1 Chronicles 9
1 And, all Israel, registered themselves, and lo! they are written, in the Book of the Kings of Israel, and, Judah, was carried away captive to Babylon, for their faithlessness.
A tak všickni Izraelští sečteni byli, a aj, zapsáni jsou v knize králů Izraelských a Judských, a přeneseni jsou do Babylona pro přestoupení své.
2 Now, the first inhabitants, who were in their possessions, in their cities, were Israel, the priests, the Levites, and the Nethinim.
Ti pak, kteříž bydlili prvé v vládařství svém v městech svých, totiž Izraelští, kněží, Levítové a Netinejští,
3 And, in Jerusalem, there dwelt, of the sons of Judah, and of the sons of Benjamin, —and of the sons of Ephraim, and Manasseh:
Bydlili v Jeruzalémě, z synů Judových, z synů Beniaminových, ano i z synů Efraimových a Manassesových:
4 Uthai son of Ammihud, son of Omri, son of Imri, son of Bani, of the sons of Perez, son of Judah.
Uttai syn Amiuda, syna Amri, syna Imri, syna Bani, z synů Fáresových, syna Judova.
5 And, of the Shilonites, Asaiah the firstborn, and his sons.
A z čeledi Silonovy: Azaiáš prvorozený a synové jeho.
6 And, of the sons of Zerah, Jeuel, —and their brethren, six hundred and ninety.
A z synů Zerachových: Jehuel, a příbuzných jejich šest set a devadesát.
7 And, of the sons of Benjamin, Sallu, son of Meshullam, son of Hodaviah, son of Hassenuah;
Z synů pak Beniaminových: Sallu syn Mesullama, syna Hodavia, syna Hasenuova,
8 and Ibneiah, son of Jeroham, and Elah, son of Uzzi, son of Michri, —and Meshullam, son of Shephatiah, son of Reuel, son of Ibnijah;
A Ibneiáš syn Jerochamův, Ela syn Uzi, syna Michri, a Mesullam syn Sefatiáše, syna Rehuelova, syna Ibniášova.
9 and their brethren, by their generations, nine hundred and fifty-six, —all these men, were ancestral chiefs, to their ancestral house.
Bratří také jejich po pokoleních jejich, devět set padesáte a šest; všickni ti muži knížata čeledí po domích otců svých.
10 And, of the priests, Jedaiah, and Jehoiarib, and Jachin, —
Z kněží také Jedaiáš, Jehoiarib a Jachin,
11 and Azariah son of Hilkiah, son of Meshullam, son of Zadok, son of Meraioth, son of Ahitub, chief ruler of the house of God;
Azariáš syn Helkiáše, syna Mesullamova, syna Sádochova, syna Meraiotova, syna Achitobova, kníže v domě Božím.
12 and Adaiah, son of Jeroham, son of Pashhur, son of Malchijah, —and Maasai son of Adiel, son of Jahzerah, son of Meshullam, son of Meshillemith, son of Immer;
A Adaiáš syn Jerochama, syna Paschurova, syna Malchiášova, a Masai syn Adiele, syna Jachzery, syna Mesullamova, syna Mesillemitova, syna Immerova.
13 and their brethren, chief men of their ancestral house, a thousand and seven hundred and sixty, —able men, for the business of the service of the house of God.
A bratří jejich knížata po domích otců svých, tisíc sedm set a šedesát mužů udatných v práci přisluhování domu Božího.
14 And, of the Levites, Shemaiah, son of Hasshub, son of Azrikam, son of Hashabiah, of the sons of Merari;
A z Levítů: Semaiáš syn Chasuba, syna Azrikamova, syna Chasabiášova, z synů Merari.
15 and Bakbakkar, Heresh, and Galal, —and Mattaniah, son of Mica, son of Zichri, son of Asaph;
A Bakbakar Cheres, a Galal, a Mataniáš syn Míchy, syna Zichri, syna Azafova.
16 and Obadiah, son of Shemaiah, son of Galal, son of Jeduthun, —and Berechiah son of Asa, son of Elkanah, who dwelt in the villages of the Netophathites.
A Abdiáš syn Semaiáše, syna Galalova, syna Jedutunova, a Berechiáš syn Asy, syna Elkánova, kterýž přebýval ve vsech Netofatských.
17 And, the keepers of the gates, were Shallum, and Akkub, and Talmon, and Ahiman, —and their brethren—Shallum the chief;
Též vrátní: Sallum a Akkub, a Talmon, Achiman, i bratří jejich, z nichž byl Sallum kníže.
18 and, hitherto, they were in the gate of the king, eastward, —the same, were the keepers of the gate, for the camps of the sons of Levi.
Kterýž až po dnes v bráně královské stával k východu, onino pak vrátnými byli po houfích synů Léví.
19 And, Shallum, son of Kore, son of Ebiasaph, son of Korah and his brethren of his ancestral house—the Korahites, were over the business of the service, watchers at the vestibule of the tent, —and, their fathers, had been over the camp of Yahweh, watchers at the entrance.
Ale Sallum syn Chóre, syna Abiazafova, syna Chóre, a bratří jeho z domu otce jeho, Chorejští, nad pracemi přisluhování, ostříhali prahů při stánku, tak jako otcové jejich nad vojskem Hospodinovým, kteříž ostříhali vcházení.
20 And, Phinehas son of Eleazar, was, chief ruler, over them aforetime, Yahweh, being with him.
Nad kterýmiž Fínes syn Eleazarův byl někdy knížetem, a Hospodin byl s ním.
21 Zechariah son of Meshelemiah, was door-keeper at the entrance of the tent of meeting.
Zachariáš pak syn Meselemiášův vrátným byl u dveří stánku úmluvy.
22 All those who were chosen for door-keepers in the vestibule, were two hundred and twelve, —the same, in their villages, had registered themselves, the same, did David and Samuel the seer establish in their trust.
Všickni ti voleni za vrátné k veřejím, osob dvě stě a dvanáct. Ti ve vsech svých vyčteni jsou, kteréž nařídil David a Samuel vidoucí, pro jejich věrnost,
23 So, they and their sons, were over the gates of the house of Yahweh, of the house of the tent, by watches.
Aby oni i synové jejich byli při branách domu Hospodinova, v domě stánku po strážích.
24 Towards the four winds, were the keepers of the gates, —eastward, westward, northward, and southward.
Po čtyřech stranách byli vrátní, k východu, k západu, k půlnoci a ku poledni.
25 And, their brethren in their villages, had to come in, every seven days, from time to time, along with these.
A bratří jejich, po vsech svých bydlící, aby každého sedmého dne časy svými přicházeli s nimi.
26 For, in trust, were four mighty men of the keepers of the gates, the same, were Levites, —and they were over the chambers, and over the treasuries of the house of God.
Nebo Levítové byli pod spravou těch čtyř předních vrátných, a byli nad komorami a nad poklady domu Božího,
27 And, round about the house of God, used they to lodge, —for, upon them, was the charge, and they were over the setting open, morning by morning.
A aby vůkol domu Božího ponocovali; nebo jim poručena stráž, a otvírati každý den ráno.
28 And, some from among them, were over the utensils of the service, —for, by number, used they to bring them in, and, by number, used they to take them forth.
Z těch také ustaveni nad nádobami přisluhování; nebo v počtu vnášeli je, a v jistém počtu též vynášeli.
29 And, some from among them, were appointed over the utensils, yea over all the vessels of the holy place, —and over the fine meal, and the wine, and the oil, and the frankincense, and the spices.
Z nichž opět někteří postaveni byli nad nádobami jinými a nade všemi nádobami posvátnými, a nad bělí, vínem, olejem, kadidlem a vonnými věcmi.
30 And, some from among the sons of the priests, were compounders of perfumes, with the spices.
Někteří také synové kněžští strojili masti z těch vonných věcí.
31 And, Mattithiah, from among the Levites, —the same, was the firstborn of Shallum the Korahite—was in trust over the making of the flat cakes.
Matatiáš pak z Levítů, prvorozený Salluma Choritského, správcí byl těch věcí, kteréž se na pánvi smažily.
32 And, some from among the Kohathites, of their brethren, were over the Bread that was set in Array, —to place it sabbath by sabbath.
A z synů Kahat, z bratří jejich, byli ustanoveni nad chlebem předložení, aby jej připravovali na každou sobotu.
33 These, also were the singers, ancestral chiefs of the Levites, in the chambers, free, —for, by day and by night, was there [a charge] upon them, in the business.
Z těch také byli zpěváci, přednější z čeledí otcovských mezi Levíty bydlíce, nejsouce zaměstknaní něčím jiným; nebo ve dne i v noci k své povinnosti státi musili.
34 These, were the ancestral chiefs, of the Levites, by their generations, chief men, —these, dwelt in Jerusalem.
Ti jsou přední z čeledí otcovských mezi Levíty v čeledech svých, a ti přední jsouce, bydlili v Jeruzalémě.
35 And, in Gibeon, dwelt the father of Gibeon, Jeiel, —the name of whose wife, was Maacah:
V Gabaon pak bydlili, otec Gabaonitských Jehiel, a jméno manželky jeho Maacha.
36 and, his firstborn son, Abdon, —and Zur, and Kish, and Baal and Ner, and Nadab;
Syn pak jeho prvorozený Abdon, Zur, Cis, Bál, Ner a Nádab.
37 and Gedor, and Ahio, and Zechariah, and Mikloh.
Ale Gedor, Achio, Zachariáš a Miklot,
38 And, Mikloth, begat Shimeam—and, they also, over against their brethren, did dwell in Jerusalem, along with their brethren.
(Miklot pak zplodil Simam), ti také naproti bratřím svým bydlili v Jeruzalémě s bratřími svými.
39 And, Ner, begat Kith, and, Kish, begat Saul, —and, Saul, begat Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal;
Ner pak zplodil Cisa, a Cis zplodil Saule, Saul pak zplodil Jonatu, Melchisua, Abinadaba a Ezbále.
40 and, the son of Jonathan, was Merib-baal, —and, Merib-baal, begat Micah;
Syn pak Jonatův Meribbál, a Meribbál zplodil Mícha.
41 and, the sons of Micah, were Pithon, and Melech, and Tahrea [and Ahaz];
Synové pak Míchovi: Piton, Melech, Tarea.
42 and, Ahaz, begat Jarah, and, Jarah begat Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri, —and Zimri, begat Moza;
Achaz pak zplodil Járu, Jára pak zplodil Alemeta, Azmaveta a Zimri. Zimri pak zplodil Mozu.
43 and, Moza, begat Binea, —and Raphaiah his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son;
Moza pak zplodil Bina. Refaiáš syn jeho, Elasa syn jeho, Azel syn jeho.
44 and, Azel, had six sons, and these are their names—Azrikam, [his firstborn], and Ishmael, and Sheariah and Obadiah, and Hanan, [and Asah]. These, were the sons of Azel.
Azel pak měl šest synů, jichžto tato jsou jména: Azrikam, Bochru, Izmael, Seariáš, Abdiáš a Chanan. Ti jsou synové Azelovi.
