Exodus 28
1 Thou thyself, therefore bring near unto thee—Aaron thy brother and his sons with him out of the midst of the sons of Israel, that they may minister as priests unto me, —Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar sons of Aaron.
Kaj vi alproksimigu al vi vian fraton Aaron kaj liajn filojn kun li el inter la Izraelidoj, por ke li estu Mia pastro: Aaron, kaj Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, kaj Itamar, la filoj de Aaron.
2 And thou shalt make holy garments for Aaron thy brother, —for glory and for beauty.
Kaj faru sanktajn vestojn por via frato Aaron, por honoro kaj ornamo.
3 Thou thyself, therefore, shalt speak unto all the wise-hearted, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, —and they shall make Aaron’s garments, to hallow him for ministering as priest unto me.
Kaj diru al ĉiuj, kiuj havas saĝan koron kaj kiujn Mi plenigis per spirito de saĝo, ke ili faru por Aaron vestojn, por sanktigi lin, ke li estu Mia pastro.
4 These, therefore are the garments which they shall make—a breastpiece, and an ephod and a robe, and a tunic of checker work, a turban and a girdle, —so shall they make holy garments for Aaron thy brother and for his sons, for ministering as priests unto me.
Kaj jen estas la vestoj, kiujn ili devas fari: surbrustaĵo, efodo, tuniko, ĥitono teksita, cidaro, kaj zono. Kaj ili faru sanktajn vestojn por via frato Aaron kaj por liaj filoj, ke li estu Mia pastro.
5 They themselves, therefore, shall take the gold, and the blue and the purple, —and the crimson, and the fine linen.
Kaj ili prenu oron, kaj bluan, purpuran, kaj ruĝan teksaĵon, kaj bisinon.
6 And they shall make the ephod, —of gold, blue and purple crimson and fine-twined linen, the work of a skilful weaver.
Kaj ili faru la efodon el oro, el blua, purpura, kaj ruĝa teksaĵo, kaj el tordita bisino, en artista maniero.
7 Two joining shoulderpieces, shall there be to it upon the two extremities thereof that it may be joined together,
Du surŝultraĵojn kunigantajn ĝi havu sur siaj du finoj, por ke ĝi estu ligita.
8 And the curious band for fastening it, that is upon it, like the work thereof of the same, shall it be, —of gold blue and purple and crimson and fine-twined linen,
Kaj la ĉirkaŭliganta zono sur ĝi estu la sama laboraĵo, kiel ĝia kontinuaĵo, el oro, el blua, purpura, kaj ruĝa teksaĵo, kaj el tordita bisino.
9 And thou shalt take two onyx stones, —and engrave upon them the names of the sons of Israel:
Kaj prenu du oniksajn ŝtonojn, kaj gravuru sur ili la nomojn de la filoj de Izrael:
10 six of their names, on the one stone, —and the names of the six that remain, on the second stone according to their births:
ses el iliaj nomoj sur unu ŝtono kaj la ses ceterajn nomojn sur la dua ŝtono, laŭ la ordo de ilia naskiĝo.
11 with the work of a stone engraver, like seal-ring engravings, shalt thou engrave the two stones, after the names of the sons of Israel, —to be encircled with settings of gold, shalt thou make them.
Per laboro de gravuristoj, kiel sigelila gravurado, gravurigu sur la du ŝtonoj la nomojn de la filoj de Izrael; faru ilin ĉirkaŭataj per kadretoj el oro.
12 And thou shalt put the two stones upon the shoulderpieces of the ephod, as stones of memorial for the sons of Israel, —so shall Aaron bear their names before Yahweh upon his two shoulders, for a memorial.
Kaj metu la du ŝtonojn sur la surŝultraĵojn de la efodo, kiel ŝtonojn de memoro pri la filoj de Izrael; kaj Aaron portu iliajn nomojn antaŭ la Eternulo sur siaj du surŝultraĵoj por memoro.
13 And thou shalt make ouches of gold;
Kaj faru kadretojn el oro;
14 and two chains of pure gold, like cord, shalt thou make them, of wreathen work, and thou shalt put the wreathen chains on the ouches.
kaj du ĉenetojn el pura oro; faru ilin kuniĝantaj per siaj finoj, plektitaj; kaj alfortikigu la plektitajn ĉenetojn al la kadretoj.
15 And thou shalt make a breastpiece for giving sentence the work of a skilful weaver, like the work of the ephod, shalt thou make it, of gold, blue, and purple and crimson and fine-twined linen, shalt thou make it.
Kaj faru juĝan surbrustaĵon per artista laboro; simile al la laboro de la efodo faru ĝin; el oro, el blua, purpura, kaj ruĝa teksaĵo, kaj el tordita bisino faru ĝin.
16 Four-square, shall it be double, —a span the length thereof and a span the breadth thereof.
Kvarangula ĝi estu kaj duobla; manstreĉo estu ĝia longo, kaj manstreĉo ĝia larĝo.
17 And thou shalt set therein a setting of stones, four rows of stones, —one row—a sardius, a topaz and an emerald, the first row;
Kaj enmetu en ĝin enmetaĵon el ŝtonoj en kvar vicoj. La ŝtonoj de vico: rubeno, topazo, kaj smeraldo estu la unua vico;
18 and the second row a carbuncle a sapphire and a diamond;
kaj la dua vico: hiacinto, safiro, kaj jaspiso;
19 and the third row an opal, an agate, and an amethyst;
kaj la tria vico: ligurio, agato, kaj ametisto;
20 and the fourth row, a Tarshish stone, a sardonyx, and a jasper, —enclosed with gold, shall they be when they are set.
kaj la kvara vico: krizolito, kaj onikso, kaj berilo. En oraj kadretoj ili estu laŭ siaj vicoj.
21 And the stones shall be after the names of the sons of Israel—twelve, after their names, —as the engravings of a seal-ring everyone after his name, shall they be, for the twelve tribes,
Kaj la ŝtonoj estu laŭ la nomoj de la filoj de Izrael; dek du, laŭ iliaj nomoj, gravuritaj sigelile, ĉiu kun sia nomo, por la dek du triboj.
22 And thou shalt make, upon the breastpiece, chains like cords of wreathen work, —of pure gold.
Kaj faru al la surbrustaĵo plektitajn ĉenetojn, kuniĝantajn per siaj finoj, el pura oro.
23 And thou shalt make, upon the breastpiece, two rings of gold, —and thou shalt place the two rings, upon the two ends of the breastpiece.
Kaj faru por la surbrustaĵo du orajn ringojn, kaj alfortikigu la du ringojn al la du finoj de la surbrustaĵo.
24 And thou shalt hang the two wreathen chains of gold upon the two rings, —upon the ends of the breastpiece;
Kaj metu la du orajn plektitajn ĉenetojn en la du ringojn ĉe la finoj de la surbrustaĵo.
25 and the other two ends of the two wreathen chains, shalt thou fasten upon the two ouches, so shalt thou hang them upon the shoulderpieces of the ephod, in the forefront thereof.
Kaj la du finojn de la du plektitaj ĉenetoj enfortikigu en la du kadretojn, kaj alfortikigu ilin al la surŝultraĵoj de la efodo sur la antaŭa flanko.
26 And thou shalt make two rings of gold, and put them on the two ends of the breastpiece upon the border thereof, which is on the side of the ephod inwards.
Kaj faru du orajn ringojn, kaj alfortikigu ilin al la du aliaj finoj de la surbrustaĵo, sur interna ĝia rando, direktita al la efodo.
27 And thou shalt make two rings of gold, and place them upon the two shoulderpieces of the ephod beneath, on the front of the face thereof, over against its joining, above the curious band of the ephod:
Kaj faru du orajn ringojn, kaj alfortikigu ilin al la du surŝultraĵoj de la efodo malsupre, sur la antaŭa flanko, ĉe ĝia kuniĝo, super la zono de la efodo.
28 that they may bind the breastpiece by the rings thereof unto the rings of the ephod with a cord of blue, so that it may remain upon the curious band of the ephod, and the breastpiece not be removed from of the ephod.
Kaj oni alligu la surbrustaĵon per ĝiaj ringoj al la ringoj de la efodo per laĉo el blua ŝtofo, por ke ĝi estu super la zono de la efodo kaj por ke la surbrustaĵo ne forŝoviĝu de sur la efodo.
29 So shall Aaron bear the names of the sons of Israel in the breastpiece for giving sentence upon his heart when he goeth into the holy place, —for a memorial before Yahweh continually.
Kaj Aaron portu la nomojn de la filoj de Izrael sur la juĝa surbrustaĵo sur sia koro, kiam li eniros en la sanktejon, por ĉiama memoro antaŭ la Eternulo.
30 Thus shalt thou place, in the breastpiece for giving sentence, the lights and the perfections, so shall they be upon the heart of Aaron when he goeth in before Yahweh, —so shall Aaron bear the sentence of the sons of Israel, upon his heart before Yahweh continually.
Kaj metu sur la juĝan surbrustaĵon la signojn de lumo kaj la signojn de justo, por ke ili estu sur la koro de Aaron, kiam li eniros antaŭ la Eternulon; kaj Aaron ĉiam portu la juĝon de la filoj de Izrael sur sia koro antaŭ la Eternulo.
31 And thou shalt make the robe of the ephod wholly of blue;
Kaj faru la tunikon de la efodo tutan el blua teksaĵo.
32 and the opening for his head shall be in the midst thereof, —a border, shall there be to the opening thereof round about the work of a weaver, like the opening of a coat of mail, shall there be to it, it must not be rent.
La aperturo por la kapo estu en ĝia mezo; ĉirkaŭ la aperturo estu teksita bordero, kiel ĉe aperturo de ŝildo, por ke ĝi ne disŝiriĝu.
33 And thou shalt make upon the skirts thereof pomegranates of blue and purple and crimson, upon the skirts thereof round about—and bells of gold in the midst of them round about:
Sur ĝia malsupra rando faru granatojn el blua, purpura, kaj ruĝa teksaĵo, ĉirkaŭe sur ĝia malsupra rando, kaj inter ili ĉirkaŭe orajn tintilojn.
34 a bell of gold and a pomegranate, a bell of gold, and a pomegranate, —upon the skirts of the robe, round about.
Ora tintilo kaj granato, ora tintilo kaj granato estu ĉirkaŭe sur la malsupra rando de la tuniko.
35 And it shall be upon Aaron, for ministering, —so shall be heard the sound of him—when he goeth into the holy place, before Yahweh, and cometh out, and dieth not.
Ĝi estu sur Aaron dum lia servado; por ke oni aŭdu sonon de li, kiam li eniros en la sanktejon antaŭ la Eternulon kaj kiam li eliros, kaj por ke li ne mortu.
36 And thou shalt make a burnished plate, of pure gold, —and shalt engrave thereupon, like the engravings of a seal-ring, Holiness to Yahweh.
Kaj faru tabuleton el pura oro, kaj gravuru sur ĝi en sigelila maniero: SANKTA AL LA ETERNULO.
37 And thou shalt put it upon a cord of blue, so shall it be upon the turban, —upon the forefront of the turban, shall it be.
Kaj alfortikigu ĝin per laĉo el blua ŝtofo, ke ĝi estu sur la cidaro; sur la antaŭa flanko de la cidaro ĝi devas esti.
38 So shall it be upon the forehead of Aaron, and Aaron shall bear the iniquity of the hallowed things, which the sons of Israel shall hallow, for all their hallowed gift, —and it shall be upon his forehead continually, that there may be acceptance for them before Yahweh.
Ĝi estu sur la frunto de Aaron; kaj Aaron portados la pekon kontraŭ la sanktaĵoj, kiujn sanktigos la Izraelidoj en ĉiuj siaj sanktaj donoj; kaj ĝi estos sur lia frunto ĉiam, por ke la Eternulo ilin favoru.
39 And thou shalt weave, in checker work the tunic of fine linen, and shalt make a turban of fine linen, —and, a girdle, shalt thou make the work of an embroiderer.
Kaj teksu la ĥitonon el bisino, kaj faru la cidaron el bisino, kaj faru broditan zonon.
40 And, for the sons of Aaron, shalt thou make tunics, and shalt make for them girdles, —and caps, shalt thou make for them, for glory and for beauty.
Kaj por la filoj de Aaron faru ĥitonojn, kaj faru por ili zonojn, kaj mitrojn faru por ili, por honoro kaj ornamo.
41 And thou shalt clothe therewith Aaron thy brother, and his sons, with him, —and shalt anoint them and install them, and hallow them, so shall they minister as priests unto me.
Kaj vestu per ili vian fraton Aaron kaj liajn filojn kune kun li; kaj sanktoleu ilin kaj konsekru ilin kaj sanktigu ilin, por ke ili estu pastroj al Mi.
42 And thou shalt make for them breeches of linen, to cover their unseemliness, from the loins even unto the thighs, shall they be;
Kaj faru por ili linajn pantalonojn, por kovri la nudecon de ilia karno; de la lumbo ĝis la femuroj ili estu.
43 so shall they be upon Aaron and upon his sons, when they go into the tent of meeting, or when they approach unto the altar, to minister in the holy place, lest they bear iniquity, and die, —a statute age-abiding, to him and to his seed after him.
Kaj ili estu sur Aaron kaj sur liaj filoj, kiam ili eniros en la tabernaklon de kunveno, aŭ kiam ili alproksimiĝos al la altaro, por servi en la sanktejo; por ke ili ne faru pekon kaj ne mortu. Eterna leĝo ĝi estu por li kaj por lia idaro post li.
