1 John 5
1 Whosoever believeth that, Jesus, is the Christ, of God, hath been born: and, whosoever loveth him that begat, loveth him that hath been begotten of him.

2 Hereby, perceive we, that we love the children of God, as soon as, God, we love, and, his commandments, we are doing.
Yeleyi ni yatuimanyi kuti tukwanonyela ŵanache ŵa Akunnungu, apala patukwanonyela Akunnungu ni kugakunda malajisyo gakwe.
3 For, this is the love of God—that, his commandments, we be keeping, and, his commandments, are not burdensome;
Pakuŵa kwanonyela Akunnungu kuli kugajitichisya malajisyo gakwe. Ni malajisyo gakwe ngagakulimba,
4 Because, whatsoever hath been born of God, overcometh the world; and, this, is the victory that hath overcome the world—our faith.
pakuŵa jwali mwana jwa Akunnungu akukombola kuipunda indu ya pachilambo. Nowe tukukombola kuipunda indu ya pachilambo kwa chikulupi chetu.
5 [And] who is he that overcometh the world, save he that believeth that, Jesus, is the Son of God?
Ana, nduni jwakukombola kuchipunda chigongomalo cha pachilambo? Ali jwejula pe jwakukulupilila kuti Che Yesu ali Mwana jwa Akunnungu.
6 This, is he that came through means of water and blood, Jesus Christ: not, by the water, only, but, by the water and by the blood, —and, the Spirit, it is, that is bearing witness, because, the Spirit, is the truth.
Che Yesu Kilisito ni juŵaiche kwa meesi katema paŵaliji nkubatiswa ni kwa miasi paŵawile. Nganaika kwa meesi pe nambo kwa meesi ni miasi. Nombe Mbumu jwa Akunnungu akuŵalanga umboni kuti ili isyene, pakuŵa Mbumu ali usyene.
7 Because, three, are they who are bearing witness—

8 The Spirit, and the Water, and the Blood; and, the three, are, [witnesses], unto one thing.

9 If, the witness of men, we receive, the witness of God, is, greater. Because, this, is the witness of God—in that he hath borne witness concerning his Son, —
Twaukundaga umboni wa ŵandu, umboni wa Akunnungu uli wekulu nnope kupunda wa ŵandu, ni umboni wauŵalasile Akunnungu nkati Mwanagwe uli wausyene.
10 He that believeth on the Son of God, hath the witness, within himself: He that doth not believe God, false, hath made him, —because he hath not believed on the witness which, God, hath witnessed, concerning his Son—
Mundu jwakunkulupilila Mwana jwa Akunnungu akwete umboni wo mu ntima mwakwe. Jwangakunkulupilila Akunnungu, antesile Akunnungu ali jwa unami, pakuŵa nganaukulupilila umboni uŵauŵalasile Akunnungu nkati Mwanagwe.
11 And, this, is the witness: —that, life age-abiding, hath God given unto us, and, this life, is, in his Son: (aiōnios g166)
Umboni wene ni au, Akunnungu ŵatupele umi wa moŵa gose pangali mbesi, ni umi wo ukupatikana kwa Mwanagwe. (aiōnios g166)
12 He that hath the Son, hath, the life, —he that hath not the Son of God, hath not, the life.
Mundu jwalijose jwali Mwana jwa Akunnungu akwete umi wo, ni mundu jwangaŵa Mwana jwa Akunnungu nganakola umi wo.
13 These things, have I written unto you—in order that ye may know that ye have, Life Age-abiding—unto you who believe on the name of the Son of God. (aiōnios g166)
Ngunlembela ŵanyamwe aga, kuti mmanyilile yakuti nkwete umi wa moŵa gose pangali mbesi, ŵanyamwe ŵankunkulupilila Mwana jwa Akunnungu. (aiōnios g166)
14 And, this, is the boldness which we have towards him: that, if, anything, we ask, according to his will, He doth hearken unto us.
Ni tukwima pangali kuogopa paujo pa Akunnungu, pakuŵa twaŵendaga chindu chachilichose mpela yakuti pakusaka akutupilikanila.
15 And, if we know that he doth hearken unto us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the things asked, which we have asked of him,
Iŵaga tukumanyilila kuti akutupilikanila patukwaŵenda chachilichose, iyoyopeyo tukuimanyilila kuti chitupochele chachilichose chitukwaŵenda.
16 If one should see his brother committing a sin, not unto death, he shall ask, and He will grant unto him life, —for them who are sinning, not unto death. There, is, a sin, unto death: not concerning that, am I saying, that he should make request.

17 All unrighteousness, is, sin, and there, is, a sin, not unto death.
Ipanganyo yose yangaikwanonyelesya Akunnungu ili sambi, nambo sipali sambi sine syangasikunjausya mundu ku chiwa.
18 We know that, whosoever hath been born of God, is not committing sin, —Nay, he that hath been born of God, He keepeth him, and, the wicked one, doth not touch him.
Tukwimanyilila kuti kila jwali Mwana jwa Akunnungu ngakwendelechela kutenda sambi, pakuŵa Mwana jwa Akunnungu akungosa, ni ajula jwachigongomalo ngakupakombola kuntenda chachilichose.
19 We know that, of God, are we; and, the whole world, in the wicked one, is lying.
Tukumanyilila kuti uweji tuli ŵanache ŵa Akunnungu namuno chilambo chose chikulongoswa ni Jwachigongomalo.
20 We know, moreover, that, the Son of God, hath come, and hath given us insight, so that we are getting to understand, him that is Real, —and we are in him that is Real, in his Son Jesus Christ. This, is the Real God, and life age-abiding. (aiōnios g166)
Noweji tukumanyilila kuti Mwana jwa Akunnungu amasile kwika, nombejo atupele umanyilisi kuti twamanyilile Akunnungu ŵa usyene. Noweji tukutama nkulumbikana ni Akunnungu ŵali ŵa usyene kwa litala lya Mwana gwao Che Yesu Kilisito. Aŵa ali Akunnungu ŵa usyene ni awu uli umi wa moŵa gose pangali mbesi. (aiōnios g166)
21 Dear children! Guard yourselves from idols.
Achiŵanangu nlilolechesye ni achiminungu jaunami.
