Psalms 86
1 A Prayer Of David. Bow down thine ear, O LORD, and answer me; for I am poor and needy.
| دعای داود ای خداوند گوش خود را فراگرفته، مرامستجاب فرما زیرا مسکین و نیازمندهستم! | ۱ |
2 Preserve my soul; for I am godly: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee.
| جان مرا نگاه دار زیرا من متقی هستم. ای خدای من، بنده خود را که بر تو توکل دارد، نجات بده. | ۲ |
3 Be merciful unto me, O Lord; for unto thee do I cry all the day long.
| ای خداوند بر من کرم فرما زیرا که تمامی روز تو را می‌خوانم! | ۳ |
4 Rejoice the soul of thy servant; for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.
| جان بنده خود را شادمان گردان زیرا‌ای خداوند جان خود را نزد توبرمی دارم. | ۴ |
5 For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive, and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.
| زیرا تو‌ای خداوند، نیکو و غفارهستی و بسیار رحیم برای آنانی که تو رامی خوانند. | ۵ |
6 Give ear, O LORD, unto my prayer; and hearken unto the voice of my supplications.
| ای خداوند دعای مرا اجابت فرما وبه آواز تضرع من توجه نما! | ۶ |
7 In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee; for thou wilt answer me.
| در روز تنگی خودتو را خواهم خواند زیرا که مرا مستجاب خواهی فرمود. | ۷ |
8 There is none like unto thee among the gods, O Lord; neither [are there any works] like unto thy works.
| ای خداوند در میان خدایان مثل تونیست و کاری مثل کارهای تو نی. | ۸ |
9 All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; and they shall glorify thy name.
| ای خداوندهمه امت هایی که آفریده‌ای آمده، به حضور توسجده خواهند کرد و نام تو را تمجید خواهندنمود. | ۹ |
10 For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone.
| زیرا که تو بزرگ هستی و کارهای عجیب می‌کنی. تو تنها خدا هستی. | ۱۰ |
11 Teach me thy way, O LORD; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.
| ای خداوند طریق خود را به من بیاموز تا درراستی تو سالک شوم. دل مرا واحد ساز تا از نام تو ترسان باشم. | ۱۱ |
12 I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with my whole heart; and I will glorify thy name for evermore.
| ای خداوند خدای من تو را به تمامی دل حمد خواهم گفت و نام تو را تمجیدخواهم کرد تا ابدالاباد. | ۱۲ |
13 For great is thy mercy toward me; and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest pit. (Sheol h7585)
| زیرا که رحمت تو به من عظیم است و جان مرا از هاویه اسفل رهانیده‌ای. (Sheol h7585) | ۱۳ |
14 O God, the proud are risen up against me, and the congregation of violent men have sought after my soul, and have not set thee before them.
| ای خدا متکبران بر من برخاسته اندو گروهی از ظالمان قصد جان من دارند و تو را در مد نظر خود نمی آورند. | ۱۴ |
15 But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy and truth.
| و تو‌ای خداوندخدای رحیم و کریم هستی. دیر غضب و پر ازرحمت و راستی. | ۱۵ |
16 O turn unto me, and have mercy upon me; give thy strength unto thy servant, and save the son of thine handmaid.
| بسوی من التفات کن و بر من کرم فرما. قوت خود را به بنده ات بده و پسر کنیزخود را نجات‌بخش. | ۱۶ |
17 Shew me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed, because thou, LORD, hast holpen me, and comforted me,
| علامت خوبی را به من بنما تا آنانی که از من نفرت دارند آن را دیده، خجل شوند زیرا که تو‌ای خداوند مرا اعانت کرده و تسلی داده‌ای. | ۱۷ |
