Psalms 61

1 For the Chief Musician; on a stringed instrument. [A Psalm] of David. Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer.

Начальнику хора. На струнном орудии. Псалом Давида. Услышь, Боже, вопль мой, внемли молитве моей!

2 From the end of the earth will I call unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

От конца земли взываю к Тебе в унынии сердца моего; возведи меня на скалу, для меня недосягаемую,

3 For thou hast been a refuge for me, a strong tower from the enemy.

ибо Ты прибежище мое, Ты крепкая защита от врага.

4 I will dwell in thy tabernacle for ever: I will take refuge in the covert of thy wings. (Selah)

Да живу я вечно в жилище Твоем и покоюсь под кровом крыл Твоих,

5 For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given [me] the heritage of those that fear thy name.

ибо Ты, Боже, услышал обеты мои и дал мне наследие боящихся имени Твоего.

6 Thou wilt prolong the king’s life: his years shall be as many generations.

Приложи дни ко дням царя, лета его продли в род и род,

7 He shall abide before God for ever: O prepare lovingkindness and truth, that they may preserve him.

да пребудет он вечно пред Богом; заповедуй милости и истине охранять его.

8 So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows.

И я буду петь имени Твоему вовек, исполняя обеты мои всякий день.
