< Psalms 64 >

1 For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. Hear my voice, O God, in my complaint: preserve my life from fear of the enemy.
MAING Kot, kotin ereki ngil ai ni ai insensued. Kom kotin sinsila maur i mon ai imwintiti weit.
2 Hide me from the secret counsel of evil-doers; from the tumult of the workers of iniquity:
Kom kotin karuki ia la sang mon pokon en me sued akan, mon pwin en me wia sapung kan.
3 Who have whet their tongue like a sword, and have aimed their arrows, even bitter words:
Me kin ada lo’rail dueta kodlas pot, o me kaonopada ar kasik katieu, iei ar lokaia sued,
4 That they may shoot in secret places at the perfect: suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not.
Pwen rir kasikiedi me lelapok o; madang re pan kasikiedi i, o sota insenoki.
5 They encourage themselves in an evil purpose; they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them?
Irail me weit ni ar tiak sued, o re kin inda, duen ar pan insar, o re kin inda: Is me pan kak kilang?
6 They search out iniquities; We have accomplished, [say they], a diligent search: and the inward thought of every one, and the heart, is deep.
Irail kin madamadaua duen me sued. Kitail kapwaiadar, karos kileledier. Mongiong en aramas me widing o meid koiok ni morsued.
7 But God shall shoot at them; with an arrow suddenly shall they be wounded.
A Kot pan kotin kasik ir edi madang, pwen kamadak ong ir.
8 So they shall be made to stumble, their own tongue being against them: all that see them shall wag the head.
Pein lo arail pan kapup ir edi, o karos, me pan kilang, pan kaurureki.
9 And all men shall fear; and they shall declare the work of God, and shall wisely consider of his doing.
O aramas karos pan masak o inda: Mepukat Kot kotin wiadar. O re pan asa, me i sapwilim a dodok.
10 The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall trust in him; and all the upright in heart shall glory.
Me pung o pan perenki Ieowa, o pan liki i, o me lelapok kan karos pan pereperen.
