2 Chronicles 7
1 Now, when Solomon had made an end of praying, Fire, came down out of the heavens, and consumed the ascending-offering and the sacrifices, —and, the glory of Yahweh, filled the house;
Solomon in ataona ahin chai chai chun, vana konin meikong ahungkikho lhan; pumgo thilto hole kilhaina ho Chu akavam soh keiyin, chuin Pakai loupina chun Houin sung chu alo dim soh jengin ahi.
2 so that the priests could not enter into the house of Yahweh, —because the glory of Yahweh filled the house of Yahweh;
Pakai loupinan Houin sung alodim tah jeh chun, thempu ho chu Houin sunga chun alut thei tapouvin ahi.
3 and, all the sons of Israel, seeing the descending of the fire and the glory of Yahweh upon the house, then knelt they down with their faces toward the ground, upon the pavement, and bowed themselves in prostration, and gave thanks unto Yahweh, For he is good, For, age-abiding, is his lovingkindness.
Israel mipi ho chun meikong ahung kikholhah’a Houin sung alo dimset chu amuphat un, Pakai chu ahou un avahchoi tauve. Pakai hi aphai, Ami lungsetna long lou chun atonsotnin aumjinge atiuvin ahi.
4 And, the king and all the people, were offering sacrifice before Yahweh.
Chuin Lengpa le mipi ho chun, Pakai dingin kilhaina thilto abolluvin ahi.
5 And King Solomon offered a sacrifice—of oxen, twenty-two thousand, and of sheep, a hundred and twenty thousand, —and so the king and all the people, dedicated the house of God;
Lengpa Solomon chun kilhaina man ding in, bong sang som le ni kelngoi le kelcha sang jakhat le sang somni atoh doh in ahi. Chuin Lengpa le mipi ho chun Pathen Houin chu akatdoh tauvin ahi.
6 while, the priests, over their charges, were standing, the Levites also, with the instruments for the songs of Yahweh, which David the king had made, for giving thanks unto Yahweh, For, age-abiding, is his lovingkindness, when David offered praise by their means, —and, the priests, kept on blowing trumpets over against them, while, all Israel, were standing.
Thempu ho chun akinganse nau panmun cheh chu alo-uvin, chule chutobang ma chun Levi techun, “Ami lungsetna longlouvin atonsotnin aum jinge tin lan asaove, amaho chun Lengpa David in Pakai vahchoina dinga anasem la chu tumging tothon asaovin ahi. Israel mipi ho adin sungu chun Levite maidon tah’a chun thempu hon sumkon amut uvin ahi.”
7 And Solomon hallowed the middle of the court that was before the house of Yahweh, for he offered there the ascending-sacrifices, and the fat portions of the peace-offerings, —because, the altar of bronze which Solomon had made, was not able to receive the ascending-sacrifice and the meal-offering and the fat portions.
Chuin Solomon chun Pakai Houin leitol lailung tah chu athenson, pumgo thilto le sathao chamna thilto ho chu hilai munna chun alhan doh in ahi; ijeh-inem itileh sum eng maicham chun pumgo thilto ho, lhosoh gasoh thilto chule sathao chamna thilto chu adollou ahitai.
8 And Solomon made a festival—at that time—for seven days, and all Israel with him, an exceeding great convocation, —from the entering in of Hamath, unto the ravine of Egypt.
Solomon le Israel mipi chun nisagi sungin lhambuh kut amangun ahi. Agamla penna seidingin sahlama Lebohanath chule lhanglama Egypt gamgi changei mi atama tam akikhomdoh un ahi.
9 And they made, on the eighth day, a closing feast, —because, the dedication of the altar, they had kept seven days and a festival seven days.
Amahon maicham mun katdohna din ni sagi amangun, lhanbuh kut bolnan ni sagi ma amangun ahi. Chuin aniget lhin nin akhum khana kin abollun ahi.
10 And, on the twenty-third of the seventh month, he sent the people away to their own homes, —rejoicing and glad in heart, over the goodness which Yahweh had performed unto David and unto Solomon, and unto Israel his people.
Kin bol kichai chun Solomon in miho chu ama ama incheh’a asol tan ahi. Amaho chu akipah thanom theilheh jeng uve. Ijeh-inem itileh Pakai chu David le Solomon chule ami Israelte dingin ana phajing jeng in ahi.
11 Thus Solomon finished the house of Yahweh, and the house of the king, —and, all that had come in upon the heart of Solomon, to do in the house of Yahweh and in his own house, he prosperously executed.

12 Then appeared Yahweh unto Solomon by night, —and said to him, I have heard thy prayer, and have made choice of this place for myself, as a house of sacrifice: —
Chuin jankhat chu Pakai, Solomon henga ahungkilah in nataona kasanpeh in, chule hiche Houin hi kilhaina ho lhandohna mun dingin kalhengtai ati.
13 If I shut up the heavens that there be no rain, or if I lay command on the locust, to devour the land, —or if I send pestilence, amongst my people:
Iti hamkhatna vankot kakha’a gotwi ajuhlou ham, khaokho ho thu kapeh’a nalhosoh gahou chunga achuh ham, natna hise pul nalah’uva kalansah ham tengle,
14 if my people upon whom my Name is called shall humble themselves, and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will, I myself, hear out of the heavens, and forgive their sin, and heal their land.
hichea chu kamite kaminna kikousate chu ahung kineosah-uva agitlou nau lampi hoa kona ahung kinung heikit uva, kamai ahin holluva ahung tao tengule; keiman vanna konna ataonau kangaipeh’a achonset gitlou nau kangai damma chule agammu kakile dohsah kitding ahi.
15 Now, mine eyes, shall be open, and, mine ears, attent, —to the prayer of this place.
Hiche Houin munna konna taona kimang jouse kahin vetna, kanakol kahin sun ding ahi.
16 Now, therefore, have I chosen and hallowed this house, that my Name may be there, unto times age-abiding, —and mine eyes and my heart shall he there, all the days.
Ijeh-inem itihleh hiche laimun hi atumbeh’a atheng dinga ka lhendoh ahitan, hiche laimun hi aitih’a kamin kijabolna hijing ding ahitai. Keiman hiche laimun hi phatseh’a kavet tup jing ding ahi. Ajeh chu hiche laimun hi, kalungthim in angailut pen chu ahi.
17 Thou, therefore, if thou wilt walk before me, as David thy father walked, even to do according to all that I have commanded thee, —and, my statutes and regulations, thou wilt observe,
Nangma jengin jong napa David banga kathupeh hole chondan ho le dan ho jouse hi, kitahna neitah’a najui leh,
18 then will I establish the throne of thy kingdom, —according as I covenanted to David thy father, saying—There shall not fail thee a man, to rule over Israel.
nangma phungui’a laltouna katundoh ding ahi; hiche na dinga chu keiman napa David toh kitepna kana semma chu hiti hi ahi. “Nangma chilhah holah’a khatpen hin Israel chunga vai ahop jing ding ahi,” ati.
19 But, if, ye yourselves, shall turn away, and forsake my statutes and my commandments, which I have set before you, —and shall go and serve other gods, and bow down to them,
Ahinlah ihamtia nachihlhah ten einungsun uva, chule nangma kapeh chonna dan hole kapeh thu hohi angailou uva nangma jengin jong Pathen dang ho najen lea na hou leh,
20 then will I root you out from off the soil, which I have given to you, and, this house, which I have hallowed for my Name, will I cast off from before my face, —and will appoint it for a by-word and a mockery, among all the peoples;
Keiman hiche mite chu amaho kana pehsa hiche gam’a kona chu abul, abala kabodoh ding ahi. Chuleh hiche Houin kamin jabol nadingle atheng dinga kisa jonghi kapaidoh ding chule namdang mi holah’a hichelai munhi nuisat le japi limbep bou kaso ding ahi.
21 and, this house which hath been renowned, all that pass by near it, shall be astonished, —and say, Wherefore hath Yahweh done, thus and thus, to this land, and to this house?
Chule tuhin hiche Houin hi akijabol lhehnai, ahinlah hiche teng chuleh ahinjotpa hon adatmo diu amaho chu kidongtouva ipijeh’a iti danna Pakai in hitobang loma thil melse hi hiche gam le Houin chunga hi aboljeng ahitadem, atidiu ahi.
22 And men shall say, Because they forsook Yahweh the God of their fathers, who brought them up out of the land of Egypt, and laid hold of other gods, and bowed down to them, and served them, for this cause, hath he brought upon them, all this calamity.
Chutengleh adonbutna achu, “Amiten apu apateu Pakai Pathen, Egypt gamma konna ahinpuidoh pau chu anungsun uva, ama khella chu Pathen dang ahou uva amasanga abohkhup jeh uva, Pathen in hitobang vangset naho hi achung'uva alhunsah ahitai,” ati dingu ahi.
