Psalms 60
1 For the Chief Musician; set to Shushan Eduth: Michtam of David, to teach: when he strove with Aram-naharaim and with Aram-zobah, and Joab returned, and smote of Edom in the Valley of Salt twelve thousand. O God, thou hast cast us off, thou hast broken us down; thou hast been angry; O restore us again.
हे परमेश्वर, तपाईंले हामीलाई फाल्नुभएको छ । तपाईंले हाम्रा सुरक्षाहरू तोड्नुभएको छ । तपाईं रिसाउनुभएको छ । हामीलाई फेरि पुनर्स्थापना गर्नुहोस् ।
2 Thou hast made the land to tremble; thou hast rent it: heal the breaches thereof; for it shaketh.
तपाईंले देशलाई कम्पित पार्नुभएको छ । तपाईंले यसलाई टुक्रा पार्नुभएको छ । यसका दरारहरू निको पार्नुहोस्, किनकि यो कामिरहेको छ ।
3 Thou hast shewed thy people hard things: thou hast made us to drink the wine of staggering.
तपाईंले आफ्ना मानिसहरूलाई कठिन कुराहरू देख्न लगाउनुभएको छ । तपाईंले हामीलाई धरमराउने दाखमद्य पिउन लगाउनुभएको छ ।
4 Thou hast given a banner to them that fear thee, that it may be displayed because of the truth. (Selah)
धनुधारीहरूका विरुद्धमा प्रदर्शन गर्नलाई तपाईंलाई आदर गर्नेहरूको निम्ति तपाईंले झन्डा खडा गर्नुभएको छ । सेला
5 That thy beloved may be delivered, save with thy right hand, and answer us.
ताकि तपाईंले प्रेम गर्नुभएकाहरू बाँचून्, हामीलाई तपाईंको दाहिने बाहुलिले बचाउनुहोस् र मलाई जवाफ दिनुहोस् ।
6 God hath spoken in his holiness; I will exult: I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.
परमेश्वरले आफ्नो पवित्रतामा बोल्नुभएको छ, “म आनन्दित हुनेछु । म शकेमलाई बाँड्नेछु र सुक्कोतको बेसीलाई भाग लगाउनेछु ।
7 Gilead is mine, and Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the defence of mine head; Judah is my sceptre.
गिलाद मेरो हो, मनश्शे मेरो हो । एफ्राइम मेरो टोप हो । यहूदा मेरो राजदण्ड हो ।
8 Moab is my washpot; upon Edom will I cast my shoe: Philistia, shout thou because of me.
मोआब मेरो बाटा हो । एदोममा म आफ्नो जुत्ता फुकाल्छु । पलिश्तीको कारणले म विजयमा कराउनेछु ।”
9 Who will bring me into the strong city? who hath led me unto Edom?
कसले मलाई बलियो सहरमा ल्याउनेछ? कसले मलाई एदोममा लानेछ?
10 Hast not thou, O God, cast us off? and thou goest not forth, O God, with our hosts.
तर हे परमेश्वर, के तपाईंले हामीलाई इन्कार गर्नुभएको छैन र? तपाईं हाम्रा फौजसँग युद्धमा जानुहुन्न ।
11 Give us help against the adversary: for vain is the help of man.
शत्रुका विरुद्धमा हामीलाई सहायता दिनुहोस्, किनकि मानिसको सहायता व्यार्थको हुन्छ ।
12 Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our adversaries.
परमेश्वरको सहायताले हामी विजयी हुनेछौं । उहाँले हाम्रा शत्रुहरूलाई कुल्चनुहुनेछ ।
