< 1 Corinthians 12 >
1 But, concerning the spiritually gifted, brethren, I am not wishing you to be ignorant.
Ingulu ye ebhiyanwa bhye emyoyo, bhamula na bhayala bhasu nitakwenda mubhulwe okusombokelwa.
2 Ye know that, when ye were of the nations, unto the dumb idols, howsoever ye were being led, ye were seduced.
Omumenya lwa kutyo ao mwaliga muli bhapagani mwatangasibhwaga ne ebhisusano bhinu bhitakuloma, munjila jona jona jabhatangashaga.
3 Wherefore, I give you to know—that, no one, in God’s Spirit speaking, saith—Accursed Jesus! and, no one, can say—Lord Jesus! save in [the] Holy Spirit.
Kulwejo, enenda mumenye kutya ataliwo wonawona unu kaika kwo Omwoyo gwa Nyamuanga naika ati, “Yesu afumilisibhwe.” Ataliwo wonawona unu alyaika ati, “Yesu ni Mukama,”atali okusokelela Mwoyo Mwelu.
4 But, distributions of gifts, there are, yet the same Spirit,
Mbe bhiliwo ebhiyanwa bhya bhuli mbaga, tali Mwoyo Mwelu ni ulya ulya.
5 And, distributions of ministries, there are, and the same Lord,
Okufurubhenda kulio kwa bhuli mbaga, tali Omukama ni ulya ulya.
6 And, distributions of energies, there are, and the same God—who energiseth all things in all.
Kajilio emilimo ja bhuli mbaga, nawe Nyamuanga unu kakola emilimo jona mubhanu bhona niwoyo oyo ela.
7 But, unto each one, is given the manifesting of the Spirit, with a view to that which is profitable;
Mbe bhuli munu kayabhwa okuswelulilwa kwo Mwoyo kulwo omugaso gwa bhanu bhona.
8 For, unto one, indeed, through the Spirit, is given, a word of wisdom, but, unto another, a word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit; —
Kulwokubha omunu umwi ayabhilwe no Mwoyo omusango gwo obhwengeso, koundi nayabhwa omusango gwo obhumenyi okusoka ku Mwoyo ogwo gwo ela.
9 Unto a different one, faith, in the same Spirit, and, unto another, gifts of healings, in the one Spirit,
Ku undi Mwoyo namuyana elikilisha, ku undi Mwoyo namuyana echiyanwa echokuosha.
10 And, unto another, energies of mighty works, [and], unto another, prophesying, [and], unto another, discriminations of spirits, —unto a different one, kinds of tongues, and, unto another, translation of tongues; —
Oundi namuyana ebhikolwa bhya amanaga, no oundi okusosha obhulagi. Koundi namuyana obhutulo bhwo okugajula emyoyo, oundi namuyana obhutulo bhwokumenya jindimi, koundi okubhutabhuta jindimi.
11 But, all these, energiseth the one and the same Spirit, distributing unto each one, peculiarly, even as it is disposed.
Nawe Mwoyo niwe unu kakola emilimu jona jinu, okuyana bhuli munu echiyanwa okwingana lwakutyo kasola omwene enyele.
12 For, just as, the body, is one, and yet hath many members, but, all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so, also, the Christ; —
Kunsonga lwakutyo omubhili ni gumwi, ka gugwatene ne ebhilungo bhyafu, ebhilungo bhyona bhili kumubhili gumwi, na nikwo kutyo jili na ku Kristo.
13 For, even to one Spirit, we all, into one body, have been immersed, —whether Jews or Greeks, whether bond or free, —and, all, of one Spirit, have been caused to drink.
Kunsonga mu Mwoyo umwi eswe bhona chabhatijibhwe okubha mubhili gumwi, bhabhe Abhayaudi amo Abhayunani, chibhe bha bhagaya amo abhatwale, na bhona chanywesibhwe Mwoyo umwi.
14 For, the body also, is not one member, but many:
Kunsonga omubhili gutali ebhala limwi, tali ni bhyafu.
15 Though the foot should say—Because I am not a hand, I am not of the body, Is it, therefore, not, of the body?
Labha okugulu kukaika ati, “kulwokubha anye nitali kubhoko, anye nitali ebhala elyo omubhili,” okwaika kutyo kutakuganya okubha ebhala lyo omubhili.
16 And, though the ear should say—Because I am not an eye, I am not of the body, Is it, therefore, not, of the body?
Ka labha okutwi kukaika ati, okubha anye nitali liso, mbe anye nitali ebhala lyo okubhili,” obhwaiki obhwo bhutakuganya kusige okubha ebhala elyo omubhili.
17 If, the whole body, were, an eye, where were the hearing? If, the whole were, hearing, where were, the smelling?
Labha omubhili gwona gukabha liso, mbe okungwa kwakabeye aki? Labha omubhili gwona gukabha kutwi, mbe okuunyilisha kwakabeye aki?
18 But, now, hath God set the members, each one of them in the body, even as he pleased.
Nawe Nyamuanga amogele bhuli chungo echo omubhili nachitula ao endele omwene.
19 But, if they all had been one member, Where had been, the body?
Na chisanga bhyona bhili chungo chimwi, omubhili gwakabheye aki?
20 Now, however there are many members, yet one body;
Kulwejo oli ebhyungo ni bhyafu, nawe omubhili ni gumwi.
21 [And] the eye cannot say unto the hand—I have no need of thee, —nor, again, the head, unto the feet—I have no need of you: —
Mbe eliso litakutula okubhwila okubhoko ati,”nitali na mulimo nawe.” Nolwo omutwe gutakutula okubhwila amagulu ati, “nitali na mulimo nemwe.”
22 Nay! much more, the members which seem to be weaker are necessary,
Nawe ebhungo bhyo omubhili bhinu ebhibhonekana okubha ne echibhalo chitoto bhili nemilimo minene.
23 And, the parts of the body which we deem to be less honourable, on these, more abundant honour, do we bestow, and, our uncomely parts, have, more abundant comeliness,
Ne ebhungo ebhyo omubhili bhinu echitoga ati bhili ne echibhalo chitoto, echibhiyana echibhalo chafu.
24 Whereas, our comely parts, have, no need. But, God, hath tempered the body together, —unto that which was lacking, giving more abundant honour; —
Na ebhungo bhye ekisi mumeso bhitakusubha kuyabhwa echibhalo, kulwokubha bhyamalile okubha ne echibhalo. Nawe Nyamuanga abhitee amwi ebhungo bhyona, nokubhiyana echibhalo chafu bhinu bhitali na chibhalo.
25 That there might be no division in the body, but that the members might have, the same, care, one for another;
Akolele kutyo koleleki bhwasiga kubhao obhutagani mumubhili, koleleki ebhyungo bhyona bhibhike kulwokwenda kwo omunu omwi.
26 And, whether one member, suffereth, all the members, suffer with it, or, a member is glorified, all the members, rejoice together.
Akatungu echungo chimwi chikautala, ebhungo bhyona nibhyasha.
27 Now, ye, are the body of Christ, and members severally; —
Mbe emwe olyanu muli mubhili gwa Kristo, ne ebhungo bhuli chimwi chwimwi kulubhala lwacho chigwatene na Kristo.
28 And God hath, indeed, set, certain, in the assembly, —first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that mighty works, then gifts of healings, helps, guidings, kinds of tongues.
Mbe Nyamuanga mwikanisa ateyeo echokwamba jintumwa, echakabhili abhalagi, echakasatu abhalimu, okwiya bhanu bhona abhakola ebhikolwa ebhikulu, okwiya echiyanwa ebhyo okuosha, bhanu abhasakila, bhanu abhakola omulimu gwo ukutangasha, na bhona bhanu abhamenya jindimi eja bhuli mbaga.
29 Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all mighty works?
Mbe eswe bhona chili ntumwa? Eswe bhona chili bhalagi? Eswe bhona chili bhalimu, Mbe eswe bhona echikola ebhikolwa ebhyo okulugusha?
30 Have, all, gifts of healings? Do, all, with tongues, speak? Do, all, translate?
Enibhusya, eswe bhona chili ne chiyanwa echo okuwosha? Eswe bhona echisimula kunyaika? Eswe bhona echigajula inyaika?
31 Be envious, however, of the greater gifts; and, yet, a much more excellent way, unto you, I point out: —
Munomuno nimulonde ebhiyanwa ebhinene. Anyone nilibholesha injila eyobwana kukila jona.
