< Romans 2 >

1 Wherefore thou art without excuse, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest dost practise the same things.
Mo a mobu afoforɔ atɛn no, monni anoyie biara. Ɛkwan biara a mobɛfa so abu afoforɔ atɛn no, ɛnam saa ɛkwan no ara so ma mode atemmuo ba mo ho so. Ɛfiri sɛ, bɔne a ɛma mobu afoforɔ atɛn no, mo nso moyɛ saa bɔne korɔ no ara bi.
2 And we know that the judgment of God is according to truth against them that practise such things.
Yɛnim sɛ, sɛ Onyankopɔn bu wɔn a wɔte saa ara no atɛn a, na ne kwan so ara ne no.
3 And reckonest thou this, O man, who judgest them that practise such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?
Na wo, onipa, wobu afoforɔ atɛn wɔ nneɛma korɔ no ara a woyɛ bi no ho a, wosusu sɛ Onyankopɔn remmu wo atɛn anaa?
4 Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?
Anaasɛ, ebia, wommu nʼayamyɛ, nʼabodwokyerɛ ne ne boasetɔ? Wonnim sɛ Onyankopɔn yɛ mmɔborɔhunufoɔ a ɔpɛ sɛ ɔkyerɛ wo kwan a wobɛfa so anu wo ho?
5 but after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up for thyself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
Nanso, ɛsiane wʼakoma den ne akoma pirim enti, woboaboa abufuhyeɛ ano ma wo ho wɔ Onyankopɔn abufuhyeɛ da no, ɛda no a ɔbɛda nʼatɛntenenee adi no.
6 who will render to every man according to his works:
Deɛ obiara ayɛ no, ɛso akatua na Onyankopɔn bɛma no anya.
7 to them that by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honour and incorruption, eternal life: (aiōnios g166)
Wɔn a wɔde boasetɔ yɛ papa de hwehwɛ animuonyam, anidie ne deɛ ɛmporɔ no, ɔbɛma wɔn nkwa a ɛnni awieeɛ. (aiōnios g166)
8 but unto them that are factious, and obey not the truth, but obey unrighteousness, [shall be] wrath and indignation,
Nanso wɔn a wɔyɛ pɛsɛmenkomenya, ne wɔn a wɔpo nokorɛ no kɔdi bɔne akyi no, abufuhyeɛ ne amanehunu bɛba wɔn so.
9 tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that worketh evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Greek;
Yudafoɔ ne amanamanmufoɔ a wɔkɔ so yɛ bɔne no nyinaa bɛhunu amane na wɔn werɛ nso bɛho.
10 but glory and honour and peace to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek:
Nanso, wɔn a wɔtie no no, sɛ wɔyɛ Yudafoɔ anaa amanamanmufoɔ no, wɔbɛnya animuonyam, anidie ne asomdwoeɛ afiri Onyankopɔn nkyɛn.
11 for there is no respect of persons with God.
Onyankopɔn nyɛ nyiyimu na ɔnyɛ animhwɛ nso wɔ nʼatemmuo mu.
12 For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned under law shall be judged by law;
Wɔn a wɔnnim mmara no na wɔyɛ bɔne no, wɔbɛkwati mmara no abu wɔn atɛn ara, na wɔn a wɔnim mmara no na wɔyɛ bɔne no, wɔnam mmara no so bɛbu wɔn atɛn.
13 for not the hearers of a law are just before God, but the doers of a law shall be justified:
Ɛnyɛ mmaratiefoɔ na wɔtene wɔ Onyankopɔn anim, na mmom, ɛyɛ wɔn a woyɛ ɔsetie ma mmara no na wɔbɛbu wɔn bem.
14 for when Gentiles which have no law do by nature the things of the law, these, having no law, are a law unto themselves;
Amanamanmufoɔ no nni mmara, nanso wɔfiri wɔn awosu mu yɛ deɛ mmara no hwehwɛ sɛ wɔyɛ a, ɛwom sɛ wɔnni mmara deɛ, nanso yeinom bɛyɛ mmara ama wɔn.
15 in that they shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience bearing witness therewith, and their thoughts one with another accusing or else excusing [them];
Esiane sɛ wɔn abrabɔ kyerɛ sɛ, deɛ mmara no hwehwɛ no, wɔatwerɛ wɔ wɔn akoma mu no enti, wɔn ahonim di adanseɛ sɛ wɔdi bem anaasɛ wɔabu wɔn fɔ.
16 in the day when God shall judge the secrets of men, according to my gospel, by Jesus Christ.
Enti, asɛmpa a meka no kyerɛ sɛ, sɛ ɛda no duru a, saa na Onyankopɔn nam Yesu Kristo so bɛbu nnipa kɔkoamsɛm atɛn.
17 But if thou bearest the name of a Jew, and restest upon the law, and gloriest in God,
18 and knowest his will, and approvest the things that are excellent, being instructed out of the law,
Monim deɛ Onyankopɔn hwehwɛ sɛ moyɛ. Moasua afiri Mmara no mu ahunu deɛ ɛyɛ.
19 and art confident that thou thyself art a guide of the blind, a light of them that are in darkness,
Mofa mo ho sɛ moyɛ akwankyerɛfoɔ ma anifirafoɔ, na moyɛ hann nso ma wɔn a wɔte esum mu.
20 a corrector of the foolish, a teacher of babes, having in the law the form of knowledge and of the truth;
Mogye di sɛ mobɛtumi akyerɛ adwenemherɛfoɔ ne mmɔfra Onyankopɔn akwan, ɛfiri sɛ, nokorɛm, monim ne Mmara a osuahunu ne nokorɛ ahyɛ no ma no.
21 thou therefore that teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal?
Mokyerɛkyerɛ afoforɔ, na adɛn enti na montumi nkyerɛkyerɛ mo ho mo ho? Moka kyerɛ afoforɔ sɛ wɔmmmɔ korɔno. Mo nso mobɔ korɔno anaa?
22 thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou rob temples?
Mo a moka sɛ adwamammɔ nyɛ. Mo nso mobɔ adwaman anaa? Mo a moka sɛ mokyiri ahoni no, mo nso mobɔ korɔno wɔ asɔrefie mu anaa?
23 thou who gloriest in the law, through thy transgression of the law dishonourest thou God?
Mode mmara no hoahoa mo ho, nanso mobu mmara no so de bu Onyankopɔn animtia.
24 For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you, even as it is written.
Ɛnyɛ nwanwa sɛ Atwerɛsɛm no ka sɛ mo enti, ewiasefoɔ kasa tia Onyankopɔn.
25 For circumcision indeed profiteth, if thou be a doer of the law: but if thou be a transgressor of the law, thy circumcision is become uncircumcision.
Sɛ woyɛ Yudani na wodi Onyankopɔn mmara no so a, ɛyɛ adeɛ a ɛsom bo. Na sɛ moanni so a, nsonsonoeɛ biara nni mo ne momonotofoɔ ntam.
26 If therefore the uncircumcision keep the ordinances of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be reckoned for circumcision?
Sɛ momonotofoɔ di Onyankopɔn mmara so a, wɔremmu wɔn sɛ Onyankopɔn nkurɔfoɔ anaa?
27 and shall not the uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfill the law, judge thee, who with the letter and circumcision art a transgressor of the law?
Enti momonotoni a ɔdi mmara no so no bɛkasa atia mo, Yudafoɔ a monim Onyankopɔn mmara a wɔatwerɛ no, nanso monni so no.
28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
Wo a wɔwoo mo sɛ Yudafoɔ anaasɛ twa a wɔatwa mo twetia no nkyerɛ sɛ moyɛ Yudafoɔ kann.
29 but he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
Yudani kann no ne deɛ ɔyɛ no wɔ nʼakoma mu. Saa ara nso na twetiatwa yɛ akoma mu nsakraeɛ a ɛfiri Onyankopɔn Honhom mu ba. Nsakraeɛ yi mmfiri di a obi di mmara bi so. Na deɛ wɔasakra no ayɛyie mmfiri nnipa hɔ, na mmom, ɛfiri Onyankopɔn hɔ.
