Deuteronomy 22
1 Thou shalt not see the ox of thy brother or his sheep, going astray, and turn away from them, —thou shalt, bring them back unto thy brother.
Когато водиш изгубено говедото или овцата на брата си, да не ги изоставиш непременно да ги върнеш на брата си.
2 And, if thy brother be not nigh unto thee or thou know him not, then shalt thou make room for it within thee own shed and it shall be with thee, until thy brother seek after it, when thou shalt return it unto him.
И ако братът ти не е близо при тебе, или ако не знаеш кой е, тогава ги прибери у дома си, и да стоят при тебе, докато ги потърси брат ти; тогава да му ги дадеш.
3 And, so, shalt thou do with his ass, and, so, shalt thou do with his mantle and, so, shalt thou do with any lost thing of thy brother’s, which shall go astray from him and thou shalt find, —thou mayest not turn away.
Така да постъпваш и с осела му; така да постъпваш и с дрехата му; така да постъпваш и с всяко изгубено нещо на брата си, което е изгубил и ти го намериш; не бива да ги изоставиш.
4 Thou shalt not see the ass of thy brother or his ox fallen in the way, and turn away from them, —thou shalt, raise, them with him.
Когато видиш осела на брата си или говедото му паднало на пътя, да не ги изоставиш непременно да ги дигнеш заедно с него.
5 A woman shall not have on the wearing apparel of a man, nor shall a man put on the mantle of a woman; for an abomination to Yahweh thy God, is any one who doeth these things.
Жена да не носи мъжко облекло, нито мъж да се облича с женска дреха; понеже всички, които правят така, са мерзост на Господа твоя Бог.
6 When a bird’s-nest chanceth to be before thee, —in the way, in any tree or upon the ground, whether with nestlings or eggs, and, the mother, be sitting upon the nestlings or upon the eggs, thou shalt not take the mother upon the young;
Ако се случи птиче гнездо да бъде на пътя ти, на някое дърво или на земята, и в него пилета или яйца, и майката лежи на пилетата или на яйцата, да не вземаш майката заедно с малките.
7 thou shalt, let go, the mother, and then, her young, mayest thou take for thyself, —that it may go well with thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days.
Непременно да пуснеш майката, а малките бива да вземеш за себе си; за да ти бъде добре и да се продължат дните ти.
8 When thou buildest a new house, then shalt thou make a parapet to thy roof, so shalt thou not treasure up blood-guiltiness against thy house, for he that is in danger of falling might fall therefrom.
Когато строиш нова къща, да правиш ограда около стрехите си, за да не навлечеш на къщата си виновност за кръв, в случай, че падне някой от покрива.
9 Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with two sorts of seed, —lest the fulness of the seed which thou sowest, and the increase of thy vineyard be profaned.
Да не сееш лозето си с разнородни семена, за да се не изгуби цялото му произведение, - семето, което си сял и плодът на лозето.
10 Thou shalt not plough with an ox and an ass together,
Да не ореш с вол и осел заедно.
11 Thou shalt not put on linsey-woolsey, of wool and flax together.
Да не обличаш дреха направена от вълна и лен смесени заедно.
12 Tassels, shalt thou make thee, —on the four corners of thy vesture, wherewith thou dost cover thyself.
Да си правиш ресни по четирите краища на дрехата, с която се покриваш.
13 When a man taketh a wife, —and goeth in unto her and hateth her;
Ако някой вземе жена и, след като влезе при нея, я намрази,
14 and raiseth against her occasions of speech, and bringeth upon her an evil name, and saith—This woman, I took, and approached her, and found not that she had the tokens of virginity,
и я наклевети в срамотни работи, и навлече на нея лошо име, като рече: Взех тая жена, и като се приближих при нея, не я намерих девица,
15 then shall the father of the damsel and her mother take and bring forth the tokens of the virginity of the damsel, unto the elders of the city, in the gate;
тогава бащата и майката на момата да вземат и занесат белезите от девството на момата при градските старейшини в портата;
16 and the father of the damsel shall say unto the elders, —My daughter, gave I unto this man to wife and he hated her;
и бащата да рече на старейшините: Дадох дъщеря си на тоя човек за жена; но той я мрази,
17 and lo! he, hath raised occasions of speech, saying—I found not that thy daughter had the tokens of virginity and yet, these, are the tokens of the virginity of my daughter. And they shall spread out the garment before the elders of the city.
и, ето, момата наклеветил я е в срамотни работи, като е казал: Не намерих дъщеря ти девица; но ето белезите от девството на дъщеря ми. И да разгънат дрехата пред градските старейшини.
18 Then shall the elders of that city take the man, and chastise him;
Тогава старейшините на оня град да вземат човека да го накажат,
19 and fine him a hundred [shekels] of silver and give unto the father of the damsel, because he hath brought an evil name upon a virgin of Israel, and she shall remain his wife, he may not put her away, all his days.
като го глобят сто сребърни сикли; той да ги даде на бащата на момата, защото е навлякъл лошо име на Израилска девица. И тя да му бъде жена; не бива да я напуска през целия си живот.
20 But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found with the damsel,
Но ако е истинно това нещо, че не се е намерило девство у момата,
21 then shall they bring forth the damsel into the entrance of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die, because she hath wrought wickedness in Israel, by committing unchastity in her father’s house, —so shalt thou consume the wicked thing out of thy midst.
тогава да изведат момата и да я поставят пред вратата на бащиния и дом, и мъжете от града й да я убият с камъни, та да умре; защото е сторила безчестие в Израиля, като е блудствувала в бащиния си дом. Така да отмахнеш злото изсред себе си.
22 When a man is found lying with a woman married to a husband, then shall, both, of them die, the man that lay with the woman, and the woman, so shalt thou consume the wicked thing out of Israel.
Ако се намери някой лежащ с омъжена жена, тогава и двамата да бъдат убити, мъжът, който е лежал с жената и жената. Така да отмахнеш злото от Израиля.
23 When a damsel that is a virgin is betrothed to a husband, —and a man findeth her in the city, and lieth with her,
Ако някой намери в града някоя млада девица, сгодена за мъж, и лежи с нея,
24 then shall ye bring them, both, out unto the gate of that city, and stone them with stones that they die, the damsel, because she made not an outcry in the city, and the man because he hath humbled his neighbour’s wife, —so shalt thou consume the wicked thing out of thy midst.
тогава да изведете и двамата пред портата на оня град, и да ги убиете с камъни, та да умрат, - момата, защото не е извикала, като е била в града, и мъжа, защото е обезчестил жената на ближния си. Така да отмахнеш злото изсред себе си.
25 But if in the field, the man find the betrothed damsel and the man force her and lie with her, then shall the man that lay with her die he alone;
Но ако някой намери на полето сгодена мома и я изнасили, тогава само мъжът, който е лежал с нея, да бъде убит;
26 but, unto the damsel, shalt thou do nothing, the damsel, is not guilty of a sin worthy of death, for as when a man riseth up against his neighbour, and smiteth him so as to take away life, so, is this matter;
а на момата да не направиш нищо; в момата няма грях, който заслужава смърт; защото това нещо е, както кога някой се спусне върху ближния си и го убие,
27 for in the field, he found her, —the betrothed damsel, made an outcry, and there was none to save her.
понеже, както я е намерил на полето, сгодената мома е извикала, но не е имало, кой да я отърве.
28 When a man findeth a damsel that is a virgin who is not betrothed, and layeth hold of her and lieth with her, and they are found,
Ако някой намери млада несгодена девица и като я хване лежи с нея, и ги намерят,
29 then shall the man who lay with her give unto the damsel’s father fifty shekels of silver, —and she shall be, his, wife, because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away, all his days.
тогава оня, който е лежал с нея, да даде на бащата на момата петдесет сребърни сикли; и тя да му стане жена понеже я е обезчестил; не бива да я напуска през целия си живот.
30 A man shall not take his father’s wife, —neither shall he turn aside his father’s coverlet.
Никой да не взима жената на баща си, нито да открива полата на баща си.
