Ezekiel 11
1 And the Spirit lifted me up, and brought me into the east gate of the house of Yahweh which looketh eastward, and lo! in the opening of the gate, twenty-five men, —and I saw in their midst Jaazaniah son of Azzur and Pelatiah son of Benaiah princes of the people.
১তারপর ঈশ্বরের আত্মা আমাকে ওঠালেন এবং আমাকে সদাপ্রভুর পূর্ব দরজার ঘরের কাছে আনলেন, যা পূর্ব দিকে মুখ করা ছিল এবং দেখ, সেই দরজার ঢোকার জায়গায় পঁচিশ জন পুরুষ ছিল এবং আমি দেখলাম অসুরের ছেলে যাসনিয়কে এবং বনায়ের ছেলে প্লটিয়কে তাদের মধ্যে লোকেদের অধ্যক্ষ এই দুজনকে দেখলাম।
2 Then said he unto me, Son of man, These, are the men who are devising iniquity, and who are counselling wicked counsel in this city;
২ঈশ্বর আমাকে বললেন, মানুষের সন্তান, এই সেই লোকেরা যারা এই শহরের মধ্যে অধর্ম্মের পরিকল্পনা করে এবং যারা খারাপ পরিকল্পনা করে।
3 who are saying, Not near! let us build houses, — It, is the caldron, and, we, are the flesh!
৩তারা বলছে, এখানে গৃহ তৈরী করার দিন হয়নি; এই শহর একটা পাত্র এবং আমরা মাংস।
4 Therefore, prophesy against them, —prophesy. Son of man.
৪অতএব তাদের বিরুদ্ধে ভাববাণী বল; ভাববাণী বল মানুষের সন্তান।
5 Then fell upon me the Spirit of Yahweh, and he said unto me Say—Thus, saith Yahweh, Thus have ye said O house of Israel, Yea, the things that come up on your spirit, I, know every one.
৫তারপর সদাপ্রভুর আত্মা আমার ওপরে নেমে এলেন এবং তিনি আমাকে বললেন, “বল, সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন যেমন তুমি বলছো, ইস্রায়েল-কুল, কারণ আমি জিনিস গুলো জানি যা তোমার মনের মধ্যে আসে।
6 Ye have multiplied your slain in this city, - And have filled her streets with slain.
৬তোমার এই শহরে নিহতদের সংখ্যা বৃদ্ধি করেছ এবং তাদের দিয়ে রাস্তা ভর্তি করেছো।
7 Therefore Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, Your slain. whom ye have laid in her midst, They are the flesh, and She is the caldron, —when ye are taken out of her midst.
৭তাই, প্রভু সদাপ্রভু এ কথা বলেন, যে লোক গুলোকে তুমি হত্যা করেছো তাদের মৃতদেহ যিরুশালেমের মধ্যে ফেলে রেখেছ, তাদের মাংস এবং এই শহর পাত্র; কিন্তু তোমাদেরকে শহরের মধ্য থেকে আনা হচ্ছে।
8 A sword, have ye feared, — And a sword, will I bring in upon you, Declareth My Lord Yahweh.
৮তোমার তরোয়ালকে ভয় করেছো, তাই আমি তোমাদের ওপর তরোয়াল আনবো” একথা সদাপ্রভু বলেন।
9 So will I take you forth out of her midst, and will deliver you into the hand of foreigners, —and will execute upon you judgments.
৯আর আমি তোমাদেরকে এর ভেতর থেকে বের করে বিদেশীদের হাতে তুলে দেব এবং তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে বিচার করব।
10 By the sword, shall ye fall, Upon the boundary of Israel, will I judge you, —So shall ye know that, I, am Yahweh.
১০তোমার তরোয়ালের দ্বারা পতিত হবে; আমি ইস্রায়েল সীমান্তে তোমাদের বিচার করব; যাতে তোমার জানবে যে, আমিই সদাপ্রভু।
11 This city shall not serve you for a caldron, Neither shall, ye, serve in the midst thereof for flesh, —Near the boundary of Israel, will I judge you,
১১এই শহর তোমাদের জন্য রান্নার পাত্র হবে না, তোমার এর মধ্যে অবস্থিত মাংস হবে না; আমি ইস্রায়েল সীমান্তে তোমাদের বিচার করব।
12 So shall ye know that, I, am Yahweh. In whose statutes, ye have not walked And whose appointments, ye have not executed, — But according to the appointments of the nations that are round about you, have ye done.
১২তখন তোমার জানবে যে, আমিই সদাপ্রভু; যার বিধিমতে চলনি এবং ব্যবস্থা মানে নি তার পরিবর্তে জাতীর বিধি মেনেছ যা তার চারপাশে রয়েছে।
13 And it came to pass as I prophesied, that Pelatiah son of Benaiah died, —so then I fell down upon my face and made outcry with a loud voice and said— Alas! My Lord Yahweh! A full end, art thou making of the remnant of Israel?
১৩এটা এভাবে এসেছিল যে আমি ভাববাণী বলছিলাম, এমন দিনের বনায়ের ছেলে প্লটিয় মরল। তখন আমি উপুড় হয়ে খুব জোরে চিত্কার করলাম এবং বললাম, হায়, প্রভু সদাপ্রভু। তুমি কি ইস্রায়েলের বাকি অংশকে ধ্বংস করবে?
14 Then came the word of Yahweh unto me saying:
১৪সদাপ্রভুর বাক্য আমার কাছে এল এবং বলল,
15 Son of man Thine own brethren, thine own brethren the men of thy kindred, even all the house of Israel all of it are they to whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, Get you far away from Yahweh, To us, it is that the land, hath been given, for a possession!
১৫মানুষের সন্তান, তোমার ভাইয়েরা, তোমার ভাইয়েরা তোমার বংশের লোকেরা এবং ইস্রায়েলের সমস্ত কুল, তাদের সকলকে যিরুশালেমে যারা বাস করে তারা বলে, সদাপ্রভু থেকে দূরে যাক! এই দেশ আমাদের অধিকারের জন্য দেওয়া হয়েছে!
16 Therefore, say, Thus saith My Lord. Yahweh, Although I have removed them far away among the nations, And although I have dispersed them throughout the lands Yet have I become to them a sanctuary for a little while, in the lands which they have entered
১৬অতএব বল, প্রভু সদাপ্রভু এ কথা বলেন, যদিও আমি তাদেরকে জাতিদের কাছ থেকে দূর করেছি এবং যদিও আমি তাদেরকে দেশের মধ্যে ছিন্নভিন্ন করেছি, তবুও আমি তাদের জন্য দেশের মধ্যে কিছুদিনের জন্য পবিত্র জায়গা করে দিয়েছি তারা যেখানে গেছে।
17 Therefore say, Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, Therefore will I assemble you from among the peoples, And gather you out of the lands wherein ye have been dispersed, - And will give you the soil of Israel.
১৭অতএব তুমি বল, প্রভু সদাপ্রভু এ কথা বলেন, আমি জাতিদের ভেতর থেকে তোমাদিগকে জড়ো করব এবং তোমার যে সব দেশে ছিন্নভিন্ন হোয়েছো, সে সব দেশ থেকে একত্র করব এবং আমি তোমাদের ইস্রায়েল-দেশ দেব।
18 So shall they come in thither, — and take away all her detestable things, and all her abominations, out of her;
১৮তারপর তারা সেখানে যাবে এবং সেই যায়গা থেকে সব ঘৃণ্য ও সব জঘন্য জিনিস দূর করে দেবে।
19 And I will give them another heart, And a new spirit, will I put within you, —And will take away the heart of stone out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh:
১৯আমি তাদেরকে একই হৃদয় দেব এবং তাদের ভেতর এক নূতন আত্মা স্থাপন করব; যখন তারা আমার কাছে আসবে; আমি তাদের দেহ থেকে পাথর হৃদয় সরিয়ে দেব এবং তাদেরকে মানব হৃদয় দেব,
20 To the end that in my statutes, they may walk, And mine appointments, they may keep, and do them, — So shall they become my people, And I will become their God.
২০যেন তারা আমার বিধিমতে চলে এবং আমার শাসন সব মানে ও পালন করে; তখন তারা আমার প্রজা হবে এবং আমি তাদের ঈশ্বর হব।
21 But as for them who having a heart for their detestable things and for their abominations after their own heart, do walk, Their way upon their own heads, will I render, Declareth My Lord Yahweh.
২১কিন্তু যাদের হৃদয় ভালবাসার সঙ্গে তাদের ঘৃণার্ঘ ও জঘন্য জিনিস নিয়ে চলে, তাদের আচরণ তাদের মাথায় আনব, এটা প্রভু সদাপ্রভু বলেন।
22 Then did the cherubim lift up their wings, the wheels also going in unison with them, — the glory of the God of Israel, being over them above.
২২তারপর করুবগণ নিজেদের ডানা উঠাল, তখন চাকাগুলো তাদের পাশে ছিল এবং ইস্রায়েলের ঈশ্বরের মহিমা তাদের ওপরে ছিল।
23 Thus went up the glory of Yahweh, out from the midst of the city, —and stood on the mountain, which is on the east of the city.
২৩এবং সদাপ্রভুর মহিমা শহরের মধ্য থেকে ওপরে উঠে গেল এবং শহরের পূর্বদিকে পাহাড়ের ওপরে থামল।
24 And, the spirit lifted me up, and brought me to Chaldea unto them of the captivity, in the vision by the Spirit of God, —thus went up from me, the vision which I had seen.
২৪এবং আত্মা আমাকে ওপরে তুলল এবং দর্শনযোগে ঈশ্বরের আত্মার প্রভাবে কলদীয়দের দেশে নির্বাসিত লোকদের কাছে আনলেন এবং আমি যা দেখেছিলাম, তা আমার কাছ থেকে ওপরে উঠে গেল।
25 So I spake unto them of the captivity, —all the words of Yahweh which he had shewed me.
২৫তারপর আমি সদাপ্রভুর নির্বাসিত লোকেদের কাছে আমি যা দেখেছিলাম তা বললাম।
