1 Peter 1
1 Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, unto the chosen pilgrims of the dispersion, throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia and Bithynia, —
Pita, mutumwa wa Jesu Kkilisito, kubenzu bamwaikilide kumanyika, ibasalidwe, koonse ku Pontasi, Galantiya, Kkapadosiya, Eziya, aku Bbitiniya.
2 [Chosen] according to the fore-knowledge of God the Father, in sanctification of Spirit, unto obedience and the sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ, Favour unto you, and peace, be multiplied!
Eechi chilimumabambe amumakanze a Leza Taata, mukwinda mumubeleko usalazigwa a Muuya, kuti mumutelele alubo mukwinda mukusansailwa bulowa bwa Jesu Kkilisito. Iluzyalo ngalube alindinywe, alubo lumuuno ngaluyungizizigwe kulindinywe.
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who, according to his great mercy, hath regenerated us unto a living hope, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from among the dead,
Akube kuti Leza wisi wa-Mwami Jesu Kkilisito alumbayizigwe! Muluzyalo lwakwe lupati, wakatupa kuzyalwa kupya iswebo bulabulangizi bwabuponi kwinda mububuke bwa Jesu Kkilisito kuzwa kubafu.
4 Unto an inheritance, incorruptible and undefiled and unfading, reserved in the heavens for you
Eechi nchalukkono lutakabule kumana pe, lutakabule akabbata, alubo talukonzyi pe kuyokulumpana abunini. Lulibambidwe kujulu kalulinda nduwe.
5 who, in God’s power, are being guarded through faith unto salvation—ready to be revealed in the last ripe time:
Iwebo ulikwabilidwe munguzu zya-Leza kwinda mukusyoma kwalufutuko olo lwimvwilidi kuyoyubununwa mukugola kwechindi.
6 Wherein ye exult, though, for a little, just now, if needful, put to grief in manifold temptations,
Ulikondedwe atala acheechi, nekuba kwalino kulelede kuti mube akuusa kukusunkwa kwiingi.
7 In order that the proving of your faith—much more precious than of gold that perisheth even though, by means of fire, it is proved—may be found unto praise and glory and honour in the revealing of Jesus Christ, —
Echi chilabawo kuti kukabonwe lusyomo lwanu, olu lwindide ngolida mbotu ikulumpala, nekuba yakawumpwa mumulilo. Echi chilachitika kuti lusyomo lwanu lukajanike kalulempindu ilentembawuzyo, abulemu, achilemeko ayoyubununwa Jesu Kkilisito.
8 Whom, not having seen, ye love, on whom, though at present not looking, but believing, ye exult with joy unspeakable and filled with glory,
Tamuna kumubona pe, pesi mulamuyanda. Tamumuboni pe kwalino, pesi mulasyoma mulinguwe akukondwa alukondo lutambiiki luzwide bulemu.
9 Being about to bear away the end of your faith—a salvation of souls:
Kwalino muyolitambwida lwenu mpindu yalusyomo lwanu, lufutuko lwa muuya yenu.
10 Concerning which salvation, prophets—who concerning the favour for you, did prophesy—sought out and searched out,
Ataala alufutuko olu, basinsiimi abo bakasinsima atala aluzyalo olo lwakali kuyanda kuza alindinywe, bakayandula chabusungu kabayanda kuziba,
11 Searching into what particular, or what manner, of season the Spirit of Christ which was in them was pointing to, when witnessing beforehand as to—The sufferings, for Christ, and the glories, after these, —
Kabayandula kuziba kuti muntunzi nakuti chinoli chiindiinzi echo muuya wa Kkilisito nchiwakalikwamba mulimbabo awo mpakabambilide kuti katana kwabwa kuyoba machise a Kkilisito abulemu buyotobela.
12 Unto whom it was revealed—that, Not unto themselves, but unto us, they were ministering them, which things have, now, been announced unto you through them who have told you the good tidings with Holy Spirit sent forth from heaven: into which things messengers are coveting to obtain a nearer view.
Chakayubununwa kulimbabo kuti tebakali kulibelekela lwabo beni pe, pesi anywebo, awo mpobakali kwamba atala azintu ezyo zyakambwa kulindinywe ababo bamukambawukila mulumbe wamakani mabotu kulindinywe kwinda ku-Muuya Uusalala wakatumwa kuzwa kujulu-kachili chintu baangelo nchibakali kulakamizya {kupeekezya}.
13 Wherefore, girding up the loins of your mind, keeping sober, perseveringly direct your hope unto the favour, being borne along to you, in the revealing of Jesus Christ:
Nkikaako amulyaange muzibuno zyanu zyakuyeeya kwenu. Amube babotu. Amubike bulangizi bwenu chakumaninina kuluzyalo olo luyoyetwa kulindinywe ayoyubununwa Jesu Kkilisito.
14 As obedient persons, not configuring yourselves unto your former covetings in your ignorance:
Mbuli bana bateelela, mutakabwedululi kukuyandisya kwenu nkumwakali kuponena chiindi nimwakachili mukutaziba.
15 But, according as he that hath called you is holy, do, ye yourselves, also become, holy in all manner of behaviour, —
Nkambo kakuti oyo iwakamwiita ulasalala, inywebo, kulelede, kuti musalale mubube bwanu boonse.
16 Inasmuch as it is written—Holy shall ye be, because, I, am holy.
Nkambo mbuli mbukulembedwe, “Amusalale, nkambo Ambebo ndasalala.”
17 And, if, as Father, ye are invoking him who, without respect of persons, judgeth according to each man’s work, with reverence, for the time of your sojourning, behave ye;
Na kamumwita kuti “Taata” oyo ubeteka chakutalanga chiimo chamuntu alubo umwi mbuli milimo yakwe, amwende lwendo olu muchindi chanu chakumuyowa.
18 Knowing that, Not with corruptible things, with silver or gold, have ye been redeemed from your unmeaning behaviour paternally handed down,
Mulizi kuti techakachitwa ansiliva ikulumpala na ingolida ezyo nzimwakali kununulwa ezyo kukwenda kwenu kwabuyo nkomwakiiya kuliba mawuso.
19 But with precious blood, as of a lamb, unblemished and unspotted, of an Anointed One, —
Anukuti, nywebo mwakanunulwa abulowa bubotu bwa Kkilisito, oyo wakali m buli mwana wambelele utakwe kampenda nikaba kabbata.
20 Foreknown, indeed, before the foundation of the world, but made manifest at a last stage of the times, for the sake of you
Kkilisito wakalizibinkenwe kakutana kuba kulengwa kwenyika, pesi kwalino wakazoyubununwa kulindinywe muzyiindi zyamamanino.
21 who, through him, are faithful towards God, —Who raised him from among the dead, and glory to him gave, So that your faith and hope are directed towards God:
Kwinda mulinguwe muzumine kuli Leza, oyo wakamubusya kuzwa kubafu akumupa bulemu, kuli lusyomo lwanu abulangizi bwenu bube kuli Leza.
22 Having purified, your souls, by the obedience of the truth, unto unfeigned brotherly affection, from the heart, love, one another, earnestly;
Mwakachita myuya kuti ibote mukwinda mukutelela kukasimpe. Echi chakaba obo kukumwetela luyando lwababunyina; amukayandane umwi awumwi kazizwa mumoyo. Amwi malembe mapati abensiku bachiGiliki abalika obu, Mwakasalazya myoyo yanu kukutelela kukasimpe kwinda kumuya.
23 Having been regenerated—Not out of corruptible seed, but incorruptible—through means of the word of a Living and Abiding God; (aiōn g165)
Mwakazyalwa bupya, kutali kuzwa kumbuto ikulumpala pe, pesi kuzwa kumbuto itakulumpali, kwinda mujwi lya-Leza litakasyale kalipona (aiōn g165)
24 Inasmuch as—All flesh, is as grass, and, all the glory thereof, as the flower of grass, —The grass hath withered, and the flower hath fallen out,
Nkambo kakuti, “Nyama yoonse ilimbuli bwizu, abulemu bwayo bonse bulimbuli malubaluba abwizu bwamusokwe. Ibwizu ngabwayuma, awalo malubaluba nganyana awidaansi,
