1 Chronicles 8
1 And, Benjamin, begat Bela his firstborn, —Ashbel, the second, and Aharah, the third, —

2 Nohah, the fourth, and Rapha, the fifth.

3 And Bela had sons—Addar, and Gera, and Abihud, —

4 and Abishua, and Naaman, and Ahoah, —

5 and Gera, and Shephuphan, and Huram.

6 And, these, are the sons of Ehud, —these, are the ancestral chiefs to the inhabitants of Geba, but they were carried away captive, unto Manahath;

7 and, as for Naaman and Ahijah and Gera, the same, carried them captive, —and he begat Uzza and Ahihud.

8 And, Shaharaim, begat children in the field of Moab, after he had sent away Hushim and Baara his wives.

9 Then begat he, of Hodesh his wife, —Jobab, and Zibia, and Mesha, and Malcam;

10 and Jeuz, and Sachia, and Mirmah, —these, were his sons, ancestral chiefs.

11 And, of Hushim, he begat Abitub, and Elpaal.

12 And, the sons of Elpaal, Eber, and Misham, and Shemed, —he, built Ono, and Lod, and the villages thereof.

13 And, as for Beriah and Shema, they, were ancestral chiefs to the inhabitants of Aijalon, —they, put to flight the inhabitants of Gath;

14 and Ahio, Shashak, and Jeremoth, —
Con trai của Bê-ria là A-hi-ô, Sa-sác,
15 and Zebadiah, and Arad, and Eder, —
Giê-rê-mốt, Xê-ba-đia, A-rát, E-đe,
16 and Michael, and Ishpah, and Joha, sons of Beriah, —
Mi-ca-ên, Dít-pha, và Giô-ha.
17 and Zebadiah, and Meshullam, and Hizki, and Heber, —

29 And, in Gibeon, dwelt the father of Gibeon [Jeiel], the name of whose wife, was Maacah, —

30 and his firstborn son, Abdon, and Zur and Kish, and Baal and Ner and Nadab, —

31 and Gedor, and Ahio, and Zecher.
Ghê-đô, A-hi-ô, và Xê-ke.
32 And, Mikloth, begat Shimeah, —moreover also, they, over against their brethren, did dwell in Jerusalem, with their own brethren.
Mích-lô sanh Si-mê-a; chúng cũng đồng ở cùng anh em mình tại Giê-ru-sa-lem đối mặt nhau.
33 So then, Ner, begat Kish, and, Kish, begat Saul, —and, Saul, begat Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal.
Nê-rơ sanh Kích; Kích sanh Sau-lơ; Sau-lơ sanh Giô-na-than, Manh-ki-sua, A-bi-na-đáp, và Eách-ba-anh.
34 And, the son of Jonathan, was Merib-baal, —and, Merib-baal, begat Micah.
Con trai của Giô-na-than là Mê-ri-Ba-anh; Mê-ri-Ba-anh sanh Mi-ca.
35 And, the sons of Micah, were Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea, and Ahaz.
Con trai của Mi-ca là Phi-thôn, Mê-léc, Ta-rê-a, và A-cha.
36 And, Ahaz, begat Jehoaddah, and, Jehoaddah, begat Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri, —and, Zimri, begat Moza;
A-cha sanh Giê-hô-a-đa; Giê-hô-a-đa sanh A-lê-mết, Aùt-ma-vết, và Xim-ri; Xim-ri sanh Một-sa;
37 and, Moza, begat Binea, —Raphah was his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son.
Một-sa sanh Bi-nê-a; con trai của Bi-nê-a là Ra-pha; Ra-pha sanh Ê-lê-a-sa, Ê-lê-a-sa sanh A-xên.
38 And, Azel, had six sons, and, these, were their names—Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obediah, and Hanan and Asah, —all these, were sons of Azel.
A-xên có sáu con trai, tên là A-ri-kham, Bốc-ru, ỗch-ma-ên, Sê-a-ria, Ô-ba-đia, và Ha-nan. hết thảy những người ấy đều là con trai của A-xên.
39 And, the sons of Eshek his brother, were Ulam his firstborn, Jeush the second, and Eliphelet the third.

40 And the sons of Ulam became men that were heroes of valour, archers, with many sons, and sons’ sons, a hundred and fifty. All these, were of the sons of Benjamin.
