< Exodus 29 >

1 And, this, is the thing which thou shalt do to them to hallow them, that they may minister as priests unto me, —Take one young bullock and two rams without defect;
“Bino by’onookola okwawula Alooni ne batabani be okubafuula bakabona balyoke bampeereze. Ojja kulaba ente ya seddume emu ento, n’endiga ennume ento bbiri, zonna nga teziriiko kamogo.
2 and bread unleavened and cakes unleavened with oil poured over, and wafers unleavened anointed with oil, —of fine wheaten meal, shalt thou make them;
Era onookola mu buwunga bw’eŋŋaano ennungi emigaati egitaliimu kizimbulukusa, ne zikkeeke enkole n’amafuta ag’omuzeeyituuni ezitali nzimbulukuse, n’obusukuuti obw’oluwewere obutaliimu kizimbulukusa naye nga busiigiddwako amafuta ag’omuzeeyituuni.
3 and thou shalt place them in one basket, and bring them near in the basket, —and the bullock, and the two rams.
Obiteeke mu kibbo kimu obireete awamu n’ente n’endiga ebbiri.
4 And Aaron and his sons, shalt thou bring near, unto the opening of the tent of meeting, —and shalt bathe them in water.
Leeta Alooni ne batabani be ku mulyango gw’Eweema ey’Okukuŋŋaanirangamu, obanaaze n’amazzi.
5 And thou shalt take the garments and clothe Aaron—with the tunic, and with the robe of the ephod, and with the ephod, and with the breastpiece, —and shalt gird him with the curious band of the ephod;
Ddira ebyambalo, oyambaze Alooni ekkooti, n’ekyambalo ekiri ng’ekkanzu ey’obwakabona eyitibwa efodi, n’ekkanzu ey’obwakabona eyitibwa efodi, n’ekyomukifuba, omusibeko omusipi gw’ekkanzu ey’obwakabona eyitibwa efodi ogwalukibwa n’amagezi amangi;
6 and shalt put the turban upon his head, —and place the holy crown upon the turban.
omusibe n’ekitambaala ku mutwe olyoke otereeze bulungi engule entukuvu ku kitambaala eky’oku mutwe.
7 Then shalt thou take the anointing oil, and pour upon his head, —so shalt thou anoint him.
Ddira amafuta ag’okwawula ogafuke ku mutwe gwe, omwawule.
8 His sons also, shalt thou bring near, —and clothe them with tunics;
Leeta batabani be obambaze amakooti,
9 and thou shalt gird them with girdles, Aaron and his sons, and twist round for them caps, so shall they have priesthood by a statute age-abiding, —so shalt thou install, Aaron and his sons.
obasibeko emisipi, obambaze n’enkuufiira; olwo nga bafuuka bakabona emirembe gyonna ng’ekiragiro bwe kigamba. Bw’otyo bw’onooyawula Alooni ne batabani be.
10 And thou shalt bring near the bullock, before the tent of meeting, —and Aaron and his sons shall lean their hands upon the head of the bullock;
“Onooleeta ente eyo ento mu maaso g’Eweema ey’Okukuŋŋaanirangamu. Alooni ne batabani be banaagikwatako ku mutwe,
11 then shalt thou slay the bullock before Yahweh, —at the opening of the tent of meeting:
n’olyoka ogittira awo awali Mukama ku mulyango gw’Eweema ey’Okukuŋŋaanirangamu.
12 and thou shalt take of the blood of the bullock, and place upon the horns of the altar, with thy finger, —and all the remaining blood, shalt thou pour out at the foundation of the altar;
Onoddira omusaayi ogw’ente eyo omutonotono, n’ogusiiga n’olugalo lwo ku mayembe ag’oku kyoto; omusaayi ogunaasigalawo oguyiwe wansi w’ekyoto.
13 and thou shalt take all the fat that covereth the inner part, and the caul upon the liver, and the two kidneys, with the fat which is upon them, and burn as incense on the altar:
Onoddira amasavu gonna ag’oku byenda n’ogabikka ku kibumba n’ensigo zombi n’amasavu gaazo, obyokere ku kyoto.
14 but the flesh of the bullock and its skin, and its dung, shalt thou burn up with fire, outside the camp, —a sin-bearer, it is.
Naye ennyama y’ente eyo n’eddiba lyayo, n’obusa bwayo, byokere ebweru w’olusiisira. Ekyo ky’ekiweebwayo olw’ekibi.
15 One ram also, shalt thou take, and Aaron and his sons shall lean their hands, upon the head of the ram;
“Kwata endiga zombi, Alooni ne batabani be banaakwatanga ku mutwe gw’endiga emu;
16 then shalt thou slay the ram, —and take its blood, and dash upon the altar round about;
otte endiga eyo, n’oddira omusaayi gwayo n’ogumansa buli wantu ku kyoto.
17 but the ram itself, shalt thou cut up into its pieces, —and shalt bathe its inner part, and its legs, and lay upon its pieces and upon its head;
Onoosalaasala endiga eyo mu bifi, onaaze eby’omunda byayo n’amagulu gaayo; obisse wamu n’ebifi n’omutwe,
18 and shalt burn the whole ram as incense on the altar, an ascending-sacrifice, it is to Yahweh, —a satisfying odour, an altar-flame to Yahweh, it is.
endiga yonna ogyokere ku kyoto. Ekyo ky’ekiweebwayo eri Mukama ekyokye, eky’akawoowo akasanyusa, nga kiweebwayo ku muliro eri Mukama.
19 Then shalt thou take the second ram, —and Aaron and his sons shall lean their hands upon the head of the ram;
“Onoddira endiga endala, Alooni ne batabani be ne bassa emikono ku mutwe gwayo;
20 then shalt thou slay the ram, and take of its blood, and place upon the tip of the ear of Aaron and upon the tip of the ear of his sons—the right ear, and upon the thumb of their right hand, and upon the great toe of their right foot, —and shalt dash the blood upon the altar round about.
onoogitta, n’oddira ku musaayi gwayo n’ogusiiga ku kasongezo k’okutu kwa Alooni okwa ddyo, ne ku busongezo bw’amatu ga batabani be aga ddyo, ne ku binkumu by’emikono gyabwe egya ddyo, ne ku bigere byabwe ebisajja ebya ddyo; omusaayi ogunaasigalawo ogumansire ku kyoto okukyetooloola.
21 Then shalt thou take of the blood that is upon the altar and of the anointing oil, and sprinkle upon Aaron and upon his garments, and upon his sons and upon the garments of his sons with him, —so shall he be hallowed—he, and his garments, and his sons and the garments of his sons, with him.
Onoddira ku musaayi oguli ku kyoto, oddire ne ku mafuta ag’okwawula, obimansire ku Alooni ne ku byambalo bye, era ne ku batabani be ne ku byambalo byabwe. Bw’atyo Alooni ne batabani be bajja kutukuzibwa awamu n’ebyambalo byabwe.
22 Then shalt thou take from the ram—the fat and the fat-tail and the fat that covereth the inner part and the caul of the liver and the two kidneys with the fat that is upon them, and the right shoulder, —for, a ram of installation, it is, —
“Onoggya ku ndiga eyo amasavu, n’omukira omusava, n’amasavu agabikka eby’omu lubuto ne ku kibumba, n’ensigo zombi awamu n’amasavu agaziriko, n’ekisambi ekya ddyo; kubanga eyo y’endiga ey’okukozesa mu kwawula bakabona.
23 and one round-cake of bread, and one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer, —out of the basket of unleavened cakes, which is before Yahweh;
Era olabe mu kibbo ekirimu ebitali bizimbulukuse ebiri awali Mukama oggyemu omugaati gumu, ne keeke emu okuli amafuta ag’omuzeeyituuni, n’akasukuuti ak’oluwewere;
24 and shalt lay the whole upon the heads of Aaron, and upon the hands of his sons, —then shalt thou wave them to and fro as a wave-offering, before Yahweh;
ebyo byonna obikwase Alooni ne batabani be, babiwuubire awali Mukama ng’ekiweebwayo ekiwuubibwa.
25 and shalt take them from their hand, and burn them as incense on the altar upon the ascending-sacrifice, —as a satisfying odour, before Yahweh, an altar-flame, it is to Yahweh.
Onoobibaggyako, n’obyokera ku kyoto ng’obyongera ku kiweebwayo ekyokebwa, mulyoke muveemu akawoowo akalungi akasanyusa Mukama; kye kiweebwayo eri Mukama ekyokye mu muliro.
26 Then shalt thou take the breast from the ram of installation which is for Aaron, and shalt wave it as a wave-offering, before Yahweh, —so shall it be thy share,
Era onoddira ekifuba ky’endiga y’okwawulibwa kwa Alooni, okiwuube ng’ekiweebwayo eri Mukama ekiwuubibwa; ogwo gwe gunaaba omugabo gwo.
27 And thou shalt hallow the breast of the wave-offering, and the shoulder of the heave-offering, which is waved to and fro, and which is heaved up, from the ram of installation, from that which is for Aaron, and from that which is for his sons;
Onootukuza ekifuba eky’ekiweebwayo ekiwuubibwa, n’ekisambi eky’ekiweebwayo ekiwuubibwa, n’ekisambi eky’omugabo gwa bakabona era nga nakyo kiwuubibwa ekiva ku ndiga y’okwawulibwa, nga bwe guli omugabo gwa Alooni ne batabani be.
28 so shall it belong to Aaron and to his sons for an age-abiding statute from the sons of Israel, for a heave-offering, it is, —and, a heave-offering, shall it remain, from the sons of Israel out of their peace-offerings, their heave-offering to Yahweh.
Gunaabanga mugabo gwa Alooni ne batabani be, nga guva mu baana ba Isirayiri emirembe gyonna; kubanga gwe mugabo gwa bakabona ogunaavanga ku kiweebwayo ky’abaana ba Isirayiri eky’emirembe, nga kye kiweebwayo kyabwe eri Mukama.
29 And, the holy garments which belong to Aaron, shall belong to his sons, after him, -to be anointed therein, and to be installed therein,
“Ebyambalo bya Alooni ebitukuvu, batabani be, be banaabisikiranga, era mwe banaafukirwangako amafuta, era mwe banaayawulirwanga.
30 Seven days, shall they be put on by him from among his sons who is priest in his stead, —by him who goeth into the tent of meeting, to minister in the holy place.
Omwana anaabanga azze mu bigere bya Alooni nga kabona, anaabyambaliranga ennaku musanvu, bw’anajjanga mu Weema ey’Okukuŋŋaanirangamu okuweereza mu Kifo Ekitukuvu.
31 And, the ram of installation, shalt thou take, —and shalt boil its flesh, in a holy place;
“Ojja kuddira endiga y’okwawulibwa, ofumbe ennyama yaayo mu kifo ekitukuvu;
32 and Aaron and his sons shall eat the flesh of the ram, and the bread that is in the basket, —at the opening of the tent of meeting:
Alooni ne batabani be balye ku nnyama y’endiga eyo, ne ku mugaati oguli mu kibbo, nga bali ku mulyango gwa Weema ey’Okukuŋŋaanirangamu.
33 thus shall they eat those things wherewith a propitiatory-covering hath been made, to install them, to hallow them, but, a stranger, shall not eat, for holy, they are.
Banaalya ku ebyo ebikozesebbwa ku mukolo ogw’okusonyiyibwa kwabwe lwe batukuzibwa era lwe bayawulirwako. Naye atali kabona tabiryangako, kubanga bitukuvu.
34 And, if there be left over of the flesh of installation, or of the bread until the morning, then shalt thou burn up what is left over, in the fire, it shall not be eaten for holy, it is.
Era singa ku nnyama y’okwawula ne ku migaati wasigalawo ebiremye okutuusa enkeera, byonna byokebwanga bwokebwa; tewabanga abirya, kubanga bitukuvu.
35 So then thou shalt do for Aaron and for his sons, in this manner, according to all which I have commanded, thee, —seven days, shalt thou install them.
“Bwe kutyo okwawulibwa kwa Alooni ne batabani be bw’onookukola nga bwe nkulagidde. Omukolo gwonna gujja kumala ennaku musanvu;
36 And a sin-bearing bullock, shalt thou offer daily, for them who are to be covered by propitiation, and shalt make a sin-cleansing for the altar, when thou puttest a propitiatory-covering thereon, —and shalt anoint it to hallow it.
era buli lunaku ojja kuwaayo seddume y’ente emu ng’ekiweebwayo olw’ekibi, olw’okusonyiyibwa. Waayo ekiweebwayo olw’okulongoosa ekyoto, okifukeko amafuta, okitukuze.
37 Seven days, shalt thou put a propitiatory-covering over the altar, and so shalt hallow it, thus shall the altar become most holy; whosoever toucheth the altar, must be holy.
Ojja kumala ennaku musanvu ng’owaayo ekiweebwayo olw’okulongoosa ekyoto, okitukuze; era ekyoto kijja kubeera kitukuvu nnyo, buli ekinaakikomangako nga nakyo kifuuka kitukuvu.
38 This, moreover, is what thou shalt offer upon the altar, two lambs of a year old day by day, continually:
“Bino by’onoowangayo ku kyoto buli lunaku: onoowangayo endiga ento bbiri ez’omwaka ogumu.
39 The one lamb, shalt thou offer in the morning, and the second lamb, shalt thou offer between the evenings;
Endiga emu onoogiwangayo mu makya, ne ginnaayo n’ogiwaayo akawungeezi.
40 and a tenth part of fine meal mingled with a fourth part of the hin of beaten oil, and, as a drink-offering, a fourth part of the hin of wine, —with the one lamb.
Endiga esooka onoogiwaayo ne lita bbiri ez’obuwunga obulungi, nga butabuddwamu lita ng’emu ey’amafuta ge zeyituuni, n’oteekerako ne lita emu ey’envinnyo nga ky’ekiweebwayo ekyokunywa.
41 And the second lamb, shalt thou offer between the evenings, -according to the meal-offering of the morning, and according to the drink-offering thereof, shalt thou offer with it, for a satisfying odour, an altar-flame, to Yahweh:
Endiga eyookubiri onoogiwaayo akawungeezi awamu n’obuwunga n’ebyokunywa nga bw’onooba okoze mu makya, ne biryoka bivaamu akawoowo akalungi akasanyusa ak’ekiweebwayo ekyokebwa eri Mukama.
42 a continual ascending-sacrifice to your generations, at the opening of the tent of meeting, before Yahweh, where will meet with you, to speak unto thee there.
“Mu mirembe gyonna egigenda okujja, ekiweebwayo kino ekyokebwa kinaaweebwangayo eri Mukama obutayosa, mu mulyango gw’Eweema ey’Okukuŋŋaanirangamu. Awo we nnaakusanga ne njogera naawe.
43 So will I meet there with the sons of Israel, and it shall be hallowed by my glory.
Era awo we nnaasisinkana abaana ba Isirayiri, ekifo ekyo ne kitukuzibwa nga kijjudde ekitiibwa kyange.
44 Thus will I hallow the tent of meeting, and the altar, —and, Aaron and his sons, will I hallow, to minister as priests unto me.
“Bwe ntyo nnaatukuza Eweema ey’Okukuŋŋaanirangamu n’ekyoto, era Alooni ne batabani be nabo nnaabatukuza, bampeereze nga bakabona.
45 Thus will I make my habitation in the midst of the sons of Israel, and will be their God;
Bwe ntyo ndyoke mbeere mu baana ba Isirayiri era mbeere Katonda waabwe.
46 and they shall know that, I—Yahweh, am their God, who brought them forth out of the land of Egypt that I might make my habitation in their midst, I—Yahweh, their God.
Awo banaamanya nga nze Mukama Katonda waabwe, eyabaggya mu nsi y’e Misiri ndyoke mbeerenga mu bo. Nze Mukama Katonda waabwe.”
