2 Chronicles 3
1 Then began Solomon, to build the house of Yahweh, in Jerusalem, in Mount Moriah, where he had appeared unto David his father, —in the place which David had prepared, in the threshing-floor of Ornan the Jebusite.
১পরে শলোমন যিরূশালেমে মোরিয়া পর্বতে সদাপ্রভুর গৃহ তৈরী করতে শুরু করলেন; সদাপ্রভু সেখানে তাঁর বাবা দায়ূদকে দর্শন দিয়েছেন এবং দায়ূদ সেই জায়গা নির্বাচন করেছিলেন; তা যিবূষীয় অর্ণানের খামার৷
2 And he began to build, in the second month, on the second, in the fourth year of his reign.
২তিনি তাঁর রাজত্বের চতুর্থ বছরের দ্বিতীয় মাসের দ্বিতীয় দিনের তৈরীর কাজ শুরু করলেন৷
3 And, these, are the things wherein Solomon was grounded for the building of the house of God, —The length, by cubits, in the first measure, was sixty cubits, and, the breadth, twenty cubits.
৩শলোমন ঈশ্বরের গৃহ তৈরী করতে যে মূল উপদেশ পেয়েছিলেন, সেই অনুসারে হাতের প্রাচীন পরিমাণে গৃহের দৈর্ঘ্য ষাট হাত ও প্রস্থ কুড়ি হাত করা হল৷
4 And, the porch which was in front of the length, in front of the breadth of the house, was twenty cubits, and, the height thereof, was a hundred and twenty, —and he overlaid it, within, with pure gold.
৪আর গৃহের সামনের বারান্দা গৃহের প্রস্থ অনুসারে কুড়ি হাত লম্বা ও একশো কুড়ি হাত উঁচু হল; আর তিনি ভেতরে তা পরিষ্কার সোনা দিয়ে মুড়ে দিলেন৷
5 And, the greater house, covered he with cypress wood, and overlaid it with fine gold, —and raised thereon palms, and wreathed garlands.
৫তিনি বড় গৃহের দেওয়াল ভালো সোনায় মোড়া দেবদারু কাঠে ঢেকে দিলেন ও তার উপরে খেজুর গাছ ও শিকলের ছবি খোদাই করলেন৷
6 And he covered the house with precious stones, for beauty, —and, the gold, was gold of Parvaim.
৬আর শোভার জন্য গৃহটি দামী পাথর দিয়ে সাজালেন; ঐ সোনা পর্বয়িম দেশের সোনা৷
7 And he covered the house, the beams, the entrance-hall, and the walls thereof and the doors thereof, with gold, —and he carved cherubim upon the walls.
৭আর তিনি গৃহ, গৃহের কড়িকাঠ, গোবরাট, দেওয়াল ও দরজা সোনায় মুড়ে দিলেন এবং দেওয়ালের উপরে করূবের ছবি খোদাই করলেন৷
8 And he made the most holy house, the length whereof, was, according to the breadth of the house, twenty cubits, and, the breadth thereof, twenty cubits, —and he covered it with fine gold, to [the number of] six hundred talents;
৮আর তিনি অতি পবিত্র জায়গা নির্মাণ করলেন, তার দৈর্ঘ্য গৃহের প্রস্থের মত কুড়ি হাত ও প্রস্থ কুড়ি হাত এবং তিনি ছশো তালন্ত ভালো সোনা দিয়ে তা মুড়ে দিলেন৷
9 and, the weight of the nails, amounted to fifty shekels of gold, —and, the upper chambers, covered he with gold.
৯প্রেকের পরিমাণ পঞ্চাশ শেকল সোনা৷ তিনি উপরের কুঠরীগুলিও সোনা দিয়ে মুড়ে দিলেন৷
10 And he made, in the most holy house, two cherubim, of carved work, —and covered them with gold.
১০অতি পবিত্র গৃহের মধ্যে তিনি দুটি করূবের ছবি খোদাই করলেন; আর তা সোনা দিয়ে মোড়া হল৷
11 And, as for the wings of the cherubim, the length of them, was twenty cubits, —the one wing, by the cubit was five, reaching to the wall of the house, and, the other wing, five cubits, reaching to the wing of the other cherub;
১১এই করূব দুটির ডানা কুড়ি হাত লম্বা, একটির পাঁচ হাত লম্বা একটি ডানা গৃহের দেওয়াল স্পর্শ করল এবং পাঁচ লম্বা অন্য ডানা দ্বিতীয় করূবের ডানা স্পর্শ করল৷
12 and, the wing of the other cherub, was five cubits, reaching to the wall of the house, —and, the other wing, was five cubits, cleaving to the wing of the other cherub:
১২সেই করূবের পাঁচ হাত লম্বা প্রথম ডানাটি গৃহের দেওয়াল স্পর্শ করল এবং পাঁচ হাত লম্বা দ্বিতীয় ডানাটি ঐ করূবের ডানা স্পর্শ করল৷
13 the wings of these cherubim, outspread, were twenty cubits, —and, they themselves, were standing upon their feet, and, their faces, were inward.
১৩সেই করূব দুটির ডানা মোট কুড়ি হাত বিস্তারিত, তারা পায়ের কাছে দাঁড়িয়ে ছিল এবং তাদের মুখ গৃহের দিকে ছিল৷
14 And he made a vail, of blue and purple, and crimson and byssus cloth, —and raised thereon cherubim.
১৪আর তিনি নীল, বেগুনী ও রক্তের রঙের এবং মসীনা সুতোর পর্দা তৈরী করলেন ও তাতে করূব তৈরী করলেন৷
15 And he made, for the front of the house, two pillars, thirty five cubits in length, —and, the capital which was upon the top of each, was five cubits.
১৫আর তিনি গৃহের সামনে পঁয়ত্রিশ হাত উঁচু দুটি স্তম্ভ তৈরী করলেন, এক একটি স্তম্ভের উপরে পাঁচ হাত হল৷
16 And he made wreathen chains in the shrine, and put them upon the top of the pillars, —and he made one hundred pomegranates, and put them in the chains,
১৬আর তিনি গৃহের মধ্যে শেকল তৈরী করে সেই স্তম্ভের মাথায় দিলেন এবং একশো ডালিমের মত করে তৈরী করে ঐ শেকলের উপরে রাখলেন৷
17 And he reared up the pillars in front of the temple, one, on the right, and, one, on the left, —and called the name of that on the right hand, Jachin, and the name of that on the left, Boaz.
১৭সেই দুটি স্তম্ভ তিনি মন্দিরের সামনে স্থাপন করলেন, একটা ডান দিকে ও অন্যটা বামে রাখলেন এবং যেটি ডান দিকে, সেটির নাম যাখীন যার অর্থ, তিনি স্থির করবেন ও যেটি বামে, সেটির নাম বোয়স যার অর্থ, এতেই বল, রাখলেন৷
