< Ephesians 1 >
1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus, through God’s will, unto the saints who are [in Ephesus] and faithful in Christ Jesus, —

2 Favour unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and Lord Jesus Christ.
Ni Pa Khawsa ingkaw Bawipa Jesu Khrih a venna kaw qeennaak awm seh nyng.
3 Blessed, be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with every spiritual blessing, in the heavenlies, in Christ,
Ni Bawipa Jesu Khrih Khawsa ingkaw Pa venawh kyihcahnaak awm seh, khawk khan awh ningnih ce amah ing zoseennaak ni pek khqi nawh Khrih awh Myihla ben zoseennaak soepkep ce ni pek khqi hawh hy.
4 According as he made choice of us, in him, before the founding of a world, that we might be holy and blameless in his presence; in love,
Ak ciimcaih coet a kap kaana a haiawh awm aham khawmdek a syn hlan awhkawng ningnih ce nik tyk khqi hawh hy. Lungnaak awh
5 marking us out beforehand unto sonship, through Jesus Christ, for himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
amah ing ningnih ve a cana taak aham Jesu Khrih awh a oepchoeh na ni hoep khqi hawh hy, amah a zeelnaak ingkaw ngaihnaak amyihna –
6 Unto the praise of the glory of his favour wherewith he favoured us in the Beloved One, —
a boeimang qeennaak kyihcahnaak ingkaw, amah ing a lungnaak thlang awh ningnih ce a zoe na ni pek khqi hawh hy.
7 In whom we have the redemption through his blood, the remission of our offences, according to the riches of his favour,
A thi ak caming thawngnaak ce ni hu uhy, thawlh qeenkhaw ngainaak, ak dung soeih soeih Khawsam qeennaak amyihna,
8 which he made to superabound towards us; in all wisdom and prudence,

9 making known to us the sacred secret of his will, according to his good pleasure which he purposed in him, —

10 For an administration of the fulness of the seasons, to reunite for himself (under one head) the all things in the Christ, the things upon the heavens, and the things upon the earth, in him:
a tym a khoek awh khan ing khawmdek awhkaw ik-oeih boeih boeih a lu na ak awm Khrih ak kaina taak peek boeih aham ak kawngaih na awm hawh hy.
11 In whom also we were taken as an inheritance, according to the purpose of him who energiseth all things according to the counsel of his will,
Amah awh ningnih awm tyk na ni awm uhy, amah a ngaihnaak amyihna ik-oeih boeih ak poekkung ing ang cainaak amyihna ni hoep oepchoeh khqi hawh hy.
12 That we should be for the praise of his glory—we who had hoped beforehand in the Christ, —
A boeimangnaak ak kyihcahkung na ni awmnaak thai aham, ningnih taw Khrih awh ngaih-unaak ak ta cyk na ni awm uhy.
13 In whom, ye also—hearing the word of the truth, the glad-message of your salvation, —in whom also believing, —were sealed with the Spirit of the promise, the Holy [Spirit],
Nangmih awm awitak, ni loetnaak awithang leek ce naming zaak awh, Khrih awh awm hawh lawt uhyk ti. Namik cangnaak hawh a dawngawh, nangmih a pum awh hatnaak, Ciim Myihla awikamnaak ce awm hawh hy.
14 Which is an earnest of our inheritance, unto the redemption of the acquisition; —unto his glorious praise.
Khawsa koena ak awm amah a boeimangnaak kyihcah aham ak awmkhqi a thaawngnaak a pha hlan dy ningnih a qo pangnaak hly awh anih ce hawih na awm hy.
15 For this cause, I also, —having heard of the faith on your part in the Lord Jesus, and that towards all the saints,
Vawh, nangmih ing Bawipa Jesu awh cangnaak ing thlakciimkhqi boeih nami lungnaak ce kang zaak awh,
16 Cease not giving thanks in your behalf, making mention in my prayers,
a boet kaana zeelnaak awi kqawn nyng, kak cykcahnaak awh nangmih ce ni sim khqi poepa nyng.
17 That, the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, would give you a Spirit of wisdom and understanding in gaining a personal knowledge of him, —
Ni Bawipa Jesu Khrih a Khawsa, qeennaak ing ak be Pa ing cyihnaak Myihla ing amah ce ak leek bet na nami sim thainaak aham ingkaw huh saknaak ce a ni peek thainaak khqi aham thoeh poepa nyng.
18 The eyes of your heart having been enlightened, that ye may know—what is the hope of his calling, what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
Amah ing anik khynaak ngaih-unaak, thlakciimkhqi ing boeimangnaak qo pang hly kawi ce nami sim thainaak aham nangmih ak kawlung mik a dai sak naak aham cykcah bai nyng.
19 And what the surpassing greatness of his power unto us who believe, —according to the energy of the grasp of his might
Ak cangnaak ningnih boeih aham thaawmnaak ak bau soeih ce awm hy. Cawhkaw thaawmnaak cetaw ak thaawmnaak ak bau soeih ing bibi amyihna awm hy.
20 which he energised in the Christ, when he raised him from among the dead, and seated him at his right hand in the heavenlies,
Khrih ce thawh tlaih nawh Khawk khan hun awh Pa tang benawh ang ngawihsaknaak thaawmnaak ce haw nahy,
21 Over-above all principality, authority, and power, and lordship, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in the coming one, (aiōn )
uknaak ingkaw saithainaak, thaawmnaak ingkaw temnaak, peek thai na ak awm ming boeih boeih, tuh a khuk awh am nawh ak law hly a khuk ak khanawh Khrih taw awm hy. (aiōn )
22 And did put, all things, in subjection beneath his feet. And gave him to be head over all things unto the assembly,
Ik-oeih boeih boeih a khawk kaiawh Khawsa ing taak pe nawh thlangboel aham ik-oeih boeih boeih a lu na anih ce tahy.
23 Which, indeed, is his body, the fulness of him who, the all things in all, is for himself filling up.
