pamaagi ug nagasunod sa ilang mga pamatasan ug naandan, apan mas labaw pa kanila ang tanan nimong binuhatan.
48 As I live, Declareth My Lord Yahweh, Very! Sodom thy sister had not done, neither she nor her daughters, —as thou and thy daughters have done.
Ingon nga ako buhi—mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh nga Ginoo—ang imong igsoon nga babaye nga mao ang Sodoma ug ang iyang mga anak nga babaye, wala makahimo ug kadaotan nga mas labaw pa sa daotan nga imong nahimo ug sa imong mga anak nga babaye.
49 Lo! this became the iniquity of Sodom thy sister, — Pride, fulness of bread, and careless security came to her and to her daughters, And the hand of the oppressed and the needy, she strengthened not.
Tan-awa! Mao kini ang sala sa Sodoma nga imong igsoon nga babaye: mapahitas-on siya, walay kabalaka ug walay pagpakabana sa bisan unsang butang. Wala niya gipalig-on ang iyang mga kamot alang sa mga tawong kabos ug nagkinahanglan.
50 So then they became haughty, and committed abomination before me, - And I took them away. when I saw [it],
Mapahitas-on ug nagbuhat siya ug daotang mga binuhatan sa akong atubangan, busa gilaglag ko sila sumala sa imong nakita.
51 Nor did, Samaria, commit, one-half thy sins, — But thou didst multiply thine abominations more than they, And didst cause thy sisters to appear righteous, by all the abominations which thou didst commit.
Wala gayod nakahimo ang Samaria bisan katunga sa imong mga sala; hinuon, nagbuhat ka ug daghang malaw-ay nga mga butang nga labaw pa sa ilang gibuhat, ug gipakita mo nga mas matarong pa ang imong mga igsoong babaye tungod sa tanang mga malaw-ay nga butang nga imong gibuhat!
52 Thou also bear thine own reproach, which thou didst adjudge to thy sisters, by thy sins in which thou wast more abominable than they, thou didst make them appear more righteous than thou, — Thou also, therefore turn thou pale and bear thine own reproach, for making thy sisters appear righteous!
Ilabina ikaw, ipakita ang imong kaugalingong kaulawan; niini nga paagi gipakita nimo nga mas matarong pa ang imong mga igsoon nga babaye kaysa kanimo, tungod sa mga sala nga imong nabuhat niadtong tanang malaw-ay nga mga pamaagi. Karon labi pang matarong ang imong igsoon nga babaye kaysa kanimo. Ilabina na ikaw usab, ipakita ang imong kaugalingong kaulawan, tungod kay niini nga paagi gipakita nimo nga mas matarong pa ang imong mga igsoon nga babaye kaysa kanimo.
53 When therefore I bring back their captivity, The captivity of Sodom and her daughters, And the captivity of Samaria and her daughters Then will I bring back thy captivities in their midst:
Tungod kay ibalik ko kanila ang ilang mga kadagaya—ang kadagaya sa Sodoma ug sa iyang mga anak nga babaye, ug ang kadagaya sa Samaria ug sa iyang mga anak nga babaye; apan mahilakip kanila ang imong mga kadagaya.
54 That thou mayest bear thine own reproach, And take to thyself reproach because of all that thou didst in comforting them.
Tungod niining mga butanga ipakita ninyo ang inyong mga kaulawan; tamayon kamo tungod sa tanang butang nga inyong nabuhat, ug niini nga paagi mahimo kamong tighupay kanila.
55 When thy sisters Sodom and her daughters shall return to their former estate, And Samaria and her daughters shall return to their former estate Then thou and thy daughters, shall return to your former estate.
Busa mahibalik sa ilang karaan nga kahimtang ang Sodoma nga imong igsoon nga babaye ug ang iyang mga anak nga babaye, ug mahibalik usab sa iyang karaan nga kahimtang ang Samaria ug ang iyang mga anak nga babaye. Unya mahibalik ka usab ug ang imong mga anak nga babaye sa imong karaan nga kahimtang.
56 And Sodom thy sister was never heard in thy mouth, —In the day of thy pride:
Wala gayod nimo nahisgotan ang Sodoma nga imong igsoon nga babaye sa mga adlaw diin ikaw garboso,
57 Before thy wickedness was discovered, As now, [thou art] the reproach of the daughters of Syria and all round about her the daughters of the Philistines, —who are despising thee on every side.
sa wala pa mapadayag ang imong pagkadaotan. Apan karon, nahimo kang talamayon sa mga anak nga babaye sa Edom ug sa tanang mga anak nga babaye sa Filistihanon nga nagpalibot kaniya. Biaybiayon ka sa tanang tawo.
58 As for thy crime and thine abominations, thou thyself, dost bear them, — Declareth Yahweh.
Magpakita ka sa imong kaulaw ug malaw-ay nga mga binuhatan! —mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh!
59 For Thus, saith My Lord, Yahweh, Therefore will I deal with thee just as thou hast dealt, - In that thou didst despise an oath by breaking a covenant.
Miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini: Buhaton ko ang angay kanimo, ikaw nga nagsalikway sa imong panumpa pinaagi sa pagsupak sa kasabotan.
60 Therefore will I remember my covenant with thee in the days of thy youth, — And will establish for thee a covenant age-abiding.
Apan hinumdoman ko ang kasabotan nga gihimo ko tali kanimo sa mga adlaw sa imong pagkabatan-on, ug magbuhat ako ug kasabotan uban kanimo hangtod sa kahangtoran.
61 Thou shalt therefore remember thy ways and take to thyself reproach, by receiving thy sisters. The older than thou, And the younger than thou, - And I will give them unto thee for daughters Though not by thine own covenant.
Unya mahinumdoman nimo ang imong mga binuhatan ug maulaw ka sa dihang dawaton nimo ang imong mga magulang ug mga manghod nga babaye. Ihatag ko sila kanimo ingon nga mga anak nga babaye, apan dili tungod sa imong kasabotan.
62 But I myself, will establish my covenant with thee— And thou shalt know that I, am Yahweh:
Magbuhat ako ug kasabotan tali kanimo, ug makahibalo ka nga ako si Yahweh.
63 To the end thou mayest remember and turn pale, and there be to thee no more, an opening of mouth, because of thy reproach, - In that I have accepted a propitiatory covering for thee as to all that thou hast done, Declareth My Lord. Yahweh.
Tungod niining mga butanga, mahinumdoman nimo ang tanan ug maulaw ka, busa dili na nimo ibuka ang imong mga baba aron nga mosulti tungod sa imong kaulaw, sa dihang gipasaylo ko ikaw sa tanan mong nabuhat—mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh nga Ginoo.''''
