Exodus 10
1 Then said Yahweh unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh, —for, I, have suffered his heart to be dull and the heart of his servants, that I may show these my signs, in their midst;
১যিহোৱাই মোচিক ক’লে, “তুমি ফৰৌণৰ ওচৰলৈ যোৱা। মিচৰ দেশত মোৰ শক্তিৰ চিনবোৰ দেখুৱাবৰ বাবে মই ফৰৌণ আৰু তেওঁৰ দাস সকলৰ মন কঠিন কৰিলোঁ।
2 and that thou mayest recount in the ears of thy son and thy sons’ son, what I did in derision of the Egyptians, and my signs which I displayed among them, —so shall ye know that I, am Yahweh.
২মই এইদৰে কৰাৰ কাৰণ এয়াও হয় যে, মই মিচৰীয়া লোক সকলক কিদৰে কঠোৰ ব্যৱহাৰ কৰিলোঁ, আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ মাজত মোৰ শক্তিৰ চিন কিদৰে দেখুৱালোঁ এই সকলো কথা তুমি তোমাৰ সন্তান আৰু নাতি-নাতিনীয়েক সকলক যাতে ক’ব পাৰিবা। ইয়াৰ যোগেদি তোমালোকে জানিবা যে, মই যিহোৱা।”
3 And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and said unto him—Thus, saith Yahweh, God of the Hebrews, How long hast thou refused to humble thyself before me? Let my people go that they may serve me.
৩তেতিয়া মোচি আৰু হাৰোণ ফৰৌণৰ ওচৰলৈ গ’ল, আৰু তেওঁক ক’লে, “ইব্ৰীয়া সকলৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই এইদৰে কৈছে: ‘তুমি মোৰ আগত নম্ৰ হবলৈ কিমান সময়লৈকে অমান্তি হৈ থাকিবা? মোৰ আৰাধনা কৰিবৰ অৰ্থে মোৰ লোক সকলক যাবলৈ এৰি দিয়া।
4 But if, refusing, thou art to let my people go, behold me bringing in tomorrow a locust within thy bounds;
৪কিন্তু তুমি যদি মোৰ লোক সকলক যাবলৈ দিয়াত অমান্তি হোৱা, তেনেহ’লে শুনা, কাইলৈ তোমাৰ দেশলৈ মই কাকতী ফৰিং আনিম।
5 and it shall cover the eye of the land, so that one shall not be able to see the land, —and it shall eat the residue that hath escaped, that is left you from the hail, and shall eat up all the trees that sprout for you out of the field;
৫সেইবোৰে গোটেই দেশখন এনেকৈ ঢাকি ধৰিব যে, কোনো এজনে মাটিও দেখা নাপাব। শিলাবৃষ্টিৰ পৰা ৰক্ষা পোৱা অৱশিষ্ট গছবোৰ সেইবোৰে খাই পেলাব। আনকি আপোনালোকৰ বাবে পথাৰত উৎপন্ন হোৱা সকলো গছো খাই পেলাব
6 and they shall fill thy houses, and the houses of all thy servants and the houses of all the Egyptians, such as thy fathers and thy fathers’ fathers have never seen, from the day they came to be on the ground, until this day. And he turned away, and came out from the presence of Pharaoh.
৬আপোনাৰ ঘৰ, আৰু আপোনাৰ দাস সকলৰ ঘৰত, আৰু সকলো মিচৰীয়াৰে সকলৰ ঘৰবোৰ সেই কাকতী ফৰিঙেৰে ভৰি পৰিব। ইমান ফৰিং হ’ব যে, আপোনাৰ পিতৃ আৰু আপোনাৰ ওপৰ-পিতৃসকলে কেতিয়াও তেনে ফৰিং দেখা নাই।” তাৰ পাছত মোচি ফৰৌণৰ আগৰ পৰা বাহিৰলৈ ওলাই গ’ল।
7 Then said the servants of Pharaoh unto him, How long shall this [man] become to us a snare? Let the men go, that they may serve Yahweh their God. Not yet, knowest thou, that Egypt is, ruined?
৭তেতিয়া ফৰৌণৰ দাস সকলে ফৰৌণক ক’লে, “এই মানুহ জন আমালৈ কিমান দিনলৈকে ফান্দস্বৰূপ হৈ থাকিব? ইস্রায়েলী লোকসকল নিজৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাৰ আৰাধনা কৰিবৰ অৰ্থে যাবলৈ এৰি দিয়ক। মিচৰ দেশখন যে ধ্বংস হ’ল, এতিয়ালৈকে সেই কথা আপুনি উপলব্ধি কৰা নাই নে?”
8 So Moses and Aaron were brought back unto pharaoh, and he said unto them—Go, serve Yahweh your God, —who, are they that are going?
৮তেতিয়া মোচি আৰু হাৰোণক ফৰৌণৰ আগলৈ পুনৰ মাতি অনা হ’ল, ফৰৌণে তেওঁলোকক ক’লে, “যোৱা, তোমালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাৰ আৰাধনা কৰা; কিন্তু কোনবোৰ লোক যাব?”
9 And Moses said, With our young and with our old, will we go, —with our sons and with our daughters with our flocks and with our herds, will we go, —for, the festival of Yahweh, is ours.
৯মোচিয়ে ক’লে, “আমি আমাৰ ডেকা, বুঢ়া, নিজৰ নিজৰ লৰা-ছোৱালী, আৰু মেৰ-ছাগ, ছাগলী, গৰুৰ জাকবোৰকো লগত লৈ যাম। কাৰণ যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে আমি উৎসৱ পালন কৰিব লাগিব।”
10 Then he said unto them: Let Yahweh, so, be with you, when I let go you and your little ones! Look out for, harm, is straight before your faces.
১০ফৰৌণে তেওঁলোকক ক’লে, “যিহোৱা তোমালোকৰ লগত থাকক; যিহেতু মই তোমালোকক সন্তানসকলৰ সৈতে যাবলৈ এৰি দিছোঁ, আৰু চোৱা, তোমালোকৰ মন কিছু দুষ্টতাৰে পৰিপূৰ্ণ।
11 Not so! Go, I pray you, ye grown men and serve Yahweh, for, that, is what, ye, were seeking. And they were driven out from the presence of Pharaoh.
১১সেয়ে নহব; কেৱল তোমালোকৰ মাজৰ পুৰুষসকল যাওক, আৰু যিহোৱাৰ সেৱা কৰক; কিয়নো এইদৰে কৰাটোৱেই তোমালোকে বিচাৰিছে।” পাছত ফৰৌণৰ আগৰ পৰা মোচি আৰু হাৰোনক পঠিয়াই দিয়া হ’ল।
12 Then said Yahweh unto Moses—Stretch forth thy hand over the land of Egypt for the locust, that it may come up over the land of Egypt, —and may eat up every herb of the land, all that the hail hath left.
১২তাৰ পাছত যিহোৱাই মোচিক ক’লে, “কাকতী ফৰিংবোৰ মিচৰ দেশলৈ আহি, শিলাবৃষ্টিৰ পৰা অৱশিষ্ট থকা তৃণ আদি সকলোকে খাবলৈ তুমি কাকতী ফৰিঙৰ বাবে মিচৰ দেশৰ ওপৰলৈ হাত মেলা।”
13 And Moses stretched forth his staff over the land of Egypt, and, Yahweh, caused an east wind to drive through the land, all that day, and all the night, —when the morning, had come, the east wind, had brought the locust.
১৩তেতিয়া মোচিয়ে মিচৰ দেশৰ ওপৰলৈ নিজৰ লাখুটি দাঙিলে, আৰু যিহোৱাই সেই দিনা দিনে ৰাতিয়ে সেই দেশৰ ওপৰত পূব ফালৰ পৰা বায়ু বোৱালে। যেতিয়া ৰাতিপুৱা হ’ল, তেতিয়া পূব ফালৰ পৰা অহা বতাহে কাকতি ফৰিংবোৰ উৰোৱাই আনিলে।
14 And the locust came up over all the land of Egypt, and settled in all the bounds of Egypt, —very grievous, before it, had not been such a locust as that, neither after it, should be one like it.
১৪তাতে ফৰিংবোৰ সমগ্র মিচৰ দেশলৈ আহিল, আৰু মিচৰৰ আটাই অঞ্চলত উপদ্রৱ কৰিলে। ইমান বেছি ফৰিং পূৰ্বতে কেতিয়াও হোৱা নাই, আৰু পুনৰ কেতিয়াও নহ’ব।
15 So it covered the eye of all the land and the land was darkened, and it did eat every herb of the land and all the fruit of the trees, which the hail had left remaining, —so that there was not left remaining any green sprout in the trees or in the herb of the field in all the land of Egypt.
১৫সেই ফৰিংবোৰে সমগ্র দেশ ছানি ধৰিলে, তাতে দেশখন অন্ধকাৰময় হ’ল। সেই ফৰিংবোৰে দেশৰ সকলো গছ-গছনি আৰু শিলাবৃষ্টিৰ পৰা অবশিষ্ট থকা গছৰ সকলো ফলবোৰ খালে। তাতে সমগ্র মিচৰ দেশত এজোপাও সেউজীয়া গছ জীয়াই নাথাকিল, আৰু পথাৰত এজোপাও গছ-গছনি নাথাকিল।
16 Then hastened Pharaoh, to call for Moses and for Aaron, —and said—I have sinned against Yahweh your God, and against you.
১৬তেতিয়া ফৰৌণে মোচি আৰু হাৰোণক বেগাই মাতি আনি কলে, “মই তোমালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱা আৰু তোমালোকৰ বিৰুদ্ধে পাপ কৰিলোঁ।
17 Now, therefore, forgive I pray you my sin—only this time, and make entreaty to Yahweh your God, —that he may take away from me, at least, this death.
১৭এতেকে বিনয় কৰোঁ, এইবাৰৰ বাবে মোৰ পাপ ক্ষমা কৰা, আৰু তোমালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাৰ আগত প্রাৰ্থনা কৰা, যাতে তেওঁ মোৰ পৰা এই মৃত্যুদায়ক কষ্ট আঁতৰায়।”
18 So he came out from Pharaoh, —and made entreaty unto Yahweh;
১৮তেতিয়া মোচিয়ে ফৰৌণৰ ওচৰৰ পৰা বাহিৰলৈ গ’ল; আৰু যিহোৱাৰ আগত প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰিলে।
19 and Yahweh turned back a west wind strong exceedingly, and carried away the locust and cast it into the Red Sea, —there was not left a single locust in all the bounds of Egypt.
১৯যিহোৱাই পশ্চিম ফালৰ পৰা অতি প্ৰবল বতাহ বোৱাই আনিলে; তাতে সেই বতাহে ফৰিংবোৰ উৰোৱাই নি চূফ সাগৰত পেলাই দিলে। সমগ্র মিচৰ দেশৰ কোনো অঞ্চলতে এটাও ফৰিং অৱশিষ্ট নাথাকিল।
20 But Yahweh suffered the heart of Pharaoh to wax bold, —and he did not let the sons of Israel go.
২০কিন্তু যিহোৱাই ফৰৌণৰ মন কঠিন কৰিলে, তাতে তেওঁ ইস্ৰায়েলৰ লোকসকলক যাবলৈ নিদিলে।
21 Then said Yahweh unto Moses: Stretch forth thy hand over the heavens, that there may be darkness, over the land of Egypt, —and that one may feel the darkness.
২১তাৰ পাছত যিহোৱাই মোচিক ক’লে, “সমগ্র মিচৰ দেশ অন্ধকাৰময় হ’বলৈ, তুমি আকাশৰ ফাললৈ হাত মেলা; তাতে সেই আন্ধাৰে সমগ্র দেশ গ্রাস কৰিব।”
22 So Moses stretched forth his hand over the heavens, —and there was thick darkness in all the land of Egypt for three days;
২২তেতিয়া মোচিয়ে আকাশৰ ফাললৈ হাত মেলিলে, আৰু সমগ্র মিচৰ দেশ তিনি দিনলৈকে ঘোৰ অন্ধকাৰময় হ’ল।
23 they saw not one another neither rose any man from his couch for three days, —but all the sons of Israel, had light in their dwellings.
২৩কোনেও ইজনে সিজনক দেখা নাপালে, আৰু তিনি দিনলৈকে কোনেও নিজৰ ঘৰৰ পৰা নোলাল। অৱশ্যে ইস্ৰায়েলী লোকসকল বাস কৰা ঠাইত পোহৰ হৈ আছিল।
24 Then Pharaoh called out unto Moses and said—Go serve Yahweh, only, your flocks and your herds, shall be left, —even your little ones shall go with you.
২৪তেতিয়া ফৰৌণে মোচিক মাতি আনি ক’লে, “তোমালোক যোৱা, যিহোৱাৰ আৰধনা কৰা গৈ। এনেকি তোমালোকৰ পৰিয়াল বৰ্গও লগত যাব পাৰিব, কিন্তু তোমালোকৰ মেৰ-ছাগ, ছাগলী, আৰু গৰুৰ জাকবোৰ ইয়াতেই থাকিব লাগিব।”
25 And Moses said, Even thou thyself, shalt give into our hands sacrifices and ascending-offerings, —so shall we present offerings to Yahweh our God.
২৫কিন্তু মোচিয়ে ক’লে, “আমাৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে বলিদান কৰিবলৈ আৰু হোম বলিৰ অৰ্থে আপুনি আমাৰ লগত জীৱ জন্তুবোৰো দিবই লাগিব।”
26 Moreover also, our own cattle, shall go with us—there shall not be left behind, a hoof, for thereof, must we take, to serve Yahweh our God, —even we ourselves, cannot know wherewith we must serve Yahweh, until we have come in thither.
২৬আমাৰ লগত আমাৰ পশুবোৰো নিশ্চয় যাব; আমাৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাৰ আৰধনা কৰিবলৈ আমাৰ পশুবোৰৰ এটা খুৰাও ইয়াত নাথাকিব। কাৰণ আমি কিহেৰে যিহোৱাৰ আৰাধনা কৰিম, সেই বিষয়ে আমি সেই ঠাই নোপোৱালৈকে নাজানো।”
27 And Yahweh let the heart of Pharaoh wax bold, —and he was not willing to let them go.
২৭কিন্তু যিহোৱাই ফৰৌণৰ মন কঠিন কৰিলে, তাতে তেওঁ তেওঁলোকক যাবলৈ নিদিলে।
28 So Pharaoh said to him—Get thee from me, —take heed to thyself—do not any more! see my face, for in the day thou dost see my face, thou shalt die.
২৮তেতিয়া ফৰৌণে মোচিক ক’লে, “মোৰ সন্মুখৰ পৰা গুচি যোৱা। এটা বিষয়ত সাৱধান হবা, মোৰ মুখ পুনৰ চাব নিবিচাৰিব; কিয়নো যি দিনাই মোৰ মুখ চাবা, সেই দিনাই তোমাৰ মৃত্যু হ’ব।”
29 And Moses said—Well hast thou spoken, —no more again to see thy face.
২৯তেতিয়া মোচিয়ে ক’লে, “আপুনি নিজেই কৈছে; মই আপোনাৰ মুখ পুনৰ নাচাও।”
