< Exodus 10 >
1 Then said Yahweh unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh, —for, I, have suffered his heart to be dull and the heart of his servants, that I may show these my signs, in their midst;
Kolkaasaa Rabbigu Muuse ku yidhi, Orod oo Fircoon u gal, waayo, qalbigiisii waan qallafiyey, iyo qalbiyadii addoommadiisa, inaan calaamooyinkaygan dhexdooda ka muujiyo,
2 and that thou mayest recount in the ears of thy son and thy sons’ son, what I did in derision of the Egyptians, and my signs which I displayed among them, —so shall ye know that I, am Yahweh.
iyo inaad adigu u sheegtid dhegaha wiilkaaga, iyo wiilkaaga wiilkiisa, wixii aan ku sameeyey Masriyiinta, iyo calaamooyinkaygii aan ku dhex sameeyey, inay iyagu ogaadaan inaan anigu ahay Rabbiga.
3 And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and said unto him—Thus, saith Yahweh, God of the Hebrews, How long hast thou refused to humble thyself before me? Let my people go that they may serve me.
Markaasaa Muuse iyo Haaruun waxay u tageen Fircoon, oo ku yidhaahdeen, Rabbiga ah Ilaaha Cibraaniyadu wuxuu kugu yidhi, Ilaa goormaad diidaysaa inaad hortayda is-hoosaysiiso? Dadkayga sii daa ha tageene, inay ii adeegaan.
4 But if, refusing, thou art to let my people go, behold me bringing in tomorrow a locust within thy bounds;
Laakiinse haddii aad diiddo inaad dadkayga sii dayso, bal ogow, berrito dalkaaga ayax baan ku soo dayn doonaa,
5 and it shall cover the eye of the land, so that one shall not be able to see the land, —and it shall eat the residue that hath escaped, that is left you from the hail, and shall eat up all the trees that sprout for you out of the field;
oo dhulkuu qarin doonaa, si aan dhulka loo arkin, oo wuxuu cuni doonaa wixii ka baxsaday roobkii dhagaxyada lahaa oo idiin hadhay, oo wuxuu kaloo cuni doonaa geed kasta oo duurka idiinka baxaya.
6 and they shall fill thy houses, and the houses of all thy servants and the houses of all the Egyptians, such as thy fathers and thy fathers’ fathers have never seen, from the day they came to be on the ground, until this day. And he turned away, and came out from the presence of Pharaoh.
Oo wuxuu ka buuxsami doonaa guryahaaga, iyo guryaha addoommadaada, iyo guryaha Masriyiinta oo dhan; si aan aabbayaashiin iyo awowayaashiin midkoodna arag tan iyo waagii ay dhulka joogeen ilaa maantadan. Kolkaasuu ka noqday oo ka tegey Fircoon.
7 Then said the servants of Pharaoh unto him, How long shall this [man] become to us a snare? Let the men go, that they may serve Yahweh their God. Not yet, knowest thou, that Egypt is, ruined?
Markaasaa Fircoon addoommadiisii waxay ku yidhaahdeen, Ilaa goormuu ninkanu dabin inagu noqonayaa? Inaga sii daa nimanka, Rabbiga Ilaahooda ah ha u adeegeene. War miyaadan weli ogayn in Masar baabba'day?
8 So Moses and Aaron were brought back unto pharaoh, and he said unto them—Go, serve Yahweh your God, —who, are they that are going?
Markaasaa Muuse iyo Haaruun mar kale loo keenay Fircoon. Kolkaasuu wuxuu ku yidhi, Taga oo Rabbiga Ilaahiinna ah u adeega, laakiinse waa ayo kuwa tegayaa?
9 And Moses said, With our young and with our old, will we go, —with our sons and with our daughters with our flocks and with our herds, will we go, —for, the festival of Yahweh, is ours.
Muusena wuxuu yidhi, Annagu waannu tegaynaa yar iyo weynba, oo waxaannu la tegaynaa wiilashayada iyo gabdhahayaga, iyo adhyahayaga, iyo lo'dayada oo dhan; waayo, waxaannu u iidaynaa Rabbigayaga.
10 Then he said unto them: Let Yahweh, so, be with you, when I let go you and your little ones! Look out for, harm, is straight before your faces.
Oo wuxuu iyagii ku yidhi, Rabbigu ha idinla jiro, haddaan idin sii daayo idinka iyo yaryarkiinnaba, laakiinse bal ogaada in wax xumu idinka horreeyaan.
11 Not so! Go, I pray you, ye grown men and serve Yahweh, for, that, is what, ye, were seeking. And they were driven out from the presence of Pharaoh.
Sidaas ma aha; ee intiinna ragga ahu taga, oo Rabbiga u adeega; waayo, taasu waa wixii aad doonayseen. Kolkaasaa Fircoon hortiisa laga eryay iyagii.
12 Then said Yahweh unto Moses—Stretch forth thy hand over the land of Egypt for the locust, that it may come up over the land of Egypt, —and may eat up every herb of the land, all that the hail hath left.
Markaasaa Rabbigu wuxuu Muuse ku yidhi, Gacantaada ayaxa ugu fidi dalka Masar korkiisa, inuu kor yimaado dalka Masar, oo uu cuno geed yar oo kasta, oo ah in alla intii roobkii dhagaxyada lahaa ka baxsatay.
13 And Moses stretched forth his staff over the land of Egypt, and, Yahweh, caused an east wind to drive through the land, all that day, and all the night, —when the morning, had come, the east wind, had brought the locust.
Markaasuu Muuse ushiisii dalkii Masar ku kor fidiyey, oo Rabbigu maalintaas oo dhan iyo habeenkii oo dhan, wuxuu dhulkii ku soo daayay dabayl bari ka timid, oo markii waagii beryay ayaa dabayshii bari ayaxii keentay.
14 And the locust came up over all the land of Egypt, and settled in all the bounds of Egypt, —very grievous, before it, had not been such a locust as that, neither after it, should be one like it.
Kolkaasaa ayaxii dalkii Masar oo idil dul fuulay, oo wuxuu ku soo degay dalkii Masar oo dhan; wuxuuna ahaa ayax baas; hortiisna lama arag ayax saas oo kale ah, dabadiisna ma jiri doono kaas oo kale.
15 So it covered the eye of all the land and the land was darkened, and it did eat every herb of the land and all the fruit of the trees, which the hail had left remaining, —so that there was not left remaining any green sprout in the trees or in the herb of the field in all the land of Egypt.
Waayo, wuxuu qariyey dhulka dushiisa oo dhan, kolkaasaa dalkii gudcur noqday; oo wuxuu cunay dhalatadii waddanka oo dhan, iyo midhihii dhirtii roobkii dhagaxyada lahaa ka baxsaday oo dhan; oo dalkii Masar oo dhanna wax cagaar ahuna kuma hadhin ama dhir ha noqoto ama dhalatada duurka.
16 Then hastened Pharaoh, to call for Moses and for Aaron, —and said—I have sinned against Yahweh your God, and against you.
Markaasaa Fircoon dhaqso ugu yeedhay Muuse iyo Haaruun, oo wuxuu ku yidhi, Waan ku dembaabay Rabbiga Ilaahiinna ah iyo idinkaba.
17 Now, therefore, forgive I pray you my sin—only this time, and make entreaty to Yahweh your God, —that he may take away from me, at least, this death.
Haddaba waan ku baryayaaye, iga cafi dembigayga markan keliya, oo ii barya Rabbiga Ilaahiinna ah, inuu iga qaado dhimashadan keliya.
18 So he came out from Pharaoh, —and made entreaty unto Yahweh;
Kolkaasuu Fircoon dibadda uga baxay oo Rabbiga baryay.
19 and Yahweh turned back a west wind strong exceedingly, and carried away the locust and cast it into the Red Sea, —there was not left a single locust in all the bounds of Egypt.
Markaasaa Rabbigu wuxuu soo leexiyey dabayl aad iyo aad u xoog badan oo galbeed ka timid, kolkaasay ayaxii kor u qaadday oo waxay ku gurtay Badda Cas, oo xataa ayax qudha ahi kuma hadhin dalka Masar oo dhan.
20 But Yahweh suffered the heart of Pharaoh to wax bold, —and he did not let the sons of Israel go.
Markaasaa Rabbigu sii qallafiyey Fircoon qalbigiisii, mana uusan sii dayn reer binu Israa'iil inay tagaan.
21 Then said Yahweh unto Moses: Stretch forth thy hand over the heavens, that there may be darkness, over the land of Egypt, —and that one may feel the darkness.
Markaasaa Rabbigu wuxuu Muuse ku yidhi, Gacantaada xagga samada u taag, in gudcur ku soo dego dalka Masar, kaasoo ah gudcur aad u daran.
22 So Moses stretched forth his hand over the heavens, —and there was thick darkness in all the land of Egypt for three days;
Kolkaasaa Muuse gacanta xagga samada u taagay; oo waxaa dalkii Masar ku soo degay gudcur weyn oo in saddex maalmood ah jiray;
23 they saw not one another neither rose any man from his couch for three days, —but all the sons of Israel, had light in their dwellings.
oo midkoodna midka kale ma arkin, ama midkoodna meeshiisii kama kicin in saddex maalmood ah; laakiinse reer binu Israa'iil oo dhan guryahoodu iftiin bay lahaayeen.
24 Then Pharaoh called out unto Moses and said—Go serve Yahweh, only, your flocks and your herds, shall be left, —even your little ones shall go with you.
Markaasaa Fircoon Muuse u yeedhay oo wuxuu ku yidhi, Taga oo Rabbiga u adeega; laakiinse adhyihiinna iyo lo'diinnu ha joogeen; yaryarkiinnuse ha idin raaceen.
25 And Moses said, Even thou thyself, shalt give into our hands sacrifices and ascending-offerings, —so shall we present offerings to Yahweh our God.
Muusena wuxuu yidhi, De waa inaad weliba na siisaa allabaryo iyo qurbaan la gubo, oo aannu u bixinno Rabbiga ah Ilaahayaga.
26 Moreover also, our own cattle, shall go with us—there shall not be left behind, a hoof, for thereof, must we take, to serve Yahweh our God, —even we ourselves, cannot know wherewith we must serve Yahweh, until we have come in thither.
Lo'dayaduna waa inay na raacdaa, oo waa inaan neef keliyahu dib nooga hadhin, waayo, iyada waa inaannu wax ka qaadannaa si aannu ugu adeegno Rabbiga ah Ilaahayaga. Annagu garan mayno wax aannu ugu adeegno Rabbiga jeeraannu tagno xaggaas.
27 And Yahweh let the heart of Pharaoh wax bold, —and he was not willing to let them go.
Laakiinse Rabbigu waa sii qallafiyey Fircoon qalbigiisii, mana u doonaynin inuu iyaga sii daayo.
28 So Pharaoh said to him—Get thee from me, —take heed to thyself—do not any more! see my face, for in the day thou dost see my face, thou shalt die.
Markaasaa Fircoon wuxuu isagii ku yidhi, War iga tag, oo iska jir, si aadan wejigayga mar dambe u arkin, waayo, maalintii aad wejigayga aragtid hubaal waad dhiman doontaa.
29 And Moses said—Well hast thou spoken, —no more again to see thy face.
Markaasaa Muuse wuxuu ku yidhi, Adigu si wanaagsan baad u hadashay, oo wejigaaga mar dambe arki maayo.
