1 Corinthians 13
1 Although with the tongues of men, I be speaking, and of messengers, and have not, love, I have become resounding brass, or a clanging cymbal;
Ba n ya bi maadi bi nisaliba mabuoli Leni malekinba ya mabuoli kuli, ki naa pia mi buama, N baa tie nani ya kudi n mua bi nani ban pua ya longa ke ki tiendi ku fuugu yeni.
2 And, though I have [the gift of] prophesying, and know all sacred secrets, and all knowledge, —and though I have all faith, so as to be removing mountains, and have not, love, I am, nothing;
Ba n ya bi baa mi mawangima paabu, ki go bandi yaala n duagi kuli, ki go baa mi bandima kuli, Baa n ya pia ya dandanli n baa fidi ki fuadi a juana, N ya pia mi buama mii tie pu.
3 And, though I morsel out all my goods, —and though I deliver up my body, that I may boast, and have not, love, I am profited, nothing.
Baa n ya bi boagidi n piama kuli ki puni a luoda, Baa n ya bi baa teni n gbanandi Ban ju mi fatama, N yaa pia mi buama, li kan todi nni liba.
4 Love, is patient, is gracious. Love, is not envious, vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
Mi buama pia li junli ki go hanbidi. Mi buama ki pia nunponli. Maa kpiagidi mi yuli, Maa gbengidi mi yuli mo.
5 Acteth not unbecomingly, seeketh not her own things, is not easily provoked, imputeth not that which is base,
Maa pia boandi, Maa lingi yaala hani mi yuli po bebe, Maa fiindi mi pali, Maa kpaagi yaala n bia.
6 Rejoiceth not over unrighteousness, but rejoiceth in sympathy with truth, —
Maa mangidi mi pali leni yaala ki tiegi, Ama mi mangidi mi pali leni i moamoani.
7 All things, covereth, all things, believeth, all things, hopeth, all things, endureth.
Mi buama tiendi sugili li bonla kuli po. Mi pia li dandanli leni mi suginma Leni li junli li bonla kuli nni.
8 Love, at no time, faileth; —but, whether prophesyings, they shall be done away, whether tongues, they shall cease, whether gaining knowledge, it shall be done away;
Mi buama ki pia gbenma. Mi mawangima baa pendi, Mi malanma baa gbeni, Mi bandima moko baa pendi.
9 For, in part, are we gaining knowledge, and, in part, are we prophesying, —
Kelima moala ti bandima tie bonjenga bebe, Ti mawangima moko tie bonjenga bebe.
10 But, as soon as that which is complete is come, that which is in part, shall be done away.
Ama yaala n tie bonmunli ya ti cua ki bonjenga baa pendi.
11 When I was a child, I used to speak as a child, to prefer as child, to reason as a child: now I have become a man, I have laid aside the things of the child!
Min den tie biga ya yogunu, N den maadi nani ki biga yeni, Ki bungi nani ki biga yeni, Ki go kpaagi nani ki biga yeni, Ama moala ke tua ja, N cedi li bonwaabonla.
12 For we see, as yet, through a dim window, obscurely, but, then, face to face: as yet, I gain knowledge, in part, but, then, shall I fully know, even as I was also fully known.
Moala ti laa likui nani tin nua ti nannanli ki maduubiga nni maama, Ke laa doagidi cain. Laa yogunu, ti baa le likuli ki nunga leni kiyaga. Moala, yin bani bonjega, Li bonmunli ya ti cua ya yogunu N baa bandi cain nani U tienu n bani cain maama,
13 But, now abide—faith, hope, love, —these three; but, the greatest of these, is, love.
Moala bonla taa n ye ki kan pendi, Lani n tie li dandanli, mi sugima leni mi buama, likuli siiga yaala n cie tie mi buama.
