Colossians 1
1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus through the will of God, and Timothy my brother, —
၁ဘုရားသခင်၏အလိုတော်နှင့်အညီခရစ် တော်ယေရှု၏တမန်တော်ဖြစ်သူ ငါပေါလု နှင့်ငါတို့၏ညီတိမောသေထံမှ၊-
2 Unto the holy and faithful brethren in Christ that are, in Colosse, favour unto you, and peace, from our God and Father.
၂ကောလောသဲမြို့ရှိဘုရားသခင်၏လူစုတော် ဝင်များဖြစ်သူ၊ ခရစ်တော်နှင့်တစ်လုံးတစ်ဝ တည်းဖြစ်လျက်ခရစ်တော်ကိုသစ္စာရှိသူညီ အစ်ကိုများထံသို့စာရေးလိုက်ပါသည်။ သင် တို့သည်ငါတို့အဖဘုရားသခင်ထံတော် မှကျေးဇူးတော်နှင့်ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်းကိုခံစား ကြရပါစေသော။
3 We are giving thanks unto God, the Father of our Lord Jesus [Christ], always, for you, offering prayer, —
၃ငါတို့သည်သင်တို့အတွက်ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာ ပြုသည့်အခါတိုင်းငါတို့သခင်ယေရှုခရစ် ၏ခမည်းတော်ဘုရားသခင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော် ကိုချီးမွမ်း၏။-
4 Having heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of the love which ye have unto all the saints, —
၄အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်သင်တို့သည်ခရစ်တော် ယေရှုကိုယုံကြည်၍ ဘုရားသခင်၏လူစုတော် ဝင်အပေါင်းတို့အားချစ်ကြသည်ကိုငါတို့ ကြားသိရသောကြောင့်ဖြစ်ပေသည်။-
5 Because of the hope that is lying by for you in the heavens, of which ye heard before, in the word of the truth of the glad-message,
၅သမ္မာတရားတည်းဟူသောသတင်းကောင်းကို သင်တို့ပထမဆုံးအကြိမ်ကြားနာရသော အခါ မျှော်လင့်ရာအကြောင်းကိုသင်တို့ကြား သိရကြ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍သင်တို့၏ယုံကြည်ခြင်း နှင့်ချစ်ခြင်းသည်ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌ သင်တို့အဖို့ လုံခြုံစွာလျာထားသည့်မျှော်လင့်ရာအပေါ် တွင်မူတည်လျက်နေ၏။-
6 When it presented itself unto you; even as, in all the world also, it is bearing fruit and growing, even as also among you, from the day when ye heard, and came personally to know the favour of God in truth,
၆သင်တို့သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော် အကြောင်းကိုကြားရပြီးသည့်နေ့မှစ၍ ထို ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုအမှန်သိမြင်ခံစားရကြ သည်နှင့်အမျှသတင်းကောင်းသည် သင်တို့ ထံသို့ပျံ့နှံ့၍လာပေသည်။ ထိုနည်းတူစွာ သတင်းကောင်းသည်ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝန်းလုံးသို့ ပျံ့နှံ့၍ ကောင်းချီးမင်္ဂလာများခံစားစေ လျက်ရှိပေသည်။-
7 Even as ye learned [it] from Epaphras, our beloved fellow-servant, who is faithful in our behalf, as a minister of the Christ,
၇ဘုရားသခင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော်အကြောင်း ကိုသင်တို့အားသင်ကြားပေးသူမှာ ငါတို့ နှင့်အတူခရစ်တော်၏အမှုတော်ကိုထမ်း ဆောင်သူ၊ ငါတို့ချစ်မြတ်နိုးသူဧပဖြဖြစ်၏။ သူသည်ငါတို့၏ကိုယ်စားသစ္စာရှိစွာခရစ် တော်၏အမှုတော်ကိုထမ်းဆောင်သူဖြစ် ပေသည်။-
8 Who also hath made evident unto us your love in spirit.
၈ဝိညာဉ်တော်မှရရှိသောသင်တို့၏မေတ္တာ အကြောင်းကိုငါတို့အားသူပြောပြ၏။
9 For this cause, we also, from the day when we heard [of you], cease not, in your behalf, praying and asking—that ye may be filled unto the personal knowledge of his will, in all spiritual wisdom and discernment,
၉သို့ဖြစ်ခြင်းကြောင့်သင်တို့၏သတင်းကိုကြား ရသည့်နေ့မှစ၍ ငါတို့သည်သင်တို့အတွက် အစဉ်မပြတ်ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာပြုလျက်နေ၏။ သင်တို့သည်ဝိညာဉ်တော်ချပေးတော်မူသော ဉာဏ်ပညာနှင့်ပြည့်စုံသဖြင့် ဘုရားသခင် ၏အလိုတော်ကိုကောင်းစွာသိရှိကြစေရန် ဘုရားသခင်အားငါတို့ဆုတောင်းကြ ပါ၏။-
10 So as to walk worthily of the Lord, unto all pleasing, in every good work, bearing fruit, and growing in the personal knowledge of God,
၁၀သို့မှသာအစဉ်အမြဲသခင်ဘုရားနှစ်သက် တော်မူစေရန်လည်းကောင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ဘုန်း အသရေတော်ထွန်းတောက်စေရန်လည်းကောင်း သင်တို့ပြုမူကျင့်ကြံနိုင်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ယင်း သို့ပြုမူကျင့်ကြံသဖြင့် ကောင်းမြတ်သည့် အကျင့်အမျိုးမျိုးတည်းဟူသောအသီး အပွင့်များကိုဖြစ်ထွန်းစေကြလိမ့်မည်။ ဘုရားသခင်ကိုလည်းတိုး၍သိကျွမ်း လာကြလိမ့်မည်။-
11 With all power, being empowered, according to the grasp of his glory, unto all endurance and long-suffering with joy,
၁၁သင်တို့သည်အရာခပ်သိမ်းကိုစိတ်ရှည်စွာ ခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိစေရန် ဘုရားသခင်၏ဘုန်း ကြီးသောတန်ခိုးတော်မှရရှိသည့်စွမ်းရည် အမျိုးမျိုးဖြင့်ရပ်တည်နိုင်ကြပါစေသော။ ထိုမှတစ်ပါးလည်းအလင်းနိုင်ငံတော်တွင် ကိုယ်တော်၏လူစုတော်အတွက်လျာထား သည့်ကောင်းချီးမင်္ဂလာများကို သင်တို့ အားခံစားထိုက်သူများဖြစ်စေတော်မူ သော အဖဘုရားသခင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော် ကိုဝမ်းမြောက်စွာချီးမွမ်းနိုင်ကြပါစေ သော။-
12 Giving thanks unto the Father that hath made you sufficient for your share in the inheritance of the saints in the light,
၁၂
13 Who hath rescued us out of the authority of the darkness, and translated [us] into the kingdom of the Son of his love;
၁၃ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါတို့အားမှောင်မိုက်၏ တန်ခိုးမှကယ်နုတ်တော်မူ၍ မိမိချစ်မြတ် နိုးတော်မူသောသားတော်၏နိုင်ငံတော်ထဲ သို့ခေါ်သွင်းတော်မူ၏။-
14 In whom, we have our redemption—the remission of our sins, —
၁၄ဘုရားသခင်သည်ထိုသားတော်အားဖြင့်ငါ တို့ကိုလွတ်မြောက်စေတော်မူပြီ။ တစ်နည်း အားဖြင့်ငါတို့၏အပြစ်များကိုဖြေလွှတ် တော်မူပြီ။
15 Who, is an image of the unseen God, Firstborn of all creation, —
၁၅ခရစ်တော်သည်မျက်စိဖြင့်မမြင်နိုင်သော ဘုရားသခင်၏ပုံသဏ္ဌာန်တော်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်သားဦးဖြစ်သဖြင့်အဖန် ဆင်းခံအရာအပေါင်းတို့ထက်ကြီးမြတ် တော်မူပေသည်။-
16 Because, in him, were created all things in the heavens and upon the earth, the things seen and the things unseen, whether thrones or lordships or principalities or authorities, —they all, through him and for him, have been created,
၁၆အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်ထိုသားတော်အားဖြင့် ဘုရားသခင်သည်ကောင်းကင်လောကရှိတန် ခိုးရှင်များနှင့် အာဏာပိုင်များအပါအဝင် ကောင်းကင်နှင့်ကမ္ဘာမြေပေါ်ရှိမျက်စိဖြင့် မြင်နိုင်သောအရာ၊ မမြင်နိုင်သောအရာ ဟူသမျှကိုဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူသောကြောင့် တည်း။ ဘုရားသခင်သည်ထိုသခင်၏ အဖို့အလို့ငှါထိုသခင်အားဖြင့်စကြ ဝဠာတစ်ခုလုံးကိုဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူ၏။-
17 And, he, is before all, and, they all, in him, hold together;
၁၇ခရစ်တော်သည်ခပ်သိမ်းသောအရာတို့မပေါ် ပေါက်မီကပင်ရှိနေတော်မူ၏။ ခပ်သိမ်းသော အရာတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်နှင့်တစ်လုံးတစ်ဝ တည်းဖြစ်သောအားဖြင့်စနစ်တကျတည် လျက်ရှိ၏။-
18 And, he, is the head of the body, the assembly, Who is the beginning, Firstborn from among the dead, in order that, he, might become, in all things, himself, pre-eminent; —
၁၈ကိုယ်တော်သည်အသင်းတော်တည်းဟူသော ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာတော်၏ဦးခေါင်းဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ် တော်ထံမှကိုယ်ခန္ဓာတော်အသက်ကိုရရှိ၏။ ထိုအရှင်သည်သားဦးဖြစ်၍သေခြင်းမှ ဦးစွာပထမရှင်ပြန်ထမြောက်တော်မူ သဖြင့် အရာခပ်သိမ်းတို့၏အထွတ်အထိပ် အဖြစ်ကိုခံယူတော်မူပေသည်။-
19 Because, in him, was all the fullness well pleased to dwell,
၁၉ဘုရားသခင်၏အလိုတော်အရ၊ သားတော် သည်ဘုရားဇာတိကိုအပြည့်အဝခံယူ တော်မူ၏။-
20 And, through him, fully to reconcile all things unto him, making peace through the blood of his cross, —[through him]—whether the things upon the earth or the things in the heavens;
၂၀သို့ဖြစ်၍ဘုရားသခင်သည်သားတော်အား ဖြင့်စကြဝဠာတစ်ခုလုံးကို မိမိထံပြန် လာစေရန်ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူ၏။ သားတော်ကို လက်ဝါးကပ်တိုင်ပေါ်တွင်အသေခံစေတော် မူခြင်းအားဖြင့်ရန်ကိုငြိမ်းစေတော်မူ၏။ ဤနည်းအားဖြင့်ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီးနှင့်ကောင်း ကင်တွင်ရှိသမျှသောအရာတို့အားမိမိ ထံပြန်လာစေတော်မူ၏။
21 And, you, who at one time were estranged and enemies in your mind in your wicked works, yet, now, hath he fully reconciled,
၂၁အခါတစ်ပါးကသင်တို့သည်ဘုရားသခင် နှင့်ဝေးကွာလျက်နေခဲ့ကြ၏။ သင်တို့သည် မိမိတို့၏ဆိုးညစ်သည့်အကျင့်အကြံများ ကြောင့်ကိုယ်တော်နှင့်ရန်ဘက်ဖြစ်ခဲ့ကြပေသည်။-
22 In his body of flesh, through means of his death, to present you holy and blameless and unaccusable before him, —
၂၂သို့ရာတွင်ယခုအခါ၌ဘုရားသခင်သည် လူ့ဇာတိကိုခံယူသောသားတော်အားအသေ ခံစေတော်မူသောအားဖြင့် သင်တို့အားမိမိနှင့် မိတ်ဆွေဖြစ်ခွင့်ကိုပေးတော်မူလေပြီ။ ယင်းသို့ ပြုတော်မူခြင်းမှာသင်တို့သည်ဖြူစင်သန့်ရှင်း မြင့်မြတ်လျက် အပြစ်ဆိုဖွယ်မရှိဘဲရှေ့တော် မှောက်သို့ဝင်ရောက်နိုင်ကြရန်ပင်ဖြစ်သည်။-
23 If, at least, ye are abiding still in the faith, founded and firm, and not to be moved away from the hope of the glad-message which ye have heard, which hath been proclaimed in all creation which is under heaven, —of which, I Paul, have become minister.
၂၃သို့ရာတွင်သင်တို့သည်မိမိတို့၏ယုံကြည် ခြင်းကို အုတ်မြစ်ကဲ့သို့ခိုင်မာစေရန်ဆက် လက်ထိန်းသိမ်းရကြမည်။ သင်တို့သည်သတင်း ကောင်းကိုကြားသိရစဉ်အခါကရရှိခဲ့ သောမျှော်လင့်ခြင်းမှမယိမ်းမယိုင်စေနှင့်။ ကမ္ဘာအနှံ့အပြားသို့ရောက်ရှိပြီးဖြစ်သော ထိုသတင်းကောင်းအတွက်အစေခံကား ငါပေါလုပင်ဖြစ်သည်။
24 Now, am I rejoicing in the sufferings on your behalf, and am filling up the things that lack of the tribulations of the Christ, in my flesh, in behalf of his body, which is the assembly,
၂၄ငါသည်သင်တို့အတွက်ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခခံရ၍ဝမ်း မြောက်ပါ၏။ ခရစ်တော်သည်မိမိ၏ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာ တည်းဟူသောအသင်းတော်အတွက်ခံရန်ကျန် ရှိနေသည့်ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခများကိုငါကူညီ၍ ဖြည့်စွက်ပေး၏။-
25 Of which, I, have become minister—according to the administration of God which hath been given unto me to you-ward, to fill up the word of God,
၂၅သင်တို့၏အကျိုးငှာဘုရားသခင်သည်ငါ့ အားအသင်းတော်၏အမှုတော်ဆောင်အဖြစ် ခန့်ထားတော်မူပေသည်။ ငါ့အားပေးအပ်တော် မူသောအလုပ်တာဝန်မှာနှုတ်ကပတ်တရား တော်ကိုအကုန်အစင်ကြေညာရန်ပင်ဖြစ်၏။-
26 The sacred secret which had been hidden away from the ages and from the generations, but, now, hath been made manifest unto his saints— (aiōn g165)
၂၆ကိုယ်တော်သည်ထိုနက်နဲရာကိုကမ္ဘာမြေပေါ် ရှိလူသားအပေါင်းတို့အား လွန်ခဲ့သောခေတ် ကာလများတွင်သိခွင့်ပေးတော်မမူခဲ့သော် လည်း ယခုအခါမိမိ၏လူစုတော်အား ဖော်ပြတော်မူလေပြီ။- (aiōn g165)
27 Unto whom God hath been pleased to make known what is the glorious wealth of this sacred secret among the nations, which is Christ in you, the hope of the glory, —
၂၇ဘုရားသခင်၏အကြံအစည်တော်မှာလူမျိုး တကာတို့အတွက်ကြွယ်ဝ၍ ဘုန်းအသရေနှင့် ပြည့်စုံသောနက်နဲသည့်အရာအကြောင်းကို မိမိ လူစုတော်အားသိစေရန်ပင်ဖြစ်၏။ ဤနက်နဲ သောအရာကားခရစ်တော်သည်သင်တို့စိတ် အတွင်း၌ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူကြောင်းပင်ဖြစ်၏။ တစ်နည်းအားဖြင့်ဆိုသော်သင်တို့သည်ဘုရား သခင်နှင့်အတူဘုန်းအသရေတော်ကို ခံစားရမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းတည်း။-
28 Whom we are declaring, admonishing every man, and teaching every man, in all wisdom, in order that we may present every man complete in Christ;
၂၈သို့ဖြစ်၍ငါတို့သည်လူအပေါင်းတို့အား ခရစ်တော်၏အကြောင်းတော်ကိုဟောပြော ကြ၏။ လူတိုင်းအားရင့်ကျက်သူအဖြစ်ဖြင့် ဘုရားသခင်၏ရှေ့တော်မှောက်သို့ရောက်ရှိ ရန်ပို့ဆောင်နိုင်အံ့သောငှာ ငါတို့သည်ဉာဏ် ပညာရှိသမျှဖြင့်လူတိုင်းကိုသတိပေး သွန်သင်ကြ၏။-
29 Unto which I am even toiling, contending according to his energy which is energising itself in me with power.
၂၉ဤတာဝန်လုပ်ငန်းကိုငါကြိုးပမ်းလုပ်ဆောင် လျက်ရှိစဉ်ခရစ်တော်သည် ငါ့အားကြီးမား သောတန်ခိုးစွမ်းရည်ကိုပေးတော်မူသည်။ ထို တန်ခိုးစွမ်းရည်သည်ငါ၏အထဲ၌လုပ် ဆောင်လျက်ရှိ၏။
