Psalms 64

1 For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. Hear my voice, O God, in my complaint: preserve my life from fear of the enemy.

ಸಂಗೀತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕನಿಗಾಗಿರುವ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ದೂರುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದಿಡುವಾಗ ನನ್ನ ಬಿನ್ನಹವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿರಿ. ಶತ್ರುವಿನ ಹೆದರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿರಿ.

2 Hide me from the secret counsel of evil-doers; from the tumult of the workers of iniquity:

ದುರ್ಮಾರ್ಗಿಗಳ ಗುಪ್ತ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗಳಿಗೂ, ದುಷ್ಟರ ಒಳಸಂಚಿಗೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಮರೆಮಾಡಿರಿ.

3 Who have whet their tongue like a sword, and have aimed their arrows, even bitter words:

ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಖಡ್ಗದಂತೆ ಮಸೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.

4 That they may shoot in secret places at the perfect: suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not.

ನಿರ್ದೋಷಿಯ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಕಹಿಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಾಣದಂತೆ ಗುರಿಯಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಂಜದೆ ಫಕ್ಕನೆ ಅವನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಎಸೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.

5 They encourage themselves in an evil purpose; they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them?

ತಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಕೇಡನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ರಹಸ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಬಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಡ್ಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ, “ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವವರು ಯಾರು?” ಎಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.

6 They search out iniquities; We have accomplished, [say they], a diligent search: and the inward thought of every one, and the heart, is deep.

ಅವರು ಅನ್ಯಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿ, “ನಾವು ಒಳ್ಳೇ ಉಪಾಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ,” ಅಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಮಾನವರ ಆಂತರ್ಯವೂ ಹೃದಯವೂ ಕುಯುಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದೆ.

7 But God shall shoot at them; with an arrow suddenly shall they be wounded.

ಆದರೆ ದೇವರು ಅವರ ಬಾಣದಿಂದಲೇ, ಫಕ್ಕನೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಗಾಯಗಳಾಗುವಂತೆ ಅನುಮತಿಸುವರು.

8 So they shall be made to stumble, their own tongue being against them: all that see them shall wag the head.

ಹೀಗೆ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯಿಂದ ತಾವೇ ಎಡವಿ ಬೀಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು. ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ತಲೆಯಾಡಿಸಿ ಅಣಕಿಸುವರು.

9 And all men shall fear; and they shall declare the work of God, and shall wisely consider of his doing.

ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನುಷ್ಯರೂ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟು ದೇವರ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾರುವರು. ದೇವರು ಮಾಡಿದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಲೋಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು.

10 The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall trust in him; and all the upright in heart shall glory.

ನೀತಿವಂತರು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದಪಟ್ಟು ದೇವರನ್ನೇ ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು. ಸರಳ ಹೃದಯದವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಮಹಿಮೆಪಡಿಸುವರು.
