< Acts 13 >

1 Now there were in Antioch, distributed through the existing assembly, —prophets and teachers: both Barnabas and Symeon who was called Niger, and Lucius the Cyrenian, Manaen also, Herod the tetrarch’s foster-brother, and Saul.

2 And, as they were publicly ministering unto the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said—Separate forthwith unto me, Barnabas and Saul, unto the work whereunto I have called them.
Yayinda suna cikin sujada da azumi ga Ubangiji, Ruhu Mai Tsarki ya ce, “Ku keɓe mini Barnabas da Shawulu domin aikin da na kira su.”
3 Then, fasting and praying, and laying their hands upon them, they sent them away.
Saboda haka bayan suka yi azumi da addu’a, sai suka ɗibiya musu hannuwansu a kansu suka sallame su.
4 They, therefore, being sent forth by the Holy Spirit, went down unto Seleucia, and, from thence, sailed away unto Cyprus;
Sai su biyu da Ruhu Mai Tsarki ya aika suka gangara zuwa Selusiya suka shiga jirgin ruwa daga can zuwa Saifurus.
5 And, coming to be in Salamis, they declared the word of God in the synagogues of the Jews; —and they had, John also, as an attendant.
Da suka isa Salamis, sai suka yi shelar maganar Allah a majami’un Yahudawa. Yohanna yana tare da su a matsayin mai taimakonsu.
6 And, passing through the whole island, as far as Paphos, they found a certain man, a magician, a false-prophet, a Jew, whose name was Bar-jesus;
Suka zaga dukan tsibirin har sai da suka kai Bafos. A can suka sadu da wani mutumin Yahuda mai sihiri, annabin ƙarya, mai suna Bar-Yesu,
7 Who was with the proconsul, Sergius Paulus, an intelligent man. The same, calling for Barnabas and Saul, sought to hear the word of God.
wanda yake ma’aikacin muƙaddas Sergiyus Bulus ne. Muƙaddas ɗin kuwa mai azanci ne ƙwarai, ya sa aka kira Barnabas da Shawulu don yana so ya ji maganar Allah.
8 But Elymas the magician, —for so, when translated, is his name, —withstood them; seeking to turn aside the proconsul from the faith.
Amma Elimas mai sihirin nan (domin ma’anar sunansa ke nan) ya yi hamayya da maganarsu ya kuma yi ƙoƙari ya juyar da muƙaddas ɗin daga bangaskiya.
9 But Saul, who is also Paul, filled with Holy Spirit, looking steadfastly at him,
Sai Shawulu, wanda kuma ake kira Bulus, cike da Ruhu Mai Tsarki, ya kafa wa Elimas ido ya ce,
10 Said—O full of all guile, and all recklessness! Son of an adversary! Enemy of all righteousness!—Wilt thou not cease to pervert the straight ways of the Lord?
“Kai ɗan Iblis ne abokin gāban dukan abin da yake daidai! Kana cike da kowane irin ruɗi da munafunci. Ba za ka daina karkata hanyoyin da suke daidai na Ubangiji ba?
11 Now, therefore, lo! the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun, until a fitting time. And, instantly, there fell upon him a mist and darkness; and, going about, he was seeking such as might lead him by the hand.
Ga shi hannun Ubangiji yana gāba da kai. Za ka makance, kuma ba za ka ga rana ba har na wani lokaci.” Nan take, hazo da duhu suka sauko a kansa, ya yi ta lallubawa, yana neman wanda zai yi masa jagora.
12 Then, the proconsul, seeing what had happened, believed, being amazed at the teaching of the Lord.
Sa’ad da muƙaddas ɗin ya ga abin da ya faru, sai ya ba da gaskiya, gama ya yi mamaki a kan da koyarwa game Ubangiji.
13 And, setting sail from Paphos, Paul’s company came into Perga of Pamphylia; but, John, withdrawing from them, returned unto Jerusalem.
Bulus da abokan tafiyarsa suka tashi daga Bafos a jirgin ruwa zuwa Ferga a Famfiliya inda Yohanna ya bar su ya koma Urushalima.
14 They, however, passing through from Perga, arrived at Antioch of Pisidia; and, going into the synagogue on the sabbath-day, sat down.
Daga Ferga kuwa suka ci gaba zuwa Antiyok na Fisidiya. A ranar Asabbaci sai suka shiga majami’a suka zauna.
15 And, after the reading of the law and the prophets, the synagogue-rulers sent unto them, saying—Brethren! if there is in you a word of exhortation unto the people, say on.
Bayan an yi karatu daga cikin Doka, da kuma Annabawa, sai shugabannin majami’ar suka aika musu suka ce, “’Yan’uwa, in kuna da wani saƙon ƙarfafawa domin jama’a, sai ku yi.”
16 And Paul, standing up, and making a sign with his hand, said—Ye men of Israel! and such as revere God! hearken: —
Yana miƙewa tsaye, sai Bulus ya yi musu alama da hannu ya ce, “Mutanen Isra’ila da kuma ku Al’ummai da kuke wa Allah sujada, ku saurare ni!
17 The God of this people Israel, chose our fathers, and, the people, he exalted, by their sojourn in the land of Egypt, —and, with a high arm, brought he them out of it;
Allahn mutanen Isra’ila ya zaɓi kakanninmu; ya kuma sa mutanen suka yi bunkasa yayinda suke zama a ƙasar Masar, da iko mai girma ya fitar da su daga ƙasar,
18 And, for the time of about forty years, bare with their manners in the desert;
ya kuma jure da halinsu har shekara arba’in a cikin hamada,
19 And, overthrowing seven nations in the land of Canaan, gave them their land as an inheritance—about four hundred and fifty years.
ya tumɓuke ƙasashe bakwai a Kan’ana ya kuma ba da ƙasarsu gādo ga mutanensa.
20 And, after these things, he gave them judges, until Samuel the prophet.
Dukan wannan ya ɗauki kusan shekaru 450. “Bayan wannan, Allah ya ba su alƙalai har zuwa zamanin annabi Sama’ila.
21 And, from that time, they asked for themselves a king, and God gave them Saul, son of Kish, a man of the tribe of Benjamin, during forty years;
Sa’an nan mutanen suka nemi a ba su sarki, Allah kuwa ya ba su Shawulu ɗan Kish, na kabilar Benyamin, wanda ya yi mulki shekaru arba’in.
22 And, setting him aside, raised up, David, unto them for king, —of whom he also said, bearing witness—I have found David, the son of Jesse, —[a man] according to my heart, who will do all my will.
Bayan an kau da Shawulu, sai ya naɗa Dawuda ya zama sarkinsu. Ya kuma yi shaida game da shi cewa, ‘Na sami Dawuda ɗan Yesse, mutum ne da nake so a zuciyata; shi zai aikata dukan abin da nake so.’
23 From this man’s seed, hath God, according to promise, brought unto Israel, a saviour—Jesus:
“Daga zuriyar mutumin nan ne Allah ya kawo wa Isra’ila Mai Ceto Yesu, kamar yadda ya yi alkawari.
24 John, beforehand proclaiming, before the face of his coming in, an immersion of repentance, unto all the people of Israel.
Kafin zuwan Yesu, Yohanna ya yi wa’azin tuba da baftisma ga dukan mutanen Isra’ila.
25 And, as John was fulfilling his course, he was saying—Whom are ye supposing that I am? I, am not he! But lo! there cometh, after me, one of whom I am not worthy, the sandals of his feet, to loosen.
Yayinda Yohanna yake kammala aikinsa ya ce, ‘Wa kuke tsammani ni nake? Ba ni ne shi ba. A’a, amma yana zuwa bayana, wanda ko takalmansa ma ban isa in kunce ba.’
26 Brethren! sons of the race of Abraham, and those who among you revere God, —unto you, hath this word of salvation been sent forth.
“Ya ku’yan’uwa,’ya’yan Ibrahim, da ku kuma Al’ummai masu tsoron Allah, a gare mu ne fa aka aiko wannan saƙon ceto.
27 For, they who were dwelling in Jerusalem, and their rulers, not recognising him, have, by judging him, fulfilled, the very voices of the prophets which every sabbath are being read;
Mutanen Urushalima da masu mulkinsu ba su gane da Yesu ba, duk da haka cikin hukunta shi suka cika kalmomin annabawan da ake karantawa kowane Asabbaci.
28 And, though no single cause of death they found, yet claimed they of Pilate that he should be slain.
Ko da yake ba su same shi da wani dalilin da ya kai ga hukuncin kisa ba, suka roƙi Bilatus yă sa a kashe shi.
29 And, when they had finished all those things which, concerning him, had been written, taking him down from the tree, they put him in a tomb.
Sa’ad da suka aikata duk abin da aka rubuta game da shi, sai suka saukar da shi daga itacen suka kuma sa shi a kabari.
30 But, God, raised him from among the dead:
Amma Allah ya tashe shi daga matattu,
31 Who appeared, during many days, unto them who had come up with him from Galilee unto Jerusalem; who, indeed, [now] are his witnesses unto the people.
kuma kwanaki da yawa waɗanda suka yi tafiya tare da shi daga Galili zuwa Urushalima suka gan shi. Su ne yanzu shaidu ga mutanenmu.
32 We, therefore, unto you, bring the good news, as to the promise which, unto our fathers, was made, —
“Muna gaya muku labari mai daɗi cewa abin da Allah ya yi wa kakanninmu alkawari,
33 That God hath fulfilled, the same, for our children, by raising up Jesus: as also, in the second psalm, it is written—My son, art, thou: I, this day, have begotten thee.
ya cika mana, mu zuriyarsu, ta wurin tā da Yesu daga matattu. Kamar yadda yake a rubuce a cikin Zabura ta biyu cewa, “‘Kai Ɗana ne, yau na zama Uba a gare ka.’
34 And, in that he raised him from among the dead, no more destined to return unto corruption, on this wise hath he spoken—I will give unto you the faithful lovingkindnesses of David.
Gaskiyar cewa Allah ya tā da shi daga matattu, a kan ba zai taɓa ruɓewa ba, an faɗe shi a cikin waɗannan kalmomi. “‘Zan ba ku tsarki da kuma tabbatattun albarkun da na yi wa Dawuda alkawari.’
35 Wherefore also, in a different [place], he saith—Thou wilt not give thy man of lovingkindness to see corruption.
Haka kuma aka faɗa a wani wuri. “‘Ba za ka yarda Mai Tsarkinka ya ruɓa ba.’
36 For, David, indeed, unto his own generation having done service, by the counsel of God, fell asleep, and was added unto fathers, and saw corruption;
“Gama sa’ad da Dawuda ya gama hidimar nufin Allah a zamaninsa, sai ya yi barci; aka binne shi tare da kakanninsa jikinsa kuwa ya ruɓe.
37 But, he whom God hath raised, did not see corruption.
Amma wanda Allah ya tā da daga matattu bai ruɓa ba.
38 Be it known unto you, therefore, brethren, —that, through this man, unto you, remission of sins is declared;
“Saboda haka,’yan’uwana, ina so ku san cewa ta wurin Yesu ana sanar muku da gafarar zunubi.
39 And, from all things from which ye could not, by the law of Moses, be justified, by this man, everyone that believeth, is justified.
Ta wurinsa kowa da ya gaskata an kuɓutar da shi daga dukan abin da Dokar Musa ba tă iya kuɓutar ba.
40 Be taking heed, therefore, lest that come upon you which hath been spoken in the prophets—
Ku lura kada abubuwan da annabawa suka faɗa su faru muku.
41 See, ye despisers, and marvel, and disappear: in that, a work, am, I, working in your days, —a work, which in nowise will ye believe, though one relate it in full unto you.
“‘Ku duba, ku masu ba’a, ku yi mamaki, ku hallaka, gama zan yi wani abu a zamaninku da ba za ku taɓa gaskatawa ba ko da wani ya gaya muku.’”
42 And, as they were going out, they kept on beseeching that, on the ensuing sabbath, might be spoken unto them these things.
Bulus da Barnabas suna fita daga majami’ar ke nan, sai mutane suka gayyace su su ƙara yin maganan nan a kan waɗannan abubuwa a ranar Asabbaci mai zuwa.
43 And, when the congregation was broken up, there followed many of the Jews, and of the devout proselytes, with Paul and Barnabas; who, indeed, in speaking unto them, went on persuading them to abide in the favour of God.
Da aka sallami jama’a, Yahudawa da yawa da kuma waɗanda suka tuba suka shiga Yahudanci masu ibada suka bi Bulus da Barnabas, waɗanda suka yi magana musu suka kuma ƙarfafa su su ci gaba a cikin alherin Allah.
44 And, on the coming sabbath, almost all the city, was gathered together, to hear the word of God.
A ranar Asabbaci na biye kusan dukan birnin suka taru don su ji maganar Ubangiji.
45 But, the Jews, seeing, the multitudes, were filled with jealousy, —and began speaking against the things which, by Paul, were being spoken, defaming them.
Sa’ad da Yahudawa suka ga taron mutanen, sai suka cika da kishi suka yi ta munanan maganganu a kan abin da Bulus yake faɗi.
46 And Paul and Barnabas, speaking boldly, said—Unto you, was it necessary, that the word of God should first be spoken: seeing ye are thrusting it from you, and, unworthy, are judging yourselves of the age-abiding life, lo! we turn unto the nations; (aiōnios g166)
Sai Bulus da Barnabas suka amsa musu gabagadi, suka ce, “Ya zama mana dole mu yi muku maganar Allah da farko. Da yake kun ƙi ta ba ku kuma ga kun cancanci rai madawwami ba, to, za mu juya ga Al’ummai. (aiōnios g166)
47 For so hath the Lord commanded us—I have set thee for a light of nations, that thou mayest be for salvation unto the end of the earth.
Gama abin da Allah ya umarce mu ke nan cewa, “‘Na sa ka zama haske ga Al’ummai, don ka kawo cetona zuwa iyakokin duniya.’”
48 And they of the nations, hearing [this], began to rejoice, and to be glorifying God, and they believed—as many as had become disposed for life age-abiding. (aiōnios g166)
Sa’ad da Al’ummai suka ji haka, sai suka yi farin ciki suka ɗaukaka maganar Ubangiji; kuma duk waɗanda aka zaɓa don samun rai madawwami, suka gaskata. (aiōnios g166)
49 And the word of the Lord went on to be carried through the whole country.
Maganar Ubangiji kuwa ta bazu a dukan yankin.
50 But, the Jews, urged on the devout women of the higher class, and the chief men of the city, and roused up a persecution against Paul and Barnabas, —and thrust them out from their bounds.
Amma Yahudawa suka zuga waɗansu mata masu tsoron Allah masu martaba da kuma waɗansu maza masu matsayi a gari. Suka tā da tsanani ga Bulus da Barnabas, suka kore su daga yankinsu.
51 But they, shaking off the dust of their feet against them, came into Iconium.
Saboda haka suka karkaɗe ƙurar ƙafafunsu don shaidar a kansu suka kuwa tafi Ikoniyum.
52 And, the disciples, were filled with joy, and with Holy Spirit.
Masu bi kuwa suka cika da farin ciki da kuma Ruhu Mai Tsarki.
