< 1 Corinthians 11 >
1 Become imitators of me, —even as, I also, [am] of Christ.
Yin ya hua mani n fuuli mani min hua kilisiti fuuli maama.
2 Now I praise you, that, in all things, ye have me in remembrance, and, even as I delivered unto you the instructions, ye hold them fast.
N pagi yi kelima yi tiani npo libonla kuli nni, ki go hua min den bangi yi ya bangima mo.
3 But I wish you to know—that, the head of every man, is, the Christ, and, the head of a woman, is, the man; and, the head of the Christ, is, God.
Baa yeni n bua yin bandi ke kilisiti tie ja kuli yudaano, o ja mo tie o pua yudaano, U Tienu mo tie kilisiti yudaano.
4 Every man, praying, or prophesying, having anything upon his head, putteth to shame his head;
Ya ja n jaandi bi ki wangi U Tienu maama ki ciibi kuli, o jigidi o yudaano
5 But, every woman, praying, or prophesying, with her head, unveiled, putteth to shame her head, —for it is, one and the same, with her having been shaven.
Ama ya pua n jaandi bi ki waangi U Tienu maama ki naa yili, jigidi o yudaano. Likuli tie yenma leni wan kuo o yudi.
6 For, if a woman doth not veil herself, let her also be shorn; but, if it were a shame in a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be veiled.
O pua ya kan yili, wan moagi o yudi. Ama i fe ya pia o pua wan kuo oyudi, bi wan moagi ti, li pundi wan yili.
7 For, a man, indeed, ought not to be veiling his head, being, the image and glory of God, —but, the woman, is the glory of man;
Laa pundi o ja n ya ciibi, kelima o tie u tienu nannanli leni o kpiagidi. O pua mo n tie o ja ya kpiagidi.
8 For, man, is not, of woman, but, woman, of man;
Moamoani, o ja naa den ñani o pua niinni, ama o pua n den ñani o ja niinni
9 For also man was not created, for the sake of the woman, but woman, for the sake of the man.
U Tenu naa den tagi o ja kelima o pua po ka, ama o den tagi o pua kelima o ja yaapo.
10 For this cause, ought the woman to have, permission, upon her head, because of the messengers.
Lani yaapo, leni malekinba yaapo, li pundi o pua n yili.
11 Howbeit, neither is woman apart from man, nor man apart from woman—in the Lord;
Yaala n tie o Diedo nni yaapo, o pua yema kan dagidi se ja n ya ye, o ja mo yema kan dagidi se o pua ya ye.
12 For, just as the woman is of the man, so, also the man, is through means of the woman; —but, all things, are of God.
Kelima nani o pua n den ñani n ja niinni maama, likuli tie yenma leni moala, ja kuli mali kelima o pua po, ama li bonla kuli ñani U Tienu kani
13 Among your own selves, judge ye, —Is it becoming for a woman, —unveiled, to be praying unto God?
Yinba yiba n biigi mani ki le li ya hani ke o pua n jaandi U Tienu kaa yili.
14 Doth not, even nature herself, teach you—that, if, a man, have long hair, it is a dishonour to him;
Naani mi tagima mani miba ki wangi ke o ja ya pia ti yuciandi ke li pia i fe?
15 But, if, a woman, have long hair, it is a glory to her, for, her long hair, instead of a veil, hath been given to her.
Ama o pua wani ya pia ti yuciandi, li tie opo ti kpiagidi, kelima U Tienu puni o ti yuciandi tin ya tie opo nani li cabiyilikaali yeni.
16 But, if anyone thinketh to be contentious, we, have no such custom, —nor yet the assemblies of God.
O nilo ya bua ki nia laa maama, wan bandi ke tinba leni U Tienu n yini yaaba kuli siiga tii pia laa bogidili.
17 But, in giving you the following charge, I praise you not, —in that, not for the better, but for the worse, ye come together.
Ya maama n baa hua yaapo, mii pagi yi ba, kelima yi ya taani laa hanbi yipo liba, li biidi yi bebe.
18 For, first of all, —when ye come together in assembly, I hear that divisions among you exist, —and, in part, I believe it;
Min da baa kpa maadi yi yaala n tie n gba ke yi ya taani mi paadima ye yi siiga. N daani li waamu.
19 For there must needs be, even parties among you, that, the approved, [themselves] may become manifest among you.
Kelima li tie tiladi mi paadima n ye yi siiga, ke yaaba n se i moamoani nni doagidi.
20 When, therefore, ye come together into one place, it is not to eat, a supper unto the Lord;
Yi ya taani, li naa tie o Diedo jiema po ka ke yi taani.
21 For, each one, taketh beforehand, his own supper, in your eating, and, one, indeed, is hungry, whereas, another, is drinking to excess.
Kelima yi ya kali ki baa je, yua kuli yen cili ki ya di wani oba ya jiema kaa gu o lieba, ke mi koama pia tianba, ke tianba mo ñu hali ki gaadi.
22 What! have ye not houses for your eating and drinking? or, the assembly of God, do ye despise, and, put to shame them who have nothing? What am I to say to you? Shall I praise you? In this, I praise you not.
Yii pia yi denpo yin baa di ki go ñu naani yoo? Bi yi fali U Tienu n yini yaaba, ki fiagi bi siiga yaaba n ki pia liba yoo? Min yedi yi lede? Min pagi yi bi? N kan pagi yi lanyaap o.
23 For, I myself, received from the Lord—that which I also delivered unto you, —how that, the Lord Jesus, in the night in which he was being delivered up, took a loaf,
Kelima n den baa o Diedo kani min bangi yaala. Ban den janbi o janbi o ya ñiagu, o den taa dupen
24 And, giving thanks, brake it, and said—This, is my body, which is for you, —this, do ye, in remembrance of me;
ki tuondi U Tienu, ki cabidi ki yedi: «Line n tie n gbanandi yaadi n cabidi yipo. Ya tiendi mani yeni ki tiani npo.»
25 In the same manner, the cup also, after they had taken supper, saying—This cup, is, the new covenant in my blood, this, do ye, as often soever as ye may be drinking it, in remembrance of me.
Ban den dini ki gbeni ya yogunu, o den taa ki tadiñokaaga ki yedi: «Ya dadiñokaaga n tie na tie o hantaadipaano yua n kua kelima n soama yaapo. Ya tieni mani yeni ki tiani npo yin baa ño ya yogunu kuli.»
26 For, as often as ye may be eating this loaf, and, the cup, may be drinking, The death of the Lord, do ye announce, until he come.
Lanwani ya yogunu kuli ke yi hmani dupen ki go ñuni ki tadiñokaaga nni na, yi wangi o Diedo kuma, hali wan go ba cua.
27 So that, whosoever may be eating the loaf, or drinking the cup of the Lord, in an unworthy manner, shall be responsible for the body and blood of the Lord.
Laniyaapo yua n hmani o Diedo dupen ki go ñuni o Diedo tadiñokaaga nni kaa dagidi, o pia i tagili o Diedo gbanandi leni o soama po.
28 But let a man be proving himself, —and, so, of the loaf, let him eat, and, of the cup, let him drink;
Lanwani nilo n ka biigi o yuli, lani ya puoli wan hmani laa dupen ki ño laa tadiñokaaga.
29 For, he that is eating and drinking, —judgment unto himself, doth eat and drink, —if he be not setting apart the body.
Kelima yua n hmani ki go ñuni ki naa laa ke o Diedo gbanandi ye lienni hmani ki go ñuni o yuli po ti buudi.
30 For this cause, many among you are weak and sickly; and, not a few, are falling asleep.
Lani n teni ke a yiama leni a tadima yaba yi siiga, ke niba boncianla kpe.
31 If, however, we had been setting, ourselves, apart, we had not, in that case, been coming under judgment;
Ti ya den biigi ti yula, U Tienu kan bi bu leni ti.
32 But, being brought under judgment, by the Lord, are we being disciplined, lest, with the world, we should be condemned.
Ama o Diedo bu leni ti ki tundi leni fala yeni, ke wan da di taani ki bu ki cuoti leni handuna
33 So then, my brethren, —when ye come together for the eating, unto one another, be giving welcome: —
Lanyaapo n kpiiba yi ya taani ki baa je o Diedo jiema, yin guudi mani yiyiaba.
34 If anyone be hungry, at home, let him eat, lest, unto judgment, ye be coming together. And, the remaining things, whensoever I come, I will set in order.
Mi koma ya pia yua, o kpa je o denpo ki nan cua ke yin da taani yi nitaanli nni ki cuani yi yula po ti buudi. N baa hanbi ya maama n sieni kuli ya ti cua ya yogunu
