< 1 Thessalonians 4 >
1 For the rest, brethren, we request and exhort you, in our Lord Jesus, [that], even as ye received from us, how ye must needs walk and please God, —even as ye also do walk, that ye would abound still more.
Tinehoile, bhai khan, Probhu Jisu laga naam te apuni khan ke utsah koridi ase. Isor ke khushi kori kene thakibo nimite amikhan pora ki sikhise, etu he bisi kori jai thakibi.
2 For ye know what charges we gave you, through the Lord Jesus.
Kilekoile apuni khan jani ase amikhan pora niyom diya to Probhu Jisu naam te dise.
3 For, this, is a thing willed of God, your sanctification, —that ye should abstain from unchastity,
Aru apnikhan sapha thakibo lage, etu he Isor laga itcha ase, bebichari pora dur te thaki bole nimite,
4 That ye should know, each one of you, how, of his own vessel, to possess himself in sanctification and honour:
apnikhan nijor laga sonman aru pobitrota dhori kene rakhibi,
5 Not with a passion of coveting, —just as even the nations who know not God, —
aru Isor najana Porjati khan nisena mangso itcha te nathakibi.
6 Not over-reaching and defrauding, in the matter, his brother; because, an avenger, is the Lord, concerning all these things, —even as we before told you, and solemnly called you to witness.
Etu kotha te kun manu bhi nijor bhai ke biya aru galti pora bodnam koribo nadibi. Kilekoile amikhan laga Isor to bodla luwa Isor ase, sob kotha to apuni khan ke poila pora jonai dise.
7 For God did not call us, with a permission of impurity, but, in sanctification.
Kelemane Isor to amikhan ke sapha nohoi kene thaki bole mata nohoi, kintu pobitro thaki bole nimite matise.
8 Therefore, indeed, he that disregardeth—it is, not a man, he disregardeth, but God, —Who giveth his Holy Spirit unto you.
Etu nimite, tai kun etu kotha namane, tai manu ke nohoi, kintu Isor jun he Tai laga Pobitro Atma tumike dise, Taike mana kori ase,
9 But, concerning brotherly love—no need, have ye, that we be writing unto you; for, ye yourselves, are, God-taught, to the loving of one another; —
Kintu bhai-kokai khan majot morom kora laga kotha to, apnikhan ke kunba pora likhi dibole eku kaam nai, kelemane ekjon-ekjon ke morom kori bole Isor he apnikhan ke sikhai dise.
10 And, in fact, ye are doing it unto all the brethren [who are] in the whole of Macedonia; but we exhort you, brethren, to abound still more,
Macedonia te jiman bhai khan ase sob nimite apnikhan etu kori ase. Kintu aru bisi morom kori bole nimite, apuni, bhai-kokai khan ke aru mon dangor koridi ase.
11 And to be ambitious to be quiet, and to be attending to your own affairs, and to be working with your hands, —even as, unto you, we gave charge—
Apuni khan shanti aru bhal pora thaki bole nimite mon dangor koridi ase, aru nijor laga ki kaam ase eitu khan sob bhal pora cholai loijabi aru nijor pora ki kaam pare etu he kori thakibi, apuni khan ke sikhai diya nisena,
12 That ye should walk reputably toward those without, and, of no one, have, need.
etu hoile apnikhan abiswasi manu usorte bhal pora berabo, eneka thakile eku komti nathakibo.
13 But we do not wish you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them who are falling asleep, —lest ye be sorrowing, even as the rest also, who are without hope;
Kintu bhai khan, apnikhan bhi ghumai thaka khan laga kotha janibo lage, kele koile etu pora apnikhan mon nabikhabo nimite, jineka asha nathaka manu khan kore.
14 For, if we believe that, Jesus, died, and rose again, so, also will, God, bring forth with him, them who have fallen asleep through Jesus;
Amikhan jani ase Jisu mori kene aru jinda hoise, etu nimite jun biswas kori kene mori jaise, taikhan ke Isor he Jisu logote wapas loi anibo.
15 For, this, unto you, do we say, by a word of the Lord, —that, we, the living who are left unto the Presence of the Lord, shall in nowise get before them who have fallen asleep;
Etiya apnikhan ke hikai di thaka sob Isor laga kotha ase, amikhan kun jinda ase, Isor wapas aha dinte amikhan kun jinda thakibo, jun manu khan morise, taikhan age te amikhan najabo.
16 Because, the Lord himself, with a word of command, with a chief-messenger’s voice, and with a trumpet of God, shall descend from heaven, —and, the dead in Christ, shall rise, first,
Aru Isor nijor sorgo pora nami ahibo. Tai bisi jor pora hala kori kene ahibo, prodhan sorgodoth laga awaj pora, aru Isor laga bhigul loi kene ahibo, aru jun khan Khrista ke biswas kori kene morise, taikhan poila jinda hobo.
17 After that, we, the living who are left, together with them, shall be caught away, in clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: —and, thus, evermore, with the Lord, shall we be!
Etu pichete amikhan kunkhan namori kene ase, amikhan sob badal te taikhan logote mili kene Probhu ke lok kori bole uthai loijabo. Etu nisena he, amikhan hodai nimite Probhu logote thaki jabo.
18 So then, be consoling one another with these words.
Etu nimite, ekjon-ekjon ke etu kotha pora mon aram koridi thakibi.
