< Deuteronomy 10 >
1 At that time, said Yahweh unto me—Cut thee out two tables of stone like the first, and come up unto me into the mountain, —and make thee an ark of wood;
Hat navah, Cathut ni ahmaloe e talung kahni touh e patetlah talung kahni touh bout bo e, kai ka onae koe takhang loe, thingkong hai sak loe.
2 that I may write, upon the tables, the words which were on the first tables which thou brakest in pieces, —then shalt thou put them in the ark.
Na raphei e hmaloe e talung dawk thut e lawk patetlah apâhni e talung dawk bout ka thut han rak, hote talung teh thingkong thung na hruek han ati.
3 So I made an ark of acacia wood, and cut out two tables of stone like the first, —and went up the mountain, having the two tables in my hand.
Kai ni Anri thing e thingkong ka sak teh ahmaloe e talung patetlah talung kahni touh ka bo teh, hote talung ka sin teh mon lah ka luen.
4 And he wrote upon the tables according to the first writing—the ten words, which Yahweh had spoken unto you in the mountain, out of the midst of the fire in the day of the convocation, —and Yahweh delivered them unto me.
Na kamkhueng awh hnin vah, BAWIPA ni mon vah hmai thung hoi a dei e kâpoelawk 10 touh hah, ahmaloe e ca thut e patetlah BAWIPA ni a thut teh kai hah na poe.
5 Then turned I, and came down out of the mountain, and put the tables in the ark which I had made, —and they have remained there, as Yahweh commanded me.
Ka kamlang teh mon hoi ka kum. Ka sak tangcoung e thingkong thung hote lungphen ka hruet teh, BAWIPA ni dei e patetlah hote thingkong thung vah atu ao.
6 And, the sons of Israel, set forward out of Beeroth Bene-jaakan to Moserah, —there, died Aaron and was buried there, and Eleazar his son became priest in his stead.
Mon dawkvah yampa ka onae tueng patetlah hnin 40 rum 40 touh bout ka o teh, hat nahai BAWIPA ni nangmouh raphoe hoeh nahan kaie ka lawk hah a thai.
7 From thence, set they forward unto the Gudgodah, —and from the Gudgodah to Jotbathah, a land of torrents of water.
BAWIPA ni, thaw haw, hete miphunnaw koe poe hanelah, na mintoenaw koe lawkkamnae ram koe lah a cei awh vaiteh, a lawp awh nahan ahnimae hmalah cet telah ati.
8 At that time, did Yahweh separate the tribe of Levi, to bear the ark of the covenant of Yahweh, —to stand before Yahweh to wait upon him and to bless in his name (until this day).
Isarelnaw teh Moserah hmuen koehoi a cei awh teh, Bennejaakan hmuen dawk a roe awh.
9 For this cause, hath Levi neither portion nor inheritance with his brethren, —Yahweh, is his inheritance, as Yahweh thy God spake unto him.
Hote hmuen koehoi a kamthaw awh teh, Horakeikat hmuen koe a roe awh. Hote hmuen koehoi bout a kamthaw awh teh, sawkca tui apapnae koe Jotbathah hmuen koe a roe awh. Haw hoi bout a cei awh teh, Eziongeber hmuen koe a roe awh. Hote hmuen koehoi a cei awh teh, Zinahtokadesh hmuen koe a roe awh. Hote hmuen koehoi bout a cei awh teh, Moserah mon dawk a roe awh. Hote hmuen koe Aron a due teh a pakawp awh. A capa Eleazar ni a na pa yueng lah a tawk.
10 But, I, stayed in the mountain according to the former days, forty days and forty nights, —and Yahweh hearkened unto me at that time also, Yahweh was not willing, to destroy thee.
Levih miphunnaw teh Cathut lawkkam thingkong a hrawm sak hanelah thoseh, a hmalah kangdue vaiteh a thaw tawk sak hanelah thoseh, a kâtawnnae hoi yawhawinae poe sak hanlah thoseh, sahnin totouh ahnimae lah ao.
11 So then Yahweh said unto me, Up with thee—to break away onward, before the people, —that they may enter in and possess the land, which I sware unto their fathers, to give unto them.
Hatdawkvah, Levih miphunnaw teh a hmaunawnghanaw hoi ham reirei coe awh mahoeh. Râw hah coe awh mahoeh. Na BAWIPA Cathut ni lawk na kam pouh e patetlah BAWIPA teh a coe awh hane râw la doeh ao.
12 Now, therefore, O Israel, what is, Yahweh thy God, asking of thee, —but to revere Yahweh thy God to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve Yahweh thy God, with all thy heart, and with all thy soul:
Oe Isarel, BAWIPA na Cathut taket haw, a lamthung dawnnae, na BAWIPA Cathut hah na lungthin abuemlahoi, na hringnae abuem lahoi lungpataw nateh a thaw tawknae,

14 Lo! unto Yahweh thy God, belong the heavens even the highest heavens, —the earth, with all that is therein.
Kalvan hoi kalvannaw hai thoseh, talai hoi talai hno pueng hai thoseh, na BAWIPA ni a tawn e doeh.
15 Only unto thy fathers, Yahweh became attached so as to love them, —therefore made he choice of their seed after them—of you—out of all the peoples, (as at this day).
Hatnavah, na BAWIPA ni na mintoenaw hah a lungpataw teh, sahnin e patetlah ahnimouh miphun lah kaawm e nang hah alouke miphunnaw hlak na rawi e lah ao.
16 Therefore must ye circumcise the foreskin of your hearts, —and your necks, must ye stiffen no more.
Hatdawkvah, na lungthin vuensoma haw. Na lung bout patak sak hanh.
17 For as touching Yahweh your God, he, is God of gods, and Lord of lords; the great the mighty, and the fearful GOD, who respecteth not persons, nor accepteth a bribe;

19 Therefore shall ye love the sojourner, —for sojourners, became ye in the land of Egypt.

22 As seventy souls, went thy fathers down to Egypt, —and, now, Yahweh thy God hath made thee like the stars of the heavens for multitude.
