< Psalms 70 >
1 For the Chief Musician. [A Psalm] of David; to bring to remembrance. [Make haste], O God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O LORD.
[Aka mawt ham David kah a ngaidam te] Kai aka huul ham Pathen nang ha om lah. Kai bomkung la BOEIPA nang ha tawn uh lah.
2 Let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul: let them be turned backward and brought to dishonour that delight in my hurt.
Ka hinglu aka mae rhoek te yahpok uh saeh lamtah a hmai tal uh saeh. Kai kah yoethae aka omtoem rhoek khaw a hnuk la balkhong uh saeh lamtah a hmaithae uh saeh.
3 Let them be turned back by reason of their shame that say, Aha, Aha.
“Ahuei ahuei,” aka ti rhoek khaw yahpohnah la amamih kah thapang la bal saeh.
4 Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee; and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.
Nang aka tlap rhoek boeih tah namah dongah ngaingaih uh vetih a kohoe uh ni. Namah kah khangnah aka lungnah rhoek loh, “Pathen te pomsang yoeyah uh,” ti uh saeh.
5 But I am poor and needy; make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O LORD, make no tarrying.
Tedae kai he mangdaeng neh khodaeng ni. Pathen aw kai aka bomkung ham kai taengla na tawn uh tih kai aka hlawt ham BOEIPA nang na uelh moenih.
