Exodus 11
1 Then said Yahweh unto Moses—Yet one plague, will I bring in upon Pharaoh and upon Egypt, after that, he will let you go from hence, —when he doth let you go, he will, altogether drive, you out from hence.
तब परमप्रभुले मोशालाई भन्नुभयो, “फारो र मिश्रमा मैले ल्याउने एउटा विपत्ति अझै पनि बाँकी छ । त्यसपछि त्यसले तिमीहरूलाई यहाँबाट जान दिनेछ । अन्त्यमा त्यसले तिमीहरूलाई जान दिँदा त्यसले तिमीहरूलाई पूर्ण रूपमा निकालिदिनेछ ।
2 Speak, I pray you, in the ears of the people, —and let them ask—every man of his neighbour, and every woman of her neighbour, articles of silver and articles of gold.
हरेक पुरुष र स्त्रीले तिनीहरूका छिमेकीहरूबाट चाँदी र सरसामानहरू माग्न तिनीहरूलाई निर्देशन दे ।”
3 And Yahweh gave the people favour, in the eyes of the Egyptians, —even the man Moses himself, was exceeding great in the land of Egypt, —in the eyes of Pharaoh’s servants and in the eyes of the people.
अब परमप्रभुले मिश्रीहरूलाई इस्राएलीहरूलाई खुसी तुल्याउन उत्सुक बनाइदिनुभयो । यसको अतिरिक्त, यी मानिस मोशा फारोका अधिकारीहरू र मिश्रका मानिसहरूका दृष्टिमा प्रभावशाली बने ।
4 And Moses said, Thus saith Yahweh, —About midnight, am, I, going forth in the midst of Egypt;
मोशाले भने, “परमप्रभु यसो भन्नुहुन्छः मध्यराततिर म मिश्र भएर जानेछु ।
5 then shall every firstborn in the land of Egypt die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who is sitting on his throne, unto the firstborn of the handmaid who is behind the two millstones, —and every firstborn of beasts;
मिश्र देशमा सिंहासनमा बस्ने फारोको जेठो छोरोदेखि लिएर जाँतो पिँध्ने दासीको जेठो छोरोसम्म र गाईवस्तुका सबै पहिले जन्मेकाहरू मर्नेछन् ।
6 then shall there be a great outcry, in all the land of Egypt, —such, as never was and, such, as shall not be again.
त्यसपछि मिश्र देशमा पहिले कहिल्यै नसुनिएको र फेरि पछि कहिल्यै नसुनिने ठुलो रुवाबासी हुनेछ ।
7 But against none of the sons of Israel, shall a dog sharpen his tongue, neither against man nor beast, —that ye may know that Yahweh maketh a difference between Egypt and Israel.
तर इस्राएलका मानिस र पशुको विरुद्धमा भने एउटा कुकुर पनि भुक्नेछैन । यसरी मैले मिश्रीहरू र इस्राएलीहरूलाई फरक तरिकाले व्यवहार गर्दै छु भनी तैँले जान्नेछस् ।
8 So shall all these thy servants come down unto me and bow themselves down to me saying—Go forth, thou and all the people who are in thy footsteps, and after that, will I go forth. And he went forth from Pharaoh, in a heat of anger.
फारोका सबै अधिकारी मकहाँ आई मेरो सामु निहुरिनेछन् । तिनीहरूले भन्नेछन्, 'तपाईंको पछि लाग्ने सबै मानिस जाऊन् ।' त्यसपछि म जानेछु ।” तब तिनी फारोकहाँबाट अति क्रोधित भएर गए ।
9 And Yahweh had said unto Moses, Pharaoh will not hearken unto you, —that my wonders may be multiplied in the land of Egypt.
परमप्रभुले मोशालाई भन्नुभयो, “फारोले तेरो कुरा सुन्नेछैन । मैले मिश्र देशमा धेरै अचम्मका कामहरू गर्न सकूँ भनेर यसो भएको हो ।”
10 So then, Moses and Aaron, did all these wonders before Pharaoh, —but Yahweh let Pharaoh’s heart wax bold, and he did not let the sons of Israel go out of his land.
मोशा र हारूनले फारोको सामु यी सबै अचम्मका काम गरे । तर परमप्रभुले फारोको ह्रदय कठोर पारिदिनुभयो र तिनले आफ्नो देशबाट इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई जान दिएनन् ।
