2 Timothy 2
1 Thou, therefore, my child, be empowering thyself in the favour that is in Christ Jesus,

2 And, the things which thou hast heard from me among many witnesses, the same, entrust thou unto faithful men, such as shall be, competent, to teach, others also.
Simpyikung khawzah a haiawh kak kqawn law nang zaak ik-oeihkhqi ce thlang ak cuk ak kik thai yp ak awm thlangkhqi venawh kqawn law pe patoe lah.
3 Take thy part in suffering hardship, as a brave soldier of Christ Jesus: —
Jesu Khrih a qalkap leek amyihna kyinaak ce kaimih ning yh pyi lawt lah.
4 No one that is serving as a soldier, entangleth himself with the matters of his livelihood, that he may please him that hath summoned him to serve as a soldier;
Qalkap bi ak bi ingtaw thlang mailai amyihna am awm hy – qaalboei ak kawzeelnaak aham ni bibi aham a ngaih.
5 If, moreover, any man, contend even in the games, he is not crowned, unless, lawfully, he contend;
Cemyih lawtna, taaqunaak awh ak paa thlang ingawm a lawng a lam amyihna taaqunaak ce ama sai awhtaw kutdo am hu hy.
6 The toiling husbandman, ought, first, of the fruits, to partake:
Tha tlawh doena lo bi ak bikung ing a lo cang ce a ai ma khet aham awm hy.
7 Think, as to what I am speaking; for the Lord will give thee discernment in all things.
Awi kak kqawn law ve poek lah, ve myihkhqi boeih poek thainaak aham Bawipa ing cyihnaak ni pe bit kaw.
8 Keep in mind Jesus Christ—raised from among the dead, of the seed of David, —according to my joyful message:
David a cadil na ak awm, thihnaak awhkawng ak tho tlaih, Jesu Khrih ce poek lah. Ve ve kai ak awithang leek ni,
9 In which I am suffering hardship, even unto bonds, as an evil-doer; but, the word of God, is not bound.
ve a dawngawh khuikha hu nyng saw thlakthawlh amyihna thiqui ing khih dyna awm nyng.
10 For this cause, am I enduring, all things, for the sake of the chosen, in order that, they also, may obtain, the salvation, which is in Christ Jesus along with glory age-abiding. (aiōnios g166)

11 Faithful, the saying—for, If we have died together, we shall also live together,
Vawhkaw awih kqawnnaak ve thym hy. Amah ing ni thih haih awhtaw, amah ing ni hqing haih lawt kaw;
12 If we endure, we shall also reign together; If we shall deny, he also, will deny us,
ningnih ing ning yh awhtaw, amah ingqawi boeimangnaak ce ni pang lawt kaw. Amah ce ni qoeng awhtaw, anih ing ningnih ce ni qoeng khqi lawt kaw;
13 If we are faithless, he, faithful, abideth, —for, deny himself, he cannot!
ypawm na amni awm awhtaw, anih taw ypawm na awm poe kaw, kawtih amah ingkaw amah ce am qoeng qu thai hy.
14 Of these things, be putting [them] in remembrance, adjuring [them] before God not to be waging word-battles, —useful, for nothing, occasioning a subversion of them that hearken.
Vawhkaw ik-oeihkhqi ve kqawn pe poe lah. Amik oelh qukhqi ce Khawsa haiawh ngaihthynnaak awi kqawn pe; ikaw awm a phu am awm nawh ak ngaikhqi seetnaak nani a awm kqoeng.
15 Give diligence, thyself, approved, to present unto God, —a workman not to be put to shame, skillfully handling the word of truth.
Kyihnaak ak hu bibikung na na awm amyihna Khawsa haiawh ak leek soeih na pe qu law lah, bibikung ak thym cana awitak ak tu ingtaw chah aham am awm hy.
16 But, the profane pratings, shun; for, unto more ungodliness, will they force themselves on;
Khawsa amak pa awi a kaa kqawnnaak ce re lah, vemyih a ik-oeih awh amik paakhqi taw Khawsa amak sim thlangkhqi na awm khqoet khqoet uhy.
17 And, their discourse, as a gangrene, will eat its way; —of whom are Hymenaeus and Philetus,
A mingmih am cukkiknaak ce qawk ak pawi amyihna pawi kang kaw. Cemyih thlangkhqi ak khuiawh Himenia ingkaw Phileta awm pa lawt hy nih,
18 Men who, concerning the truth, have erred, affirming, a resurrection, already, to have taken place, and are overthrowing the faith, of some.
cekqawi taw awitak awhkawng ak hla na pleng hawh hy nih. Thlakthi thawh tlaihnaak taw awm coeng hawh hy ti nih nawh, thlang pynoet ak cangnaak ce hqe hy nih.
19 Howbeit, the firm foundation of God, standeth, having this seal—The Lord hath acknowledged them who are his, and, Let every one that nameth the name of the Lord stand aloof from unrighteousness.
Cehlai, Khawsak tungling taw ak cak cana awm nawh vawhkaw awi ing hatnaak tahy: “Bawipa ing amah a koekhqi ce noek hy,” nawh, “U awm Bawipa ang ming ak dyih pyi ingtaw ik-oeih amak leek ce cehta seh.”
20 But, in a great house, there are not only gold and silver vessels, but, also wooden and earthen: and, some, indeed, for honour, while, some, are for dishonour:

21 If, therefore, anyone will, for pureness, sever himself from these, he shall be a vessel for honour, hallowed, meet for the Master’s use, for every good work, prepared.
U ingawm a hukhit awhkaw ik-oeih awhkawng ak ciim ak caih na a awm awhtaw, anih taw qyp awm kawi ik-oeih, ak ciim ik-oeih sai na awm kawmsaw, Bawipa aham a phu ak awm ingkaw ik-oeih leek sainaak aham qoek abah na awm kaw.
22 But, from the youthful covetings, flee! and pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace, along with them who call upon the Lord out of a pure heart.
Cadawng hy ngaihnaakkhqi ce cehta nawhtaw, dyngnaak, cangnaak, lungnaak ingkaw ngaihdingnaak ce kawlung ciimnaak ing Bawipa ak khy thlangkhqi mi hquut lawt lah.
23 But, from the foolish and undisciplined questionings, excuse thyself, knowing that they gender strifes;
Qawnaak ingkaw cyihnaak kaana ikawmyih a ik-oeih awm koeh oelh law, cemyih a ik-oeih ingtaw hqo ang hqitnaak ni a awm sak hy tice sim hawh hyk ti.
24 And, a servant of the Lord, ought not to strive, but to be, gentle, towards all, apt in teaching, ready to endure malice, —
Bawipa a tyihzawih thlang ingtaw hqo ang hqitnaak ak khuiawh a paa ham am awm hy: thlang boeih a venawh qeennaak ta kawmsaw, cuk am kik hly thai hy, kawsonaak am ta kaw.
25 In meekness, bringing under discipline them that oppose themselves, lest at any time God should give them repentance unto a personal knowledge of truth,
Anih ak oelh thlangkhqi ce, Khawsa ing zutnaak pe kawmsaw awitak simnaak benna sawi ngai kaw tinawh ngaih-unaak kawlung taak doena,
26 And they should wake up to sobriety out of, the adversary’s, snare, —though they have been taken alive by him for, that one’s, will.
