Deuteronomy 15
1 At the end of seven years, shalt thou make a release.
Ла фиекаре шапте ань, сэ дай ертаре.
2 And, this, shall be the manner of the release, Every creditor who lendeth aught to his neighbour, his hand shall release it, —he shall not exact it of his neighbour or his brother, because there hath been proclaimed a release unto Yahweh.
Ши ятэ кум се ва фаче ертаря. Кынд се ва вести ертаря ын чинстя Домнулуй, орьче кредитор каре ва фи ымпрумутат пе апроапеле сэу сэ-й ерте ымпрумутул, сэ ну силяскэ пе апроапеле сэу ши пе фрателе сэу сэ-й плэтяскэ датория.
3 Of a foreigner, thou mayest exact it, —but, what thou hast with thy brother, thy hand shall release;
Вей путя сэ силешть пе стрэин сэ-ць плэтяскэ, дар сэ ерць че ай ла фрателе тэу.
4 save, when there shall be among you no needy person, —for Yahweh will indeed bless, thee, in the land which Yahweh thy God is giving unto thee as an inheritance to possess it:
Тотушь ла тине сэ ну фие ничун сэрак, кэч Домнул те ва бинекувынта ын цара пе каре ць-о ва да де моштенире Домнул Думнезеул тэу;
5 only if thou do hearken unto the voice of Yahweh thy God, —to observe to do—all this commandment which I am commanding thee to-day.
нумай сэ аскулць де гласул Домнулуй Думнезеулуй тэу, ымплининд ку скумпэтате тоате ачесте порунчь пе каре ци ле дау астэзь.
6 When, Yahweh thy God, hath blessed thee, as he spake unto thee, then shalt thou lend unto many nations but thou, shalt not borrow, and, thou shalt rule over many nations but over thee, shall they not rule.
Домнул Думнезеул тэу те ва бинекувынта, кум ць-а спус, аша ынкыт вей да ку ымпрумут мултор нямурь, дар ту ну вей луа ку ымпрумут де ла еле; ту вей стэпыни песте мулте нямурь, дар еле ну вор стэпыни песте тине.
7 When there cometh to be among you a needy person any one of thy brethren within any one of thy gates, in thy land, which Yahweh thy God is giving unto thee, thou shalt not harden thy heart nor shut thy hand from thy needy brother;
Дакэ ва фи ла тине вреун сэрак динтре фраций тэй, ын вреуна дин четэциле тале, ын цара пе каре ць-о дэ Домнул Думнезеул тэу, сэ ну-ць ымпетрешть инима ши сэ ну-ць ынкизь мына ынаинтя фрателуй тэу челуй липсит.
8 but thou shalt, open, thy hand unto him, —and, lend, him enough to meet the poverty which doth impoverish him.
Чи сэ-й дескизь мына ши сэ-л ымпрумуць ку че-й требуе, ка сэ факэ фацэ невоилор луй.
9 Take thou heed to thyself lest there be something near thine abandoned heart, saying—Drawing nigh, is the seventh year the year of release, and so thine eye be evil, against thy needy brother, and thou give not unto him, —and he cry out against thee unto Yahweh, and it become in thee a sin!
Везь сэ ну фий аша де рэу ка сэ зичь ын инима та: ‘Ах, се апропие анул ал шаптеля, анул ертэрий!’ Везь сэ н-ай ун окь фэрэ милэ пентру фрателе тэу чел липсит ши сэ ну-й дай. Кэч атунч ел ар стрига кэтре Домнул ымпотрива та ши те-ай фаче виноват де ун пэкат,
10 Thou shalt, give, unto him, and thy heart shall not be evil when thou givest unto him, —for on account of this very thing, will Yahweh thy God bless thee, in all that thou doest and in all whereunto thou puttest thy hand.
чи сэ-й дай, ши сэ ну дай ку пэрере де рэу ын инимэ, кэч пентру ачаста те ва бинекувынта Домнул Думнезеул тэу ын тоате лукрэриле де каре те вей апука.
11 For the needy will not cease out of the midst of the land—for this cause, am I commanding thee, saying, Thou shalt open, thy hand unto thy brother to thy poor and to thy needy, in thy land.
Тотдяуна вор фи сэрачь ын царэ, де ачея ыць дау порунка ачаста: ‘Сэ-ць дескизь мына фацэ де фрателе тэу, фацэ де сэрак ши фацэ де чел липсит дин цара та.’
12 When thy brother a Hebrew man (or a Hebrew woman) selleth himself unto thee, then shall he serve thee six years, —and in the seventh year, shalt thou let him go out free from thee;
Дакэ унул дин фраций тэй еврей, бэрбат сау фемее, се винде цие сэ-ць служяскэ шасе ань, ын анул ал шаптеля сэ-й дай друмул де ла тине ши сэ фие слобод.
13 and when thou lettest him go out free, from thee, thou shalt not let him go out empty:
Ши кынд ый вей да друмул ка сэ се дукэ слобод де ла тине, сэ ну-й дай друмул ку мына гоалэ;
14 thou shalt, richly load, him out of thy flock, and out of thy threshing-floor and out of thy wine-vat, —of that wherewith Yahweh thy God hath blessed thee, shalt thou give unto him;
сэ-й дай дарурь дин чиряда та, дин ария та, дин тяскул тэу, дин че вей авя, прин бинекувынтаря Домнулуй Думнезеулуй тэу.
15 and thou shalt remember that a servant, thou wast in the land of Egypt, and that Yahweh thy God, redeemed thee, —for this cause, am I commanding thee this thing, to-day.
Сэ-ць адучь аминте кэ ши ту ай фост роб ын цара Еӂиптулуй ши кэ Домнул Думнезеул тэу те-а рэскумпэрат, де ачея ыць дау астэзь порунка ачаста.
16 And it shall be, if he shall say unto thee, I will not go away from thee, —because he loveth thee, and thy household, because he is well off with thee,
Дакэ ынсэ робул тэу ыць ва зиче: ‘Ну вряу сэ ес де ла тине’, пентру кэ те юбеште, пе тине ши каса та, ши се симте бине ла тине,
17 then shalt thou take an awl and thrust it through his ear unto the door, so shall he be thy servant all his life. And unto thine handmaid also, shalt thou do thus.
атунч сэ ей о сулэ ши сэ-й гэурешть урекя де ушэ ши сэ-ць фие роб пентру тотдяуна. Тот аша сэ фачь ши ку роаба та.
18 It shall not be hard in thine eyes when thou lettest him go out free, from thee; for to the double of the hire of a hireling, hath he served thee six years, —so will Yahweh thy God bless thee, in all that thou doest.
Сэ ну-ць парэ рэу кынд ыл вей лэса сэ плече слобод де ла тине, кэч ць-а служит шасе ань, чея че фаче де доуэ орь кыт симбрия унуй ом токмит ку платэ, ши Домнул Думнезеул тэу те ва бинекувынта ын тот че вей фаче.
19 Every firstling that is brought forth in thy herd and in thy flock that is a male, shalt thou hallow unto Yahweh thy God, —thou shalt not work with a firstling of thine oxen, neither shalt thou shear a firstling of thy flock:
Сэ ынкинь Домнулуй Думнезеулуй тэу пе орьче ынтый нэскут де парте бэрбэтяскэ дин чиряда ши турма та. Сэ ну мунчешть ку ынтыюл нэскут ал вачий тале, сэ ну тунзь пе ынтыюл нэскут ал оилор тале.
20 before Yahweh thy God, shalt thou eat it year by year, in the place which Yahweh shall choose, —thou, and thy household.
Сэ-л мэнынчь ын фиекаре ан, ту ши фамилия та, ынаинтя Домнулуй Думнезеулуй тэу, ын локул пе каре-л ва алеӂе Ел.
21 But, when there is in it any blemish, lameness or blindness, any ill blemish, thou shalt not sacrifice it unto Yahweh thy God:
Дакэ аре вреун кусур, дакэ есте шкьоп сау орб, сау аре врео метяхнэ трупяскэ, сэ ну-л адучь ка жертфэ Домнулуй Думнезеулуй тэу.
22 within thine own gates, mayest thou eat it, —the unclean of you and the clean alike, as the gazelle and as the hart.
Сэ-л мэнынчь ын четэциле тале: чел че ва фи некурат ши чел че ва фи курат вор путя сэ-л мэнынче амындой, кум се мэнынкэ акум кэприоара сау чербул.
23 Only the blood thereof, shalt thou not eat, —on the earth, shalt thou pour it out like water.
Нумай сынӂеле сэ ну и-л мэнынчь, чи сэ-л вершь пе пэмынт ка апа.
