Exodus 11
1 Then said Yahweh unto Moses—Yet one plague, will I bring in upon Pharaoh and upon Egypt, after that, he will let you go from hence, —when he doth let you go, he will, altogether drive, you out from hence.
Na rĩrĩ, Jehova nĩeerĩte Musa atĩrĩ, “Nĩngũrehere Firaũni na bũrũri wa Misiri mũthiro ũngĩ ũmwe. Thuutha ũcio, nĩakamũrekereria mũthiĩ mume gũkũ, na rĩrĩa ageeka ũguo, nĩkũmũingata akaamũingata biũ.
2 Speak, I pray you, in the ears of the people, —and let them ask—every man of his neighbour, and every woman of her neighbour, articles of silver and articles of gold.
Ĩra arũme othe, o hamwe na andũ-a-nja mahooe andũ a matũũra mao indo cia betha na cia thahabu.”
3 And Yahweh gave the people favour, in the eyes of the Egyptians, —even the man Moses himself, was exceeding great in the land of Egypt, —in the eyes of Pharaoh’s servants and in the eyes of the people.
(Jehova agĩtũma andũ acio metĩkĩrĩke nĩ andũ a Misiri, na Musa we mwene aarĩ mũtĩĩku mũno kũu bũrũri wa Misiri nĩ anene a Firaũni o na andũ arĩa angĩ.)
4 And Moses said, Thus saith Yahweh, —About midnight, am, I, going forth in the midst of Egypt;
Nĩ ũndũ ũcio Musa akiuga atĩrĩ, “Jehova ekuuga ũũ: ‘Kũrĩ ta ũtukũ gatagatĩ nĩngatuĩkania bũrũri wa Misiri wothe.
5 then shall every firstborn in the land of Egypt die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who is sitting on his throne, unto the firstborn of the handmaid who is behind the two millstones, —and every firstborn of beasts;
Mwana wothe wa kahĩĩ wa irigithathi gũkũ bũrũri wa Misiri nĩagaakua, kwambĩrĩria irigithathi rĩa Firaũni, rĩrĩa rĩikaragĩra gĩtĩ kĩa ũnene, nginya irigithathi rĩa ngombo ya mũirĩtu, ũrĩa ũrutaga wĩra gĩthĩi-inĩ, na marigithathi mothe ma ngʼombe o namo.
6 then shall there be a great outcry, in all the land of Egypt, —such, as never was and, such, as shall not be again.
Nĩgũkaagĩa kĩrĩro kĩnene bũrũri wa Misiri wothe, kĩrĩro kĩũru gĩtarĩ gĩakorwo kuo, na gĩtakagĩa kuo rĩngĩ o na rĩ.
7 But against none of the sons of Israel, shall a dog sharpen his tongue, neither against man nor beast, —that ye may know that Yahweh maketh a difference between Egypt and Israel.
No gatagatĩ ka andũ a Isiraeli, gũtirĩ ngui ĩgaakũgĩra mũndũ, kana ĩkũgĩre nyamũ.’ Hĩndĩ ĩyo nĩũkamenya atĩ Jehova nĩekĩrĩte ngũũrani harĩ andũ a Misiri na andũ a Isiraeli.
8 So shall all these thy servants come down unto me and bow themselves down to me saying—Go forth, thou and all the people who are in thy footsteps, and after that, will I go forth. And he went forth from Pharaoh, in a heat of anger.
Anene aya aku othe magooka kũrĩ niĩ, manyinamĩrĩre makiugaga atĩrĩ, ‘Thiĩ, we mwene o na andũ arĩa makũrũmĩrĩire!’ Thuutha ũcio nĩngathiĩ.” Hĩndĩ ĩyo Musa, acinĩtwo nĩ marakara, akĩeherera Firaũni.
9 And Yahweh had said unto Moses, Pharaoh will not hearken unto you, —that my wonders may be multiplied in the land of Egypt.
Jehova nĩeerĩte Musa atĩrĩ, “Firaũni nĩakarega gũkũigua, nĩgeetha morirũ makwa gũkũ bũrũri wa Misiri mongerereke.”
10 So then, Moses and Aaron, did all these wonders before Pharaoh, —but Yahweh let Pharaoh’s heart wax bold, and he did not let the sons of Israel go out of his land.
Musa na Harũni nĩmaringire morirũ maya mothe mbere ya Firaũni, no Jehova akĩũmia ngoro ya Firaũni, na ndaigana kũrekereria andũ a Isiraeli moime bũrũri-inĩ wake.
