1 Chronicles 25

1 And David and the captains of the host set apart for service, unto the sons of Asaph and Heman and Jeduthun, such as should prophesy, with lyres, with harps, and with cymbals, —and, the number of the workers, for their service, was:

੧ਫਿਰ ਦਾਊਦ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਨਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਸਾਫ਼, ਹੇਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਯਦੂਥੂਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਲਈ ਵੱਖਰਾ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਬਰਬਤਾਂ, ਸਿਤਾਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਛੈਣਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਅਗੰਮ ਵਾਕ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਹ ਸੀ,

2 Of the sons of Asaph, Zaccur and Joseph and Nethaniah and Asarelah, the sons of Asaph, —under the direction of Asaph, who prophesied under the direction of the king.

੨ਆਸਾਫ਼ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਜ਼ੱਕੂਰ ਤੇ ਯੂਸੁਫ਼ ਤੇ ਨਥਨਯਾਹ ਤੇ ਅਸ਼ਰੇਲਾਹ ਆਸਾਫ਼ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ। ਉਹ ਆਸਾਫ਼ ਦੇ ਮੁਤੀਹ ਸਨ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅਗੰਮ ਵਾਕ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ

3 Of Jeduthun, the sons of Jeduthun, —Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Jeshaiah, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah—six, under the direction of their father Jeduthun, with the lyre, as he prophesied, in giving thanks and offering praise unto Yahweh.

੩ਯਦੂਥੂਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਗਦਲਯਾਹ ਤੇ ਸਰੀ ਤੇ ਯਸਾਯਾਹ, ਹਸ਼ਬਯਾਹ, ਤੇ ਮੱਤਿਥਯਾਹ ਛੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਯਦੂਥੂਨ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਸਨ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਬਰਬਤ ਨਾਲ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਤੇ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਅਗੰਮ ਵਾਕ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ

4 Of Heman, the sons of Heman—Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, and Jeremoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamti-ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, Mahazioth.

੪ਹੇਮਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਹੇਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਬੁੱਕੀਯਾਹ, ਮੱਤਨਯਾਹ, ਉੱਜ਼ੀਏਲ, ਸ਼ਬੂਏਲ, ਯਰੀਮੋਥ, ਹਨਨਯਾਹ, ਹਨਾਨੀ, ਅਲੀਆਥਾਹ, ਗੱਦਲਤੀ ਤੇ ਰੋਮਮਤੀ-ਅਜ਼ਰ, ਯਾਸ਼ਬਕਾਸ਼ਾਹ ਮੱਲੋਥੀ, ਹੋਥੀਰ ਤੇ ਮਹਜ਼ੀਓਥ

5 All these, were sons of Heman, the seer of the king in the things of God, at the lifting of the horn. And God gave to Heman, fourteen sons and three daughters,

੫ਇਹ ਸਭੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਅਗੰਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਹੇਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸਨ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਨਰਸਿੰਗਾ ਫੂਕਦਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਾਣੀਆਂ ਸੁਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਹੇਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਚੌਦਾਂ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਧੀਆਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ

6 All these, were under the direction of their father, in the singing of the house of Yahweh, with cymbals, harps and lyres, for the service of the house of God, —Asaph and Jeduthun and Heman, under the direction of the king.

੬ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਭਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੈਣਿਆਂ, ਸਤਾਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਬਰਬਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗਾ ਵਜਾ ਕੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਭਵਨ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕਰਨ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਆਸਾਫ਼, ਯਦੂਥੂਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੇਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ

7 And, the number of them—with their brethren, who were instructed in singing unto Yahweh, —even all the skilful, was two hundred and eighty-eight.

੭ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਭਜਨ ਗਾਉਣ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਾਏ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਸਿਆਣੇ ਸਨ, ਦੋ ਸੌ ਅਠਾਸੀ ਸਨ।

8 So they cast lots for their charges, all alike, as the small so the great, the teacher with the learner.

੮ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਨੇ, ਕੀ ਨਿੱਕੇ, ਕੀ ਵੱਡੇ, ਕੀ ਗੁਰੂ, ਕੀ ਚੇਲੇ, ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਪਰਚੀਆਂ ਪਾਈਆਂ

9 And the first lot came forth for Asaph, to Joseph, —Gedaliah, the second, he and his brethren and his sons, twelve.

੯ਪਹਿਲੀ ਪਰਚੀ ਆਸਾਫ਼ ਲਈ ਯੂਸੁਫ਼ ਦੀ ਨਿੱਕਲੀ, ਦੂਜੀ ਗਦਲਯਾਹ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਭਰਾ ਤੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਜਣੇ ਸਨ

10 The third, Zaccur, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੧੦ਤੀਜੀ ਜ਼ੱਕੂਰ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

11 The fourth, to Izri, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੧੧ਚੌਥੀ ਯਸਰੀ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

12 The fifth, Nethaniah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੧੨ਪੰਜਵੀਂ ਨਥਨਯਾਹ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

13 The sixth, Bukkiah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੧੩ਛੇਵੀਂ ਬੁੱਕੀਯਾਹ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

14 The seventh, Jesharelah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੧੪ਸੱਤਵੀਂ ਯਸ਼ਰੇਲਾਹ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

15 The eighth, Jeshaiah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੧੫ਅੱਠਵੀਂ ਯਸ਼ਆਯਾਹ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

16 The ninth, Mattaniah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੧੬ਨੌਵੀਂ ਮੱਤਨਯਾਹ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

17 The tenth, Shimei, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੧੭ਦਸਵੀਂ ਸ਼ਿਮਈ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

18 The eleventh, Azarel, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੧੮ਗਿਆਰਵੀਂ ਅਜ਼ਰਏਲ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

19 The twelfth, to Hashabiah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੧੯ਬਾਰਵੀਂ ਹਸ਼ਬਯਾਹ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

20 As the thirteenth, Shubael, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੨੦ਤੇਰ੍ਹਵੀਂ ਸ਼ੂਬਾਏਲ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

21 As the fourteenth, Mattithiah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੨੧ਚੌਦਵੀਂ ਮੱਤਿਥਯਾਹ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

22 As the fifteenth, to Jeremoth, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੨੨ਪੰਦਰਵੀਂ ਯਿਰੇਮੋਥ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

23 As the sixteenth, to Hananiah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੨੩ਸੋਲ਼ਵੀਂ ਹਨਨਯਾਹ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

24 As the seventeenth, to Joshbekashah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੨੪ਸਤਾਰਵੀਂ ਯਾਸ਼ਬਕਾਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

25 As the eighteenth, to Hanani, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੨੫ਅਠਾਰਵੀਂ ਹਨਾਨੀ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

26 As the nineteenth, to Mallothi, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੨੬ਉੱਨੀਵੀਂ ਮੱਲੋਥੀ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

27 As the twentieth, to Eliathah, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੨੭ਵੀਹਵੀਂ ਅਲੀਯਾਥਾਹ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

28 As the twenty-first, to Hothir, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੨੮ਇੱਕੀਵੀਂ ਹੋਥੀਰ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

29 As the twenty-second, to Giddalti, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੨੯ਬਾਈਵੀਂ ਗੱਦਲਤੀ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

30 As the twenty-third, to Mahazioth, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੩੦ਤੇਈਵੀਂ ਮਹਜ਼ੀਓਥ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ

31 As the twenty-fourth, to Romamti-ezer, his sons and his brethren, twelve.

੩੧ਚੌਵੀਵੀਂ ਰੋਮਮਤੀ-ਅਜ਼ਰ ਦੀ। ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਸਨ।
