1 Chronicles 24
1 Now, the sons of Aaron, had their courses, —the sons of Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar;
੧ਹਾਰੂਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਲ ਇਹ ਹਨ, ਹਾਰੂਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨਾਦਾਬ ਤੇ ਅਬੀਹੂ, ਅਲਆਜ਼ਾਰ ਤੇ ਈਥਾਮਾਰ
2 but Nadab and Abihu, died, before their father, and sons, had they none, —but Eleazar and Ithamar became priests;
੨ਪਰ ਨਾਦਾਬ ਤੇ ਅਬੀਹੂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਮਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਬੇ-ਔਲਾਦ ਮਰ ਗਏ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਅਲਆਜ਼ਾਰ ਤੇ ਈਥਾਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਜਾਜਕਾਈ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ।
3 and David apportioned to them courses, both to Zadok of the sons of Eleazar, and to Ahimelech of the sons of Ithamar, —by their appointed place in their service.
੩ਅਤੇ ਦਾਊਦ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਅਲਆਜ਼ਾਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਅਹੀਮਲਕ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਫਰਜ਼ਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਲਈ ਵੰਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ
4 But the sons of Eleazar were found to be more numerous, by the chiefs of their able men, than were the sons of Ithamar, so they divided them, —the sons of Eleazar, had chiefs, of the ancestral house, sixteen, whereas, the sons of Ithamar, had of their ancestral house, eight.
੪ਅਤੇ ਅਲਆਜ਼ਾਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਈਥਾਮਾਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਮੁਖੀਏ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਪਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੰਡੇ ਗਏ, ਅਲਆਜ਼ਾਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪਿਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੋਲ਼ਾਂ ਮੁਖੀਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਈਥਾਮਾਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪਿਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅੱਠ ਸਨ
5 They divided them, therefore, by [casting] lots, these with those, —for there were princes of the sanctuary, and princes of God, from among the sons of Eleazar, and among the sons of Ithamar.
੫ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਰਚੀਆਂ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਵੰਡੇ ਗਏ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਅਲਆਜ਼ਾਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਨਾਲੇ ਈਥਾਮਾਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਸਨ
6 And Shemaiah son of Nethanel the scribe from among the Levites, wrote them down, before the king and the rulers and Zadok the priest, and Ahimelech son of Abiathar, and the ancestral chiefs, pertaining to the priests and to the Levites, —one ancestral house, was taken for Eleazar, and, was equally taken, for Ithamar.
੬ਅਤੇ ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਨਥਨਏਲ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸ਼ਮਅਯਾਹ ਲਿਖਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਦਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਦੋਕ ਜਾਜਕ ਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਬਯਾਥਾਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਅਹੀਮਲਕ ਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁਖ ਲਿਖਿਆ। ਪਿਤਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਘਰਾਣਾ ਅਲਆਜ਼ਾਰ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਈਥਾਮਾਰ ਲਈ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ।
7 So then the first lot came forth for Jehoiarib, for Jedaiah, the second;
੭ਪਹਿਲੀ ਪਰਚੀ ਯਹੋਯਾਰੀਬ ਦੀ ਨਿੱਕਲੀ, ਦੂਜੀ ਯਦਾਯਾਹ ਦੀ,
8 for Harim, the third, for Seorim, the fourth;
੮ਤੀਸਰੀ ਹਾਰੀਮ ਦੀ, ਚੌਥੀ ਸਓਰੀਮ ਦੀ,
9 for Malchijah, the fifth, for Mijamin, the sixth;
੯ਪੰਜਵੀਂ ਮਲਕੀਯਾਹ ਦੀ, ਛੇਵੀਂ ਮੀਯਾਮੀਨ ਦੀ,
10 for Hakkoz, the seventh, for Abijah, the eighth;
੧੦ਸੱਤਵੀਂ ਹਕੋਸ ਦੀ, ਅੱਠਵੀਂ ਅਬਿਯਾਹ ਦੀ,
11 for Jeshua, the ninth, for Shecaniah, the tenth;
੧੧ਨੌਵੀਂ ਯੇਸ਼ੂਆ ਦੀ, ਦਸਵੀਂ ਸ਼ਕਨਯਾਹ ਦੀ
12 for Eliashib, the eleventh, for Jakim, the twelfth;
੧੨ਗਿਆਰਵੀਂ ਅਲਯਾਸ਼ੀਬ ਦੀ, ਬਾਰਵੀਂ ਯਾਕੀਮ ਦੀ,
13 for Huppah, the thirteenth, for Jeshebeab, the fourteenth;
੧੩ਤੇਰ੍ਹਵੀਂ ਹੁੱਪਾਹ ਦੀ, ਚੌਦਵੀਂ ਯਸ਼ਬਆਬ ਦੀ,
14 for Bilgah, the fifteenth, for Immer, the sixteenth;
੧੪ਪੰਦਰਵੀਂ ਬਿਲਗਾਹ ਦੀ, ਸੋਲ਼ਵੀਂ ਇੰਮੇਰ ਦੀ,
15 for Hezir, the seventeenth, for Happizzez, the eighteenth;
੧੫ਸਤਾਰਵੀਂ ਹੇਜ਼ੀਰ ਦੀ, ਅਠਾਰਵੀਂ ਹੱਪੀਸੇਸ ਦੀ,
16 for Pethahiah, the nineteenth, for Jehezkel, the twentieth;
੧੬ਉਂਨੀਵੀਂ ਪਥਹਯਾਹ ਦੀ, ਵੀਹਵੀਂ ਯਹਜ਼ਕੇਲ ਦੀ,
17 for Jachin, the twenty-first, for Gamul, the twenty-second;
੧੭ਇੱਕੀਵੀਂ ਯਾਕੀਨ ਦੀ, ਬਾਈਵੀਂ ਗਾਮੂਲ ਦੀ,
18 for Delaiah, the twenty-third, for Maaziah, the twenty-fourth.
੧੮ਤੇਈਵੀਂ ਦਲਾਯਾਹ ਦੀ, ਚੌਵੀਵੀਂ ਮਅਜ਼ਯਾਹ ਦੀ।
19 These, were their appointed places for their service, for entering the house of Yahweh, according to the regulation of them, by the hand of Aaron their father, —just as Yahweh God of Israel, commanded him.
੧੯ਇਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਭਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਆਉਣ ਜਿਹ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।
20 Now, as for the sons of Levi who remained, of the sons of Amram, Shubael, of the sons of Shubael, Jehdeiah.
੨੦ਲੇਵੀ ਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਇਹ ਸਨ, ਅਮਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸ਼ੂਬਾਏਲ। ਸ਼ੂਬਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ, ਜਹਦਯਾਹ
21 Of Rehabiah, of the sons of Rehabiah, the chief Isshiah;
੨੧ਰਹਾਬਯਾਹ, ਰਹਾਬਯਾਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਯਿੱਸ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਸੀ
22 of the Izharites, Shelomoth, —of the sons of Shelomoth, Jahath;
੨੨ਯਿਸਹਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸ਼ਲੋਮੋਥ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ, ਯਹਥ
23 and, the sons [of Hebron], Jeriah, —Amariah, the second, Jehaziel, the third, Jekameam, the fourth;
੨੩ਅਤੇ ਹਬਰੋਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਯਰੀਯਾਹ, ਅਮਰਯਾਹ ਦੂਜਾ ਯਹਜ਼ੀਏਲ ਤੀਜਾ, ਯਿਕਮਆਮ ਚੌਥਾ
24 the sons of Uzziel, Micah, of the sons of Micah, Shamir;
੨੪ਉੱਜ਼ੀਏਲ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ, ਮੀਕਾਹ। ਮੀਕਾਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ, ਸ਼ਾਮੀਰ
25 the brother of Micah, Isshiah, of the sons of Isshiah, Zechariah.
੨੫ਮੀਕਾਹ ਦੇ ਭਰਾ ਯਿੱਸ਼ੀਯਾਹ, ਯਿੱਸ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਜ਼ਕਰਯਾਹ
26 The sons of Merari, Mahli and Mushi, —the sons of Jaaziah, Beno;
੨੬ਮਰਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਮਹਲੀ ਤੇ ਮੂਸ਼ੀ। ਯਅਜ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਬਨੋ
27 the sons of Merari, of Jaaziah, Beno, and Shoham and Zaccur and Ibri:
੨੭ਮਰਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਯਅਜ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਦੀ ਬਨੋ ਤੇ ਸ਼ੋਹਮ ਤੇ ਜ਼ੱਕੂਰ ਤੇ ਈਬਰੀ
28 of Mahli, Eleazar, who had no sons;
੨੮ਮਹਲੀ ਦੀ ਅਲਆਜ਼ਾਰ ਜਿਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ
29 of Kish—the sons of Kish, Jerameel;
੨੯ਰਿਹਾ ਕੀਸ਼, ਕੀਸ਼ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਯਰਹਮਏਲ
30 and, the sons of Mushi, Mahli and Eder and Jerimoth. These, were the sons of the Levites, belonging to their ancestral house.
੩੦ਅਤੇ ਮੂਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਮਹਲੀ ਤੇ ਏਦਰ ਤੇ ਯਰੀਮੋਥ। ਇਹ ਲੇਵੀ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣਿਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਨ
31 Moreover, they also, cast lots along with their brethren the sons of Aaron, before David the king and Zadok and Ahimelech, and the ancestral chiefs, pertaining to the priests and to the Levites, the ancestral chief along with his younger brethren.
੩੧ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਦਾਊਦ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ, ਸਾਦੋਕ ਦੇ, ਅਹੀਮਲਕ ਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁਖ ਪਰਚੀਆਂ ਪਈਆਂ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਮੁਖੀਏ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਛੋਟੇ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ।
