1 John 2
1 My dear children! these things, am I writing unto you, in order that ye may not be committing sin. And, if anyone should commit sin, an Advocate, have we, with the Father, Jesus Christ, the Righteous;
เห ปฺริยพาลกา: , ยุษฺมาภิ รฺยตฺ ปาปํ น กฺริเยต ตทรฺถํ ยุษฺมานฺ ปฺรเตฺยตานิ มยา ลิขฺยนฺเตฯ ยทิ ตุ เกนาปิ ปาปํ กฺริยเต ตรฺหิ ปิตุ: สมีเป 'สฺมากํ เอก: สหาโย 'รฺถโต ธารฺมฺมิโก ยีศุ: ขฺรีษฺโฏ วิทฺยเตฯ
2 And, he, is, a propitiation, concerning our sins, —and, not concerning our own only, but, also concerning those of the whole world.
ส จาสฺมากํ ปาปานำ ปฺรายศฺจิตฺตํ เกวลมสฺมากํ นหิ กินฺตุ ลิขิลสํสารสฺย ปาปานำ ปฺรายศฺจิตฺตํฯ
3 And, hereby, perceive we, that we understand him, —if, his commandments, we are keeping.
วยํ ตํ ชานีม อิติ ตทียาชฺญาปาลเนนาวคจฺฉาม: ฯ
4 He that saith—I understand him! And, his commandments, is not keeping, is false, and, in him, the truth is not!
อหํ ตํ ชานามีติ วทิตฺวา ยสฺตสฺยาชฺญา น ปาลยติ โส 'นฺฤตวาที สตฺยมตญฺจ ตสฺยานฺตเร น วิทฺยเตฯ
5 But whosoever may be keeping his word, of a truth, in this man, the love of God hath been made perfect. Hereby, perceive we, that, in him, we are.
ย: กศฺจิตฺ ตสฺย วากฺยํ ปาลยติ ตสฺมินฺ อีศฺวรสฺย เปฺรม สตฺยรูเปณ สิธฺยติ วยํ ตสฺมินฺ วรฺตฺตามเห ตทฺ เอเตนาวคจฺฉาม: ฯ
6 He that saith, that, in him, he abideth, ought, just as He walked, himself also, to be walking.
อหํ ตสฺมินฺ ติษฺฐามีติ โย คทติ ตเสฺยทมฺ อุจิตํ ยตฺ ขฺรีษฺโฏ ยาทฺฤคฺ อาจริตวานฺ โส 'ปิ ตาทฺฤคฺ อาจเรตฺฯ
7 Beloved! no new commandment, am I writing unto you; but an old commandment, which ye have been holding from the beginning: The old commandment is the word which ye have heard.
เห ปฺริยตมา: , ยุษฺมานฺ ปฺรตฺยหํ นูตนามาชฺญำ ลิขามีติ นหิ กินฺตฺวาทิโต ยุษฺมาภิ รฺลพฺธำ ปุราตนามาชฺญำ ลิขามิฯ อาทิโต ยุษฺมาภิ รฺยทฺ วากฺยํ ศฺรุตํ สา ปุราตนาชฺญาฯ
8 Again, a new commandment, am I writing unto you, —which thing is true, in him and in you, because, the darkness, is passing away, and, the real light, already is shining.
ปุนรปิ ยุษฺมานฺ ปฺรติ นูตนาชฺญา มยา ลิขฺยต เอตทปิ ตสฺมินฺ ยุษฺมาสุ จ สตฺยํ, ยโต 'นฺธกาโร วฺยเตฺยติ สตฺยา โชฺยติศฺเจทานีํ ปฺรกาศเต;
9 He that saith he is, in the light, and hateth, his brother, is, in the darkness, until even now!
อหํ โชฺยติษิ วรฺตฺต อิติ คทิตฺวา ย: สฺวภฺราตรํ เทฺวษฺฏิ โส 'ทฺยาปิ ตมิเสฺร วรฺตฺตเตฯ
10 He that loveth his brother, is abiding, in the light, and, cause of stumbling, in him, is there none.
สฺวภฺราตริ ย: ปฺรียเต ส เอว โชฺยติษิ วรฺตฺตเต วิฆฺนชนกํ กิมปิ ตสฺมินฺ น วิทฺยเตฯ
11 Whereas, he that hateth his brother, in the darkness, dwelleth, and in the darkness, walketh; and knoweth not whither he is drifting, because the, darkness, hath blinded his eyes.
กินฺตุ สฺวภฺราตรํ โย เทฺวษฺฏิ ส ติมิเร วรฺตฺตเต ติมิเร จรติ จ ติมิเรณ จ ตสฺย นยเน 'นฺธีกฺริเยเต ตสฺมาตฺ กฺก ยามีติ ส ชฺญาตุํ น ศกฺโนติฯ
12 I write unto you, dear children, because your sins have been forgiven you, for the sake of his name:
เห ศิศว: , ยูยํ ตสฺย นามฺนา ปาปกฺษมำ ปฺราปฺตวนฺตสฺตสฺมาทฺ อหํ ยุษฺมานฺ ปฺรติ ลิขามิฯ
13 I write unto you, fathers, because ye understand him who was from the beginning: I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I have written unto you, little children, because ye understand the Father:
เห ปิตร: , ย อาทิโต วรฺตฺตมานสฺตํ ยูยํ ชานีถ ตสฺมาทฺ ยุษฺมานฺ ปฺรติ ลิขามิฯ เห ยุวาน: ยูยํ ปาปตฺมานํ ชิตวนฺตสฺตสฺมาทฺ ยุษฺมานฺ ปฺรติ ลิขามิฯ เห พาลกา: , ยูยํ ปิตรํ ชานีถ ตสฺมาทหํ ยุษฺมานฺ ปฺรติ ลิขิตวานฺฯ
14 I have written unto you, fathers, because ye understand him who was from the beginning: I have written you, young men, because ye are, strong, and the word of God, within you, abideth, and ye have overcome the wicked one.
เห ปิตร: , อาทิโต โย วรฺตฺตมานสฺตํ ยูยํ ชานีถ ตสฺมาทฺ ยุษฺมานฺ ปฺรติ ลิขิตวานฺฯ เห ยุวาน: , ยูยํ พลวนฺต อาเธฺว, อีศฺวรสฺย วากฺยญฺจ ยุษฺมทนฺตเร วรฺตเต ปาปาตฺมา จ ยุษฺมาภิ: ปราชิเคฺย ตสฺมาทฺ ยุษฺมานฺ ปฺรติ ลิขิตวานฺฯ
15 Be not loving the world, nor yet the things that are in the world: if anyone be loving the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
ยูยํ สํสาเร สํสารสฺถวิษเยษุ จ มา ปฺรียธฺวํ ย: สํสาเร ปฺรียเต ตสฺยานฺตเร ปิตุ: เปฺรม น ติษฺฐติฯ
16 Because, all that is in the world—the coveting of the flesh, the coveting of the eyes, and the vain grandeur of life—is not of the Father, but is, of the world;
ยต: สํสาเร ยทฺยตฺ สฺถิตมฺ อรฺถต: ศารีริกภาวสฺยาภิลาโษ ทรฺศเนนฺทฺริยสฺยาภิลาโษ ชีวนสฺย ครฺวฺวศฺจ สรฺวฺวเมตตฺ ปิตฺฤโต น ชายเต กินฺตุ สํสารเทวฯ
17 And, the world, passeth away, and the coveting [thereof], but, he that doeth the will of God, endureth unto times age-abiding. (aiōn g165)
สํสารสฺตทียาภิลาษศฺจ วฺยเตฺยติ กินฺตุ ย อีศฺวรเสฺยษฺฏํ กโรติ โส 'นนฺตกาลํ ยาวตฺ ติษฺฐติฯ (aiōn g165)
18 Little children! it is, the last hour; and, just as ye have heard that, an antichrist, is coming, even now, antichrists have become, many, whence we perceive that it is, the last hour:
เห พาลกา: , เศษกาโล'ยํ, อปรํ ขฺรีษฺฏาริโณปสฺถาวฺยมิติ ยุษฺมาภิ รฺยถา ศฺรุตํ ตถา พหว: ขฺรีษฺฏารย อุปสฺถิตาสฺตสฺมาทยํ เศษกาโล'สฺตีติ วยํ ชานีม: ฯ
19 From among us, they went out, but they were not of us; for, if, of us, they had been, they would in that case have abode with us; but [it came to pass] in order that they might be made manifest, because, all, are not of us.
เต 'สฺมนฺมธฺยานฺ นิรฺคตวนฺต: กินฺตฺวสฺมทียา นาสนฺ ยทฺยสฺมทียา อภวิษฺยนฺ ตรฺหฺยสฺมตฺสงฺเค 'สฺถาสฺยนฺ, กินฺตุ สรฺเวฺว 'สฺมทียา น สนฺเตฺยตสฺย ปฺรกาศ อาวศฺยก อาสีตฺฯ
20 And, ye, have, an anointing, from the Holy One, —Ye all, know:
ย: ปวิตฺรสฺตสฺมาทฺ ยูยมฺ อภิเษกํ ปฺราปฺตวนฺตเสฺตน สรฺวฺวาณิ ชานีถฯ
21 I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and because, no falsehood, is, of the truth.
ยูยํ สตฺยมตํ น ชานีถ ตตฺการณาทฺ อหํ ยุษฺมานฺ ปฺรติ ลิขิตวานฺ ตนฺนหิ กินฺตุ ยูยํ ตตฺ ชานีถ สตฺยมตาจฺจ กิมปฺยนฺฤตวากฺยํ โนตฺปทฺยเต ตตฺการณาเทวฯ
22 Who, is the False One; —save he that denieth that, Jesus, is the Christ? The same, is the Antichrist, —he that denieth the Father and the Son.
ยีศุรภิษิกฺตสฺตฺราเตติ โย นางฺคีกโรติ ตํ วินา โก 'ปโร 'นฺฤตวาที ภเวตฺ? ส เอว ขฺรีษฺฏาริ รฺย: ปิตรํ ปุตฺรญฺจ นางฺคีกโรติฯ
23 Whosoever denieth the Son, neither hath he, the Father: He that confesseth the Son, hath, the Father also.
ย: กศฺจิตฺ ปุตฺรํ นางฺคีกโรติ ส ปิตรมปิ น ธารยติ ยศฺจ ปุตฺรมงฺคีกโรติ ส ปิตรมปิ ธารยติฯ
24 As for you, what ye have heard from the beginning, in you, let it abide. If, in you, shall abide, that which, from the beginning, ye have heard, ye also, in the Son, and [in] the Father, shall abide.
อาทิโต ยุษฺมาภิ รฺยตฺ ศฺรุตํ ตทฺ ยุษฺมาสุ ติษฺฐตุ, อาทิต: ศฺรุตํ วากฺยํ ยทิ ยุษฺมาสุ ติษฺฐติ, ตรฺหิ ยูยมปิ ปุเตฺร ปิตริ จ สฺถาสฺยถฯ
ส จ ปฺรติชฺญยาสฺมภฺยํ ยตฺ ปฺรติชฺญาตวานฺ ตทฺ อนนฺตชีวนํฯ (aiōnios g166)
26 These things, have I written unto you, concerning them who would lead you astray.
เย ชนา ยุษฺมานฺ ภฺรามยนฺติ ตานธฺยหมฺ อิทํ ลิขิตวานฺฯ
27 And, as for you, the anointing which ye have received from him, abideth in you, and ye have, no need, that anyone be teaching you; but, as, his anointing, is teaching you, and is, true, and is no falsehood, even just as it hath taught you, abide ye in him.
อปรํ ยูยํ ตสฺมาทฺ ยมฺ อภิเษกํ ปฺราปฺตวนฺต: ส ยุษฺมาสุ ติษฺฐติ ตต: โก'ปิ ยทฺ ยุษฺมานฺ ศิกฺษเยตฺ ตทฺ อนาวศฺยกํ, ส จาภิเษโก ยุษฺมานฺ สรฺวฺวาณิ ศิกฺษยติ สตฺยศฺจ ภวติ น จาตถฺย: , อต: ส ยุษฺมานฺ ยทฺวทฺ อศิกฺษยตฺ ตทฺวตฺ ตตฺร สฺถาสฺยถฯ
28 And, now, dear children, abide ye in him, in order that, if he be made manifest, we may have boldness, and not be shamed away from him by his presence.
อเตอว เห ปฺริยพาลกา ยูยํ ตตฺร ติษฺฐต, ตถา สติ ส ยทา ปฺรกาศิษฺยเต ตทา วยํ ปฺรติภานฺวิตา ภวิษฺยาม: , ตสฺยาคมนสมเย จ ตสฺย สากฺษานฺน ตฺรปิษฺยามเหฯ
29 If ye know that he is, righteous, ye perceive that—whosoever doeth righteousness, of him, hath been born.
ส ธารฺมฺมิโก 'สฺตีติ ยทิ ยูยํ ชานีถ ตรฺหิ ย: กศฺจิทฺ ธรฺมฺมาจารํ กโรติ ส ตสฺมาตฺ ชาต อิตฺยปิ ชานีตฯ
