Psalms 5
1 For the Chief Musician; with the Nehiloth. A Psalm of David. Give ear to my words, O LORD, consider my (meditation)
Phavi neh aka mawt rhoek ham David kah Tingtoenglung Aw BOEIPA ka ol he hna han kaeng lamtah, ka kohnuenah he yakming lah.
2 Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto thee do I pray.
Nang taengah ka thangthui dongah ka manghai neh Pathen aw ka rhah ol te hnatung lah.
3 O LORD, in the morning shalt thou hear my voice; in the morning will I order [my prayer] unto thee, and will keep watch.
Aw BOEIPA mincang ah ka ol nan yaak tih, nang taengla mincang ah rhongpai ham khaw ka tawt.
4 For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: evil shall not sojourn with thee.
Nang tah halangnah aka omtoem Pathen la na om pawt dongah, boethae khaw na kuep sak pawh.
5 The arrogant shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.
Aka thangthen rhoek khaw na mikhmuh ah pai thai pawh, boethae la aka saii boeih khaw na hmuhuet.
6 Thou shalt destroy them that speak lies: the LORD abhorreth the bloodthirsty and deceitful man.
Laithae aka thui rhoek te na milh sak tih, hlang thii aka haal neh hlangthai palat te BOEIPA loh a tuei.
7 But as for me, in the multitude of thy lovingkindness will I come into thy house: in thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.
Tedae, kai tah namah kah sitlohnah a baetawt rhang neh na imkhui la ka kun vetih, nang hinyahnah neh na bawkim cim taengah ka bakop ni.
8 Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; make thy way plain before my face.
Aw BOEIPA, ka lungawn rhoek kawng dongah na duengnah neh kai mawt lah. Na longpuei te kai hmai ah dueng khaw dueng sak.
9 For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part is very wickedness: their throat is an open sepulchre; they flatter with their tongue.
A ka lamkah te cikngae pawt tih, a khui ah khaw a talnah om. A olrhong te phuel la ong uh tih, a ol neh hoem uh.
10 Hold them guilty, O God; let them fall by their own counsels: thrust them out in the multitude of their transgressions; for they have rebelled against thee.
Pathen nang loh amih te boe sak nawn. Amamih kah tholh a khawk dongah a cilkhih nen te paloe sak. Namah te n'koek uh dongah amih te heh laeh.
11 But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice, let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.
Tedae namah dongah aka ying boeih loh a kohoe uh saeh lamtah kumhal ah tamhoe uh saeh. Te vaengah amih te na thingthung tih na ming aka lungnah rhoek loh namah ming neh sundaep uh saeh.
12 For thou wilt bless the righteous; O LORD, thou wilt compass him with favour as with a shield.
Aka dueng te yoethen na paek. Aw BOEIPA, anih te kolonah neh photlinglen bangla na bai sak.
