2 Chronicles 31
1 Now, when all this was finished, all Israel who were present went forth unto the cities of Judah, and brake in pieces the pillars—and cut down the Sacred Stems—and threw down the high places and the altars, out of all Judah and Benjamin—and throughout Ephraim and Manasseh, until they had made an end, —then all the sons of Israel returned every man to his own possession, unto their own cities.
А като се свърши всичко това, целият Израил, които се намираха там, излязоха по Юдовите градове та изпотрошиха кумирите, изсякоха ашерите и събориха високите места и жертвениците из целия Юда и Вениамина, също и в Ефрем и Манасия, докле ги унищожиха всички. Тогава всичките израилтяни се върнаха в градовете си, всеки в своята собственост.
2 And Hezekiah appointed the courses of the priests, and the Levites, over their courses, every man according to the requirements of his service, both priests and Levites, for ascending-sacrifice and for peace-offerings, —to be in attendance and to give thanks and to offer praise, in the gates of the camps of Yahweh;
Тогава Езекия определи отредите на свещениците и на левитите, според разпределенията им, всекиго според службата му, и свещениците и левитите, за всеизгарянията и примирителните приноси, за да служат и да славословят и да хвалят в портите на Господния стан.
3 also the portion of the king out of his own substance, for the ascending-sacrifices, —[even] for the ascending-sacrifices of the morning and of the evening, and the ascending-sacrifices for the sabbaths, and for the new moons and for the appointed feasts, —as written in the law of Yahweh.
Определи и царския дял от имота си за всеизгарянията, а именно, за утринните и вечерните всеизгаряния, и за всеизгарянията в съботите и новолунията и на празниците, според предписанието в Господния закон.
4 And he bade the people who were dwelling in Jerusalem give the portion of the priests and the Levites, —to the end they might persevere in the law of Yahweh.
Заповяда още на людете, които жевееха в Ерусалим, да дават дела на свещениците и на левитите, за да се затвърдят в Господния закон.
5 And, as soon as the thing spread abroad, the sons of Israel caused to abound the firstfruit of corn, new wine, and oil, and honey, and all the increase of the field, -yea, the tithe of all—in abundance, brought they in.
И щом се издаде тая заповед, израилтяните донесоха много от първите плодове на житото, виното, дървеното масло, меда и на всичките земни произведения; донесоха още в изобилие и десетъците от всяко нещо.
6 And, as for the sons of Israel and Judah who were dwelling in the cities of Judah, even they, a tithe of oxen, and sheep, and a tithe of hallowed things, which had been hallowed unto Yahweh their God, did bring in and pile up—heaps, heaps.
И израилтяните и юдейците, които живееха в Юдовите градове, също е те донесоха десетъците от говеда и овци, и десетъците от светите неща, които бяха посветени на Господа техния Бог, и туриха ги на купове.
7 In the third month, began they the heaps, at the foundation, —and, in the seventh, they finished.
В третия месец почнаха да правят куповете, и в седмия месец свършиха.
8 And Hezekiah and the rulers came, and saw the heaps, —and blessed Yahweh, and his people Israel.
И когато дойдоха Езекия и първенците и видяха куповете, благословиха Господа и Неговите люде Израиля.
9 Then applied Hezekiah unto the priests and the Levites, concerning the heaps.
Сетне Езекия запита свещениците и левитите за куповете.
10 And Azariah, the chief priest of the house of Zadok, spake unto him, —and said—From the time of beginning to bring in, the heave-offering, into the house of Yahweh—to eat and to be full, there hath still been left, even to this abundance. For, Yahweh, hath blessed his people, and, that which is left, is this great plenty.
И първосвещеник Азария, от Садоковия дом, в отговор му рече: Откак почнаха да донасят приносите в Господния дом, яли сме до насита, и остана много; защото Господ е благословил людете Си; и останалото е тоя голям склад.
11 Then Hezekiah gave word to prepare chambers, in the house of Yahweh, and they prepared them;
Тогава Езекия заповяда да приготвят помещения в Господния дом; и като ги приготвиха,
12 and brought in the heave-offering and the tithe and the hallowed things, faithfully, —and, over them, as chief ruler, was Cononiah the Levite, and Shimei his brother, next;
в тях внесоха вярно приносите, десетъците и посветените неща; а надзирател над тях бе левитинът Хонения, и подир него брат му Семей.
13 and Jehiel and Azaziah and Nahath and Asahel and Jerimoth and Jozabad, and Eliel and Ismachiah, and Mahath, and Benaiah, —overseers under the direction of Cononiah and Shemei his brother, by the appointment of Hezekiah the king, and Azariah the chief ruler of the house of God.
А по заповед на цар Езекия и на настоятеля на Божия дом Азария, Ехиил, Азазия, Нахат, Асаил, Еримот, Иозавад, Елиил, Исмахия, Маат и Ванаия бяха надзиратели под властта на Хонения и брат му Семей.
14 And, Kore, son of Imnah the Levite, the door-keeper on the east, was over the freewill offerings of God, —to give the heave-offering of Yahweh, and the most holy things.
А Коре, син на левитина Емна, вратарят при източната порта, бе над нещата доброволно принесени Богу, за да раздава Господните приноси и пресветите неща.
15 And, under his direction, were Eden and Miniamin and Jeshua and Shemaiah, Amariah and Shecaniah, in the cities of the priests, in trust to give unto their brethren by courses, as the great so the small;
А под него бяха, в градовете на свещениците, Еден, Миниамин, Исус, Семаия, Амария и Сехания, на които бе поръчано да раздават на братята си според отредите им, както на големия, тъй и на малкия,
16 besides registering them by males, from three years old and upward, unto every one that entered into the house of Yahweh, in the need of a day upon its day, —by their service, in their watches, according to their courses:
на всекиго, който постъпваше в Господния дом, ежедневния му дял за служенето им в службата, според отредите им, освен ония, които се преброиха според родословието на мъжките от три години на възраст и нагоре;
17 both the registering of the priests, by their ancestral houses, and the Levites, from twenty years old and upward, —in their watches, in their courses;
да раздават и на преброените от свещениците и от левитите, според бащините им домове, на възраст от двадесет години и нагоре, според службите им, по отредите им,
18 even to the registering of all their little ones, their wives and their sons and their daughters, unto all the convocation, —for, in their trust, they hallowed themselves in holiness;
и на всичките им челяди, на жените им, и на синовете им, и на дъщерите им, в цялото общество, които бяха преброени по родословие; защото те се посветиха вярно на светите неща.
19 also unto the sons of Aaron the priests in the fields of the pasture land of their cities, in every several city, men who were expressed by name, —to give portions to every male among the priests, and to all registered among the Levites.
А колкото за Аароновите потомци, свещениците, които живееха в полетата на градските пасбища, имаше във всеки град човеци определени по име да раздават дялове на всичките мъжки между свещениците, и на всичките преброени между левитите.
20 And Hezekiah did thus, throughout all Judah, —and he did that which was good and right and faithful, before Yahweh his God.
Така направи Езекия и в целия Юда; и върши това, което бе добро, и право, и вярно пред Господа своя Бог.
21 And, in all the work which he began in the service of the house of God—and in the law—and in the commandment, to seek unto his God, with all his heart, he wrought, and prospered.
Във всяка работа, която почна, относно служенето на Божия дом, и закона, и заповедите, като търсеше своя Бог, вършеше я от все сърце, и успяваше.
