Deuteronomy 22

1 Thou shalt not see the ox of thy brother or his sheep, going astray, and turn away from them, —thou shalt, bring them back unto thy brother.

ئەگەر گا یان مەڕی هەر هاوڵاتییەکت بینی وێڵ بووە، خۆتی لێ گێل مەکە، بەڵکو پێویستە لەسەرت بۆ براکەتی بگەڕێنیتەوە،

2 And, if thy brother be not nigh unto thee or thou know him not, then shalt thou make room for it within thee own shed and it shall be with thee, until thy brother seek after it, when thou shalt return it unto him.

جا ئەگەر براکەت لێتەوە نزیک نەبوو یان نەتدەناسی، ئەوا بیخەرە ماڵەکەتەوە و لەلات دەبێت هەتا براکەت داوای دەکاتەوە، ئەوسا بۆی دەگەڕێنیتەوە.

3 And, so, shalt thou do with his ass, and, so, shalt thou do with his mantle and, so, shalt thou do with any lost thing of thy brother’s, which shall go astray from him and thou shalt find, —thou mayest not turn away.

هەمان شت دەکەیت بۆ گوێدرێژەکەی و بۆ کەواکەی و بۆ هەر شتێکی ون بوو لە براکەت کە لێی ون دەبێت و تۆ دەیدۆزیتەوە، بۆت نییە خۆتی لێ گێل بکەیت.

4 Thou shalt not see the ass of thy brother or his ox fallen in the way, and turn away from them, —thou shalt, raise, them with him.

کە گوێدرێژ یان گای براکەت دەبینیت لە ڕێگادا کەوتووە، خۆتی لێ گێل مەکە، بەڵکو پێویستە لەسەرت لەگەڵی هەڵیبستێنیتەوە.

5 A woman shall not have on the wearing apparel of a man, nor shall a man put on the mantle of a woman; for an abomination to Yahweh thy God, is any one who doeth these things.

شتومەکی پیاو نابێت بەبەر ژنەوە بێت و نابێت پیاو جلی ژن لەبەر بکات، چونکە هەرکەسێک ئەمە بکات، قێزەونە لەلای یەزدانی پەروەردگارت.

6 When a bird’s-nest chanceth to be before thee, —in the way, in any tree or upon the ground, whether with nestlings or eggs, and, the mother, be sitting upon the nestlings or upon the eggs, thou shalt not take the mother upon the young;

ئەگەر ڕێککەوت هێلانەی باڵندەیەک لە ڕێگا لەپێشت بوو، لەناو دارێک یان لەسەر زەوی و بێچوو یان هێلکەی تێدابوو و دایکەکەشی تێدابوو بە کڕی لەسەر بێچووەکان یان هێلکەکان هەڵنیشتبوو، ئەوا دایکەکە و بێچووەکان پێکەوە مەبە،

7 thou shalt, let go, the mother, and then, her young, mayest thou take for thyself, —that it may go well with thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days.

دایکەکە ئازاد بکە و بێچووەکان بۆ خۆت ببە، بۆ ئەوەی چاکەت بۆ ببێت و درێژە بە ڕۆژانت بدەیت.

8 When thou buildest a new house, then shalt thou make a parapet to thy roof, so shalt thou not treasure up blood-guiltiness against thy house, for he that is in danger of falling might fall therefrom.

ئەگەر خانووێکی نوێت بنیاد نا، ستارە بۆ سەربانەکەت بکە، نەوەک خوێنێک بهێنیتە سەر ماڵەکەت ئەگەر یەکێکی لێ کەوتە خوارەوە.

9 Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with two sorts of seed, —lest the fulness of the seed which thou sowest, and the increase of thy vineyard be profaned.

لە ڕەزەکەت دوو جۆر تۆو مەچێنە، ئەگەر ئەمە بکەیت، نەک تەنها ئەوەی دەیچێنیت، بەڵکو بەری ڕەزە مێوەکەشت بۆ پیرۆزگا تەرخان دەکرێت.

10 Thou shalt not plough with an ox and an ass together,

کێڵان بە گا و گوێدرێژ پێکەوە مەکە.

11 Thou shalt not put on linsey-woolsey, of wool and flax together.

جلوبەرگی تێکەڵاو لەبەر مەکە، خوری و کەتان پێکەوە لەبەر مەکە.

12 Tassels, shalt thou make thee, —on the four corners of thy vesture, wherewith thou dost cover thyself.

لە لچکەکانی کەواکەت کە خۆتی پێ دەپۆشیت، گوڵینگ بۆ خۆت بکە.

13 When a man taketh a wife, —and goeth in unto her and hateth her;

ئەگەر پیاوێک ژنێکی هێنا و کاتێک چوو بۆ لای ڕقی لێی بووەوە و

14 and raiseth against her occasions of speech, and bringeth upon her an evil name, and saith—This woman, I took, and approached her, and found not that she had the tokens of virginity,

قسەی بۆ هەڵبەست و ناوێکی خراپی بەدواوە نا و گوتی، «ئەم ژنەم هێنا و کە چوومە لای پەردەی کچێنی نەبوو.»

15 then shall the father of the damsel and her mother take and bring forth the tokens of the virginity of the damsel, unto the elders of the city, in the gate;

دایک و باوکی کچەکە بەڵگەی کچێنییەکەی دەبەن و لەلای دەروازەی شارۆچکەکە بۆ پیرانی شارۆچکەکە دەسەلمێنن.

16 and the father of the damsel shall say unto the elders, —My daughter, gave I unto this man to wife and he hated her;

باوکی کچەکە بە پیران دەڵێت، «کچەکەی خۆمم بەم پیاوە دا ببێتە ژنی و ڕقی لێی بووەوە.

17 and lo! he, hath raised occasions of speech, saying—I found not that thy daughter had the tokens of virginity and yet, these, are the tokens of the virginity of my daughter. And they shall spread out the garment before the elders of the city.

وا قسەشی بۆ هەڵبەستووە و دەڵێت:”کچەکەت پەردەی کچێنی نەبوو،“ئەمەش بەڵگەی کچێنی کچەکەمە،» جلەکەش لەبەردەم پیرانی شارۆچکەکە دەخەنە ڕوو،

18 Then shall the elders of that city take the man, and chastise him;

ئیتر پیرانی ئەو شارە پیاوەکە دەبەن و تەمبێی دەکەن.

19 and fine him a hundred [shekels] of silver and give unto the father of the damsel, because he hath brought an evil name upon a virgin of Israel, and she shall remain his wife, he may not put her away, all his days.

سزای دەدەن بە سەد شاقلی زیو بۆ باوکی کچەکە، چونکە ناوێکی خراپی خستە دوای پاکیزەیەک لە ئیسرائیل، جا دەبێتە ژنی و بە درێژایی ژیانی ناتوانێت تەڵاقی بدات.

20 But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found with the damsel,

بەڵام ئەگەر تۆمەتبارکردنەکە ڕاست بوو و کچەکە بەڵگەی پاکیزەیی نەبوو،

21 then shall they bring forth the damsel into the entrance of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die, because she hath wrought wickedness in Israel, by committing unchastity in her father’s house, —so shalt thou consume the wicked thing out of thy midst.

ئەوا کچەکە دەبەنە بەردەرگای ماڵی باوکی و پیاوانی شارەکەی بەردبارانی دەکەن هەتا دەمرێت، چونکە کارێکی ناشیرینی لە ئیسرائیلدا کردووە بە بەدڕەوشتییەکەی کە لە ماڵی باوکی کردوویەتی، جا خراپەکە لەنێو خۆتان دادەماڵن.

22 When a man is found lying with a woman married to a husband, then shall, both, of them die, the man that lay with the woman, and the woman, so shalt thou consume the wicked thing out of Israel.

ئەگەر بینرا پیاوێک لەگەڵ ژنێکی بەمێرد جووت بووە، ئەوا هەردووکیان دەکوژرێن، ئەو پیاوەی لەگەڵ ژنەکە جووت بووە و ژنەکەش، جا خراپەکاری لە ئیسرائیلدا دادەماڵن.

23 When a damsel that is a virgin is betrothed to a husband, —and a man findeth her in the city, and lieth with her,

ئەگەر کچێک مارەبڕاو بێت بۆ پیاوێک و پیاوێکی دیکە لەناو شار بینی و لەگەڵی جووت بوو،

24 then shall ye bring them, both, out unto the gate of that city, and stone them with stones that they die, the damsel, because she made not an outcry in the city, and the man because he hath humbled his neighbour’s wife, —so shalt thou consume the wicked thing out of thy midst.

ئەوا هەردووکیان ببەنە دەرەوە بۆ لای دەروازەی ئەو شارۆچکەیە و بەردبارانیان بکەن هەتا دەمرن، لەبەر ئەوەی کچەکە لەناو شار هاواری نەکرد بۆ فریاکەوتن و هەروەها پیاوەکەش ئابڕووی دەستگیرانی پیاوێکی دیکەی برد، جا خراپەکە لەنێو خۆتان دادەماڵن.

25 But if in the field, the man find the betrothed damsel and the man force her and lie with her, then shall the man that lay with her die he alone;

بەڵام ئەگەر پیاوێک کچێکی مارەبڕاوی لە کێڵگەدا بینی و لاقەی کرد، ئەوا تەنها پیاوەکە کە لاقەی کردووە دەمرێت،

26 but, unto the damsel, shalt thou do nothing, the damsel, is not guilty of a sin worthy of death, for as when a man riseth up against his neighbour, and smiteth him so as to take away life, so, is this matter;

بەڵام کچەکە هیچی لێ ناکرێت، کچەکە گوناهێکی لەسەر نییە شایانی سزای مردن بێت، بەڵکو چۆن پیاوێک پەلاماری دراوسێکەی بدات و بیکوژێت، ئەو ڕووداوەش ئاوایە،

27 for in the field, he found her, —the betrothed damsel, made an outcry, and there was none to save her.

کچەکەی لە کێڵگەدا بینیوە و کچە مارەبڕاوەکە هاواری کردووە و کەس نەبووە ڕزگاری بکات.

28 When a man findeth a damsel that is a virgin who is not betrothed, and layeth hold of her and lieth with her, and they are found,

ئەگەر پیاوێک کچێکی نیشان نەکراوی بینی و لاقەی کرد و هەردووکیان ئاشکرا بوون،

29 then shall the man who lay with her give unto the damsel’s father fifty shekels of silver, —and she shall be, his, wife, because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away, all his days.

ئەوا پیاوەکەی ئابڕووی بردووە، پەنجا شاقل زیو دەداتە باوکی کچە و ئەویش دەبێتە ژنی، لەبەر ئەوەی دەستدرێژی کردووەتە سەری، بە درێژایی ژیانیشی ناتوانێت تەڵاقی بدات.

30 A man shall not take his father’s wife, —neither shall he turn aside his father’s coverlet.

نابێت پیاوێک ژنی باوکی خۆی بهێنێت و ناموسی باوکی ببات.
