Ephesians 1
1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus, through God’s will, unto the saints who are [in Ephesus] and faithful in Christ Jesus, —
၁ဘုရားသခင်၏အလိုတော်အရ ခရစ်တော် ယေရှု၏တမန်တော်အဖြစ်ခန့်ထားခြင်းခံ ရသောပေါလုထံမှ ဧဖက်မြို့နေဘုရား သခင်၏လူစုတော်ဖြစ်သူ၊ သစ္စာရှိစွာ ခရစ်တော်ယေရှုနှင့်တစ်လုံးတစ်ဝတည်း ဖြစ်ကြသူအပေါင်းတို့ထံသို့စာရေး လိုက်ပါသည်။
2 Favour unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and Lord Jesus Christ.
၂ငါတို့အဖဘုရားသခင်နှင့် သခင်ယေရှု ခရစ်ထံတော်မှကျေးဇူးတော်နှင့်ငြိမ်သက် ခြင်းကို သင်တို့ခံစားရပါစေသတည်း။
3 Blessed, be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with every spiritual blessing, in the heavenlies, in Christ,
၃ငါတို့သခင်ယေရှု၏ခမည်းတော်ဘုရား သခင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းကြကုန် စို့။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကောင်းကင်လောကဆိုင်ရာဝိညာဉ်ကောင်း ချီးမင်္ဂလာအပေါင်းကို ခရစ်တော်နှင့် တစ်လုံးတစ်ဝတည်းဖြစ်သူငါတို့အား ပေးသနားတော်မူသောကြောင့်တည်း။-
4 According as he made choice of us, in him, before the founding of a world, that we might be holy and blameless in his presence; in love,
၄ငါတို့သည်ခရစ်တော်နှင့်တစ်လုံးတစ်ဝ တည်းဖြစ်သောအားဖြင့်ရှေ့တော်တွင်အပြစ် ဆိုဖွယ်မရှိဘဲ သန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်သူများ ဖြစ်နိုင်ကြစေရန်ကမ္ဘာမတည်မရှိမီ ကပင်ငါတို့ကိုဘုရားသခင်ရွေးချယ် ထားတော်မူပေသည်။ ဘုရားသခင်သည် မိမိမေတ္တာတော်ကြောင့်၊-
5 marking us out beforehand unto sonship, through Jesus Christ, for himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
၅ငါတို့ကိုကိုယ်တော်၏သားများဖြစ်စေရန် ယေရှုခရစ်အားဖြင့်ရွေးကောက်တော်မူပြီး ဖြစ်သည်။ ဤကားကိုယ်တော်၏အလိုတော် နှင့်အကြံအစည်တော်ပင်ဖြစ်ပေသည်။-
6 Unto the praise of the glory of his favour wherewith he favoured us in the Beloved One, —
၆ကိုယ်တော်ချစ်မြတ်နိုးတော်မူသောသားတော် အားဖြင့် ငါတို့အားအခမဲ့ပေးသနားတော် မူသည့်ဘုန်းအသရေနှင့်ပြည့်စုံသောကျေးဇူး တော်အတွက် ငါတို့သည်ဘုရားသခင်အား ထောမနာပြုကြကုန်အံ့။
7 In whom we have the redemption through his blood, the remission of our offences, according to the riches of his favour,
၇ငါတို့သည်ခရစ်တော်အသေခံတော်မူခြင်း ကြောင့်၊ မိမိတို့အပြစ်၏အနှောင်အဖွဲ့မှလွတ် မြောက်ကြရ၏။ တစ်နည်းအားဖြင့်အပြစ်ဖြေ လွှတ်ခွင့်ကိုရရှိကြ၏။ ငါတို့အားဘုရား သခင်ဤကဲ့သို့ရက်ရောစွာချပေးတော်မူ သည့်ကျေးဇူးတော်သည်အလွန်ကြီးမြတ် လှပါသည်တကား။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ခပ်သိမ်း သောဉာဏ်ပညာအသိပညာနှင့်ကြွယ်ဝ ပြည့်စုံတော်မူသည်နှင့်အညီ၊-
8 which he made to superabound towards us; in all wisdom and prudence,

9 making known to us the sacred secret of his will, according to his good pleasure which he purposed in him, —
၉မိမိရည်ရွယ်ချက်အတိုင်းပြုတော်မူ၏။ ခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့်နက်နဲသောအကြံ အစည်တော်ကိုငါတို့အားသိစေတော်မူပြီ။-
10 For an administration of the fulness of the seasons, to reunite for himself (under one head) the all things in the Christ, the things upon the heavens, and the things upon the earth, in him:
၁၀ဤအကြံအစည်တော်ကားအချိန်တန်သော အခါခရစ်တော်အားဦးစီးခေါင်းဆောင်ပြုစေ လျက် မိုးမြေ၌ရှိသမျှသောအဖန်ဆင်းခံတို့ ကိုစုပေါင်းစေရန်ပင်ဖြစ်သတည်း။
11 In whom also we were taken as an inheritance, according to the purpose of him who energiseth all things according to the counsel of his will,
၁၁ခပ်သိမ်းသောအရာတို့သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏ အကြံအစည်တော်နှင့်အညီကိုယ်တော်စီရင် ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူသည်အတိုင်းဖြစ်ပျက်ကြ ရ၏။ ဘုရားသခင်သည်မိမိအလိုတော် အရရှေးမဆွက ပြုတော်မူသည့်စီရင် ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ကိုအခြေခံ၍ ငါတို့အား ခရစ်တော်နှင့်တစ်လုံးတစ်ဝတည်းဖြစ်စေ လျက် မိမိ၏လူစုတော်အဖြစ်ဖြင့်ရွေး ချယ်တော်မူပေသည်။-
12 That we should be for the praise of his glory—we who had hoped beforehand in the Christ, —
၁၂သို့ဖြစ်၍ခရစ်တော်ကိုဦးစွာပထမမျှော် လင့်ခဲ့ကြသူငါတို့သည် ဘုရားသခင်၏ ဘုန်းအသရေတော်ကိုချီးကူးကြကုန်စို့။
13 In whom, ye also—hearing the word of the truth, the glad-message of your salvation, —in whom also believing, —were sealed with the Spirit of the promise, the Holy [Spirit],
၁၃သင်တို့လည်းကယ်တင်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာသတင်း ကောင်းတည်းဟူသောသမ္မာတရားကိုကြား ရသောအခါ ဘုရားသခင်၏လူစုတော်ဝင် များဖြစ်လာကြ၏။ သင်တို့သည်ခရစ်တော် ကိုယုံကြည်၍ဘုရားသခင်သည် မိမိ ကတိထားတော်မူသည့်သန့်ရှင်းသောဝိညာဉ် တော်ကိုချပေးခြင်းအားဖြင့် သင်တို့အား မိမိပိုင်တော်မူကြောင်းတံဆိပ်ခတ်နှိပ်တော် မူ၏။-
14 Which is an earnest of our inheritance, unto the redemption of the acquisition; —unto his glorious praise.
၁၄ဝိညာဉ်တော်သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏လူစုတော် အားကတိထားတော်မူသည့်အတိုင်း ငါတို့ ခံစားရမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းအာမခံချက်ဖြစ် တော်မူ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ဘုရားသခင်သည်မိမိ ပိုင်တော်မူသောသူတို့အား လုံးဝလွတ်မြောက် စေတော်မူမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းငါတို့ယုံကြည် စိတ်ချနိုင်ပေသည်။ ငါတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော် ၏ဘုန်းအသရေတော်ကိုချီးကူး ထောမနာပြုကြကုန်စို့။
15 For this cause, I also, —having heard of the faith on your part in the Lord Jesus, and that towards all the saints,
၁၅ထို့ကြောင့်သင်တို့သည်သခင်ယေရှုကိုယုံ ကြည်ခြင်း၊ ဘုရားသခင်၏လူစုတော်အား ချစ်ခြင်းအကြောင်းကိုကြားသိရသည့် အခါမှစ၍ ငါသည်သင်တို့ကိုအကြောင်း ပြု၍အစဉ်မပြတ်ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း၏။ သင်တို့အတွက်ဆုတောင်း ပတ္ထနာပြုလျက်နေ၏။-
16 Cease not giving thanks in your behalf, making mention in my prayers,

17 That, the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, would give you a Spirit of wisdom and understanding in gaining a personal knowledge of him, —
၁၇သင်တို့သည်ဘုရားသခင်ကိုသိကျွမ်းခြင်း အလို့ငှာသင်တို့အားဉာဏ်ပညာကိုပေး၍ ဘုရားသခင်ကိုပေါ်လွင်ထင်ရှားစေမည့် ဝိညာဉ်တော်ကိုသင်တို့ရရှိကြစေရန် ငါ တို့သခင်ယေရှုခရစ်၏ဘုရားသခင်၊ ဘုန်းကြီးသောအဖခမည်းတော်ထံငါ လျှောက်ထား၏။-
18 The eyes of your heart having been enlightened, that ye may know—what is the hope of his calling, what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
၁၈ကိုယ်တော်သည်သင်တို့အားအဘယ်သို့သော အရာကိုမျှော်လင့်ကြစေရန်ခေါ်ယူတော် မူသည်ကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏လူစု တော်အားကတိထားတော်မူသောအံ့သြ ဖွယ်ရာကောင်းချီးမင်္ဂလာများမှာ အဘယ် မျှများပြားသည်ကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ ယုံကြည် သူငါတို့အတွင်း၌လုပ်ဆောင်လျက်ရှိ သောတန်ခိုးတော်သည်အဘယ်မျှကြီး မားသည်ကိုလည်းကောင်း သင်တို့သိမြင် ကြစေရန်သင်တို့၏ဉာဏ်မျက်စိကိုပွင့် လင်းစေတော်မူပါမည့်အကြောင်း ငါသည် ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာပြု၏။ ငါတို့အတွင်း ၌လုပ်ဆောင်လျက်ရှိသည့်တန်ခိုးတော် ကား၊-
19 And what the surpassing greatness of his power unto us who believe, —according to the energy of the grasp of his might

20 which he energised in the Christ, when he raised him from among the dead, and seated him at his right hand in the heavenlies,
၂၀ခရစ်တော်ကိုသေခြင်းမှရှင်ပြန်ထမြောက် စေတော်မူ၍ ကောင်းကင်လောကတွင်မိမိ ၏လက်ယာတော်ဘက်၌စံမြန်းစေတော် မူသောအခါက ဘုရားသခင်အသုံးပြု တော်မူခဲ့သည့်တန်ခိုးတော်ပင်ဖြစ်သတည်း။-
21 Over-above all principality, authority, and power, and lordship, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in the coming one, (aiōn g165)
၂၁ထိုကောင်းကင်လောကတွင်ခရစ်တော်သည် ကောင်းကင်လောကကိုအစိုးရသူများ၊ အာ ဏာပိုင်များ၊ တန်ခိုးရှင်များနှင့်အရှင်သခင် အပေါင်းတို့၏အထွတ်အထိပ်အဖြစ်ဖြင့် အုပ်စိုးတော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏နာမတော် သည်မျက်မှောက်လောကနှင့်အနာဂတ် လောက၌ ခေါ်ဝေါ်သမုတ်နိုင်သောအထွတ် အထိပ်ဘွဲ့နာမအပေါင်းတို့ထက်ကြီး မြတ်တော်မူပေသည်။- (aiōn g165)
22 And did put, all things, in subjection beneath his feet. And gave him to be head over all things unto the assembly,
၂၂ဘုရားသခင်သည်ခပ်သိမ်းသောအရာတို့ကို ခရစ်တော်၏ခြေဖဝါးတော်အောက်တွင်ချ ထား၍ ကိုယ်တော်အားအသင်းတော်အဖို့ အထွတ်အထိပ်အရှင်သခင်အဖြစ်ဖြင့် ခန့်ထားတော်မူ၏။-
23 Which, indeed, is his body, the fulness of him who, the all things in all, is for himself filling up.
၂၃ထိုအသင်းတော်ကားအလုံးစုံတို့ကိုပြည့်ဝ စုံလင်စေတော်မူသောသူပြည့်ဝစုံလင်ခြင်း တည်းဟူသောခရစ်တော်၏ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာဖြစ် သတည်း။
