< Deuteronomy 33 >
1 Now, this, is the blessing wherewith Moses, the man of God, blessed the sons of Israel, —before his death.

2 And he said—Yahweh from Sinai, came near, —Yea he dawned, out of Seir, upon them, He shone forth out of Mount Paran, Yea he came out of holy myriads, —Out of his right hand [proceeded] fire to guide them.

3 Yea he loved the tribes, All his holy ones, were in thy hand, —Yea, they, were encamped at thy feet, Each one bare away some of thy words.
Solo, olingaka bato, basantu nyonso basimbami na loboko na Yo. Na makolo na Yo, bango nyonso bagumbamaka. Ezali epai na Yo nde bazwaka mateya.
4 A law, did Moses command us, —A possession, for the convocation of Jacob.
Moyize apesa biso Mobeko oyo ezali bozwi ya lisanga ya Jakobi.
5 Thus became he in, Jeshurun, a king, —When the heads of the people gathered them-selves together, As one man, the tribes of Israel. [Reuben] —
Azalaki mokonzi ya Yeshuruni tango bakambi ya bato basanganaki elongo na mabota ya Isalaele.
6 Let Reuben live and not die, —Nor his men be easily counted.
Tika ete Ribeni awumela na bomoi mpe akufa te, mpe tika ete bato na ye bazala moke te! »
7 And, this, is for Judah, when he said, Hear, O Yahweh, the voice of Judah, That unto his own people, thou wouldst bring him home, —Let, his own hands, suffice him, And, a helper from his adversaries, do thou become.
Tala mapomboli oyo alobaki mpo na Yuda: « Oh Yawe, yoka koganga ya Yuda; zongisa ye epai ya bato na ye! Tika ete maboko na ye elongisa banzela na ye, mpe tika ete osunga ye liboso ya banguna na ye! »
8 And of Levi, he said: Let, thy perfections and thy lights, belong unto thy man of lovingkindness, —Whom thou didst put to the proof at Massah, With whom thou didst contend over the waters of Meribah;
Mpo na Levi, alobaki: « Urimi mpe Tumimi na Yo ezali mpo na moyengebene oyo omekaki ye motema na Masa, mpe oyo owelanaki na ye na mayi ya Meriba,
9 Who saith of his father and of his mother, I behold them not, And, his own brethren, regardeth he not, And, his own sons, observeth he not, —Because they watch thy speech, That, thy covenant, they may preserve;
oyo atalisaki bolingo epai na Yo koleka, bolingo epai ya baboti na ye, bandeko na ye mpe bana na ye moko, mpo na kotosa maloba na Yo mpe kobatela boyokani na Yo.
10 May teach thy regulations unto Jacob, And thy law unto Israel, —May put incense in thy nostrils, And a whole-offering upon thine altar.
Ateyaka makebisi na Yo epai ya Jakobi, mpe mibeko na Yo epai ya Isalaele; abonzaka ansa liboso na Yo, mpe mbeka ya kotumba na likolo ya etumbelo na Yo.
11 Bless, O Yahweh his substance, And with the work of his hands, wilt thou be well pleased, —Crush thou the loins of them who rise up against him, And of them who hate him, that they rise not again.
Oh Yawe, pambola makasi na ye na mosala, mpe sepela na mosala ya maboko na ye. Buka loketo ya bato oyo bazali kotelemela ye, mpe loketo ya bayini na ye kino bakoka lisusu te kotelema. »
12 Of Benjamin, he said, The beloved of Yahweh, shall settle down securely, —With one to throw a shade over him all the day long, Yea, between his shoulders, hath he found rest.
Mpo na Benjame, alobaki: « Tika ete molingami ya Yawe azala na kimia pembeni na Ye, pamba te Ye nde abatelaka ye mokolo mobimba; mpe moto oyo Yawe alingaka apemaka na kati-kati ya mapeka na Ye! »
13 And of Joseph, he said, Blessed of Yahweh, be his land, —With the precious things of the heavens with the dew, And with the abyss, couching beneath;
Mpo na Jozefi, alobaki: « Tika ete Yawe apambola mokili na ye na nzela ya mamwe ya motuya, oyo ewutaka na likolo, mpe na nzela ya mayi ya mozindo oyo etiolaka na se ya mabele
14 And with the precious fruits of the sun, —And with the precious yield of the moons;
elongo na biloko oyo eleki motuya, oyo mayi ekolisaka mpe oyo eleki kitoko, oyo ebimaka sanza na sanza;
15 And with the chief of the ancient mountains, —And with the precious things of the age-abiding hills;
na nzela ya bakado ya kitoko ya bangomba ya kala, mpe na nzela ya bambuma oyo eleki kitoko ya bangomba mike oyo ewumelaka mobu na mobu;
16 And with the precious things of the earth and its fulness, And with the goodwill of One who dwelt in a thorn-bush.—Let it come on the head of Joseph, And on the crown of the head of him who was consecrated among his brethren.
na nzela ya bambuma oyo eleki kitoko, bambuma oyo etondi kati na mokili! Tika ete Nzambe oyo avandaka kati na nzete moke oyo ezali kopela moto apambola moto ya Jozefi mpe elongi ya moto oyo babulisi kati na bandeko na ye!
17 His firstborn ox, be an honour to him. And the horns of a buffalo, be his horns, With them, let him thrust, peoples, All at once, to the ends of the earth, —Yea, [with] these, the myriads of Ephraim, And, [with] those, the thousands of Manasseh.
Na lokumu, azali lokola mwana liboso ya ngombe; maseke na ye ezali lokola ya mpakasa. Na nzela na yango nde ebetaka bikolo, ata bikolo oyo ezali na suka ya mokili. Tala ndenge nini bato ya Efrayimi bazali ebele penza, tala ndenge nini bato ya Manase bazali penza ebele! »
18 And, of Zebulun, he said, Rejoice, Zebulun in thy going out, —And [thou], Issachar in thy tents:
Mpo na Zabuloni, alobaki: « Oh Zabuloni, sepela na kobima na yo! Mpe yo Isakari, tika ete osepela kati na bandako na yo ya kapo.
19 The peoples, unto the mountain, will they call, There, will they offer the sacrifices of righteousness, —For, the abundance of the seas, will they suck, Hidden treasures of the sand.
Bakobengisa bato na likolo ya ngomba, mpe bakobonza kuna bambeka ya bosembo, bakosala feti mpo na bomengo ya bibale minene, mpe mpo na bozwi oyo ebombama na zelo ya libongo. »
20 And, of Gad, he said: Blessed, be he that hath made room for Gad, —As a lioness, hath he laid himself down, And hath torn an arm likewise the crown of the head;
Mpo na Gadi, alobaki: « Tika ete apambolama, moto oyo akoyeisa mokili ya Gadi monene! Gadi akowumela kuna lokola nkosi oyo ezali kopasola banda na lokolo kino na moto.
21 And hath provided a first part for himself, For, there, a commander’s portion hath been hid, —So he cometh with the heads of the people, The righteousness of Yahweh, he executeth, And his regulations, with Israel.
Aponaki mabele ya kitoko mpo na ye moko, bapesaki ye eteni oyo ebongi na mokambi. Atambolaki liboso ya bato; mpe asalaki mosala kolanda bosembo ya Yawe mpe bikateli na Ye liboso ya Isalaele. »
22 And, of Dan, he said, Dan, is a lion’s whelp, —He leapeth out of Bashan.
Mpo na Dani, alobaki: « Dani azali mwana ya nkosi oyo epumbwaka wuta na Bashani. »
23 And, of Naphtali, he said, O Naphtali! satisfied with favour, And full with the blessing of Yahweh, —The west and the sunny south, do thou possess.
Mpo na Nefitali alobaki: « Nefitali atondi na bolamu mpe na mapamboli na Yawe, akozwa libula ya weste mpe ya sude. »
24 And, of Asher, he said, Most blessed of sons, be Asher, —Let him have the goodwill of his brethren, And let him dip, in oil, his foot:
Mpo na Aseri, alobaki: « Aseri azali mwana mobali oyo aleki na mapamboli. Tika ete bandeko na ye basalela ye mpe tika ete makolo na ye ezinda na mafuta.
25 Iron and bronze, be thy sandals, And, as thy days, be thy strength.
Bikangelo ya bikuke na yo ekozala ya bibende mpe ya bronze. Mpe tika ete makasi na yo ewumela ndenge mikolo na yo ezali.
26 There is none like GOD, O Jeshurun, —Riding upon the heavens to thy help, —And for his own majesty, on the skies;
Moko te akokani na Nzambe ya Yeshuruni, Nzambe oyo atambolaka na likolo lokola mpunda mpo na kosunga yo, mpe na mapata, kati na nkembo na Ye.
27 Above, is the God of aforetime, And, beneath, are the Arms of the ages, —So he driveth before thee the foe, And doth say—Destroy!
Nzambe ya tango nyonso azali ekimelo na yo, azali tango nyonso Mosungi awa na se. Ezali Ye nde abenganaka banguna na yo liboso na yo mpe apesaka yo mitindo ya koboma bango.
28 Thus hath Israel settled down securely, Alone, the fountain of Jacob, Within a land both of corn and new wine, —His heaven also droppeth down dew.
Boye Isalaele akowumela na kimia, mpe etima ya Jakobi ezali kotiola kati na mokili ya ble mpe ya vino ya sika, epai wapi likolo ezali kokitisa mamwe.
29 How happy art thou, O Israel! Who is like unto thee, O people victorious in Yahweh? Thy helpful shield, who also is thy majestic sword, —So that thy foes come cringing unto thee, And, thou, upon their heights, dost march along.
Oh Isalaele, ozali solo libota ya esengo! Libota nini ekokani na yo, yo libota oyo Yawe abikisi? Ye azali nde nguba na yo mpe mosungi na yo ya nkembo. Banguna na yo bakokima liboso na yo, mpe okonyata bisika na bango, oyo eleki likolo. »
