Psalms 35
1 [A Psalm] of David. Strive thou, O LORD, with them that strive with me: fight thou against them that fight against me.
ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ಮಾಡುವವರ ಸಂಗಡ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿರಿ; ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡುವವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಯುದ್ಧಮಾಡಿರಿ.
2 Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for mine help.
ಗುರಾಣಿಯನ್ನೂ ಖಡ್ಗವನ್ನೂ ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು ನನ್ನ ಸಹಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಎದ್ದು ಬನ್ನಿರಿ.
3 Draw out also the spear, and stop the way against them that pursue me: say unto my soul, I am thy salvation.
ಬರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನೂ ಭಲ್ಲೆಯನ್ನೂ ಹಿಡಿದು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸಿಸುವವರಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಅಡ್ಡಗಟ್ಟಿರಿ. “ನಾನೇ ನಿಮ್ಮ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ” ಎಂದು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿರಿ.
4 Let them be ashamed and brought to dishonour that seek after my soul: let them be turned back and confounded that devise my hurt.
ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುವವರು ನಾಚಿಕೆಪಟ್ಟು ಅವಮಾನ ಹೊಂದಲಿ; ನನಗೆ ಕೇಡನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವವರು ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿ ಲಜ್ಜೆಪಡಲಿ.
5 Let them be as chaff before the wind, and the angel of the LORD driving [them] on.
ಅವರು ಗಾಳಿಗೆ ಹಾರುವ ಹೊಟ್ಟಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ಆಗಲಿ; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ದೂತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಟ್ಟಲಿ.
6 Let their way be dark and slippery, and the angel of the LORD pursuing them.
ಅಂಥವರ ಮಾರ್ಗವು ಕತ್ತಲೆಯೂ ಜಾರುವಿಕೆಯೂ ಆಗಿರಲಿ; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ದೂತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಟ್ಟಲಿ.
7 For without cause have they hid for me their net [in] a pit, without cause have they digged [a pit] for my soul.
ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಬಲೆಯನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಒಡ್ಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನನಗೆ ಗುಂಡಿಯನ್ನು ಅಗೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
8 Let destruction come upon him at unawares; and let his net that he hath hid catch himself: with destruction let him fall therein.
ನಾಶವು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಬರಲಿ; ಅವರು ಅಡಗಿಸಿಟ್ಟ ಬಲೆಯು ಅವರನ್ನೇ ಹಿಡಿಯಲಿ; ವಿನಾಶನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಗುಂಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀಳಲಿ.
9 And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in his salvation.
ಆಗ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲಾಸಗೊಂಡು, ದೇವರ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷಿಸುವುದು.
10 All my bones shall say, LORD, who is like unto thee, which deliverest the poor from him that is too strong for him, yea, the poor and the needy from him that spoileth him?
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, “ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹಾಗೆ ಯಾರು ಇದ್ದಾರೆ? ಬಡವನನ್ನು ಅವನಿಗಿಂತ ಬಲಿಷ್ಠನಿಂದ ಕಾಪಾಡುತ್ತೀರಿ ದರಿದ್ರನನ್ನೂ, ಕೊರತೆಯುಳ್ಳವನನ್ನೂ ಸುಲಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವವನಿಂದ ಬಿಡಿಸುತ್ತೀರಿ,” ಎಂದು ನನ್ನ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಾಣವೇ ಹೇಳುವುದು.
11 Unrighteous witnesses rise up; they ask me of things that I know not.
ಸುಳ್ಳುಸಾಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ನನಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಎದ್ದು, ನಾನು ತಿಳಿಯದವುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
12 They reward me evil for good, [to] the bereaving of my soul.
ನನ್ನ ಉಪಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ನನಗೆ ಕೇಡನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ದುಃಖದಲ್ಲಿರುವವರಂತೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರೆ
13 But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth: I afflicted my soul with fasting; and my prayer returned into mine own bosom.
ನಾನಾದರೋ ಅವರು ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರಾದಾಗ ಗೋಣಿತಟ್ಟು ಹೊದ್ದುಕೊಂಡು ಉಪವಾಸದಿಂದ ತಗ್ಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡೆನು; ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ದೊರೆಯಲಿಲ್ಲ.
14 I behaved myself as though it had been my friend or my brother: I bowed down mourning, as one that bewaileth his mother.
ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥರಾದವನು ನನಗೆ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನೂ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಸಹೋದರನೂ ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ನನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಗಾಗಿ ದುಃಖಪಡುವವನ ಹಾಗೆ ಭಾರವುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿ ತಲೆಬಾಗಿ ಅಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆನು.
15 But when I halted they rejoiced, and gathered themselves together: the abjects gathered themselves together against me, and I knew [it] not; they did tear me, and ceased not:
ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಎಡವಿದಾಗ ಅವರು ಸಂತೋಷಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಕೂಡಿಕೊಂಡರು; ಹೌದು, ದೂಷಕರು ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯದೆ ನನ್ನ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಕೂಡಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಅವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ದೂಷಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.
16 Like the profane mockers in feasts, they gnashed upon me with their teeth.
ಔತಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗೇಲಿಮಾಡುವ ಕಪಟಿಗಳಂತೆ ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಲ್ಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.
17 Lord, how long wilt thou look on? rescue my soul from their destructions, my darling from the lions.
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ಎಷ್ಟರವರೆಗೆ ನೀವು ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ ನೋಡುತ್ತಾ ಇರುವಿರಿ? ಅವರ ಅಪಾಯಗಳಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿರಿ. ಆ ಸಿಂಹಗಳಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನೂ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿರಿ.
18 I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will praise thee among much people.
ಆಗ ನಾನು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸಭೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡುವೆನು; ಬಹುಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುವೆನು.
19 Let not them that are mine enemies wrongfully rejoice over me: neither let them wink with the eye that hate me without a cause.
ನಿಷ್ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿರುವ ನನ್ನ ಶತ್ರುಗಳು ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುಳ್ಳಾಗಿ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡದೆ ಇರಲಿ; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ದ್ವೇಷಿಸುವವರು ಕಣ್ಣು ಸನ್ನೆ ಮಾಡದೆ ಇರಲಿ.
20 For they speak not peace: but they devise deceitful words against them that are quiet in the land.
ಅವರು ಅಸಮಾಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಶಾಂತರಾಗಿ ಬಾಳುವವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೋಸದ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
21 Yea, they opened their mouth wide against me; they said, Aha, aha, our eye hath seen it.
ಹೌದು, ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬಾಯನ್ನು ತೆರೆದು ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ, “ಆಹಾ, ಆಹಾ, ನಾವು ಕಣ್ಣಾರೆ ಕಂಡೆವು,” ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ.
22 Thou hast seen it, O LORD; keep not silence: O Lord, be not far from me.
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನೀವು ಇದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ಮೌನವಾಗಿರಬೇಡಿರಿ; ನನಗೆ ದೂರವಾಗಿರಲೂ ಬೇಡಿರಿ.
23 Stir up thyself, and awake to my judgment, [even] unto my cause, my God and my Lord.
ನನ್ನ ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಿರಿ, ನನ್ನ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯದ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಎದ್ದೇಳಿರಿ.
24 Judge me, O LORD my God, according to thy righteousness; and let them not rejoice over me.
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೀತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನನಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸಿರಿ; ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡದೆ ಇರಲಿ.
25 Let them not say in their heart, Aha, so would we have it: let them not say, We have swallowed him up.
ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ, “ಆಹಾ, ನಮ್ಮ ಇಷ್ಟವೇ ನೆರವೇರಿತು,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳದಿರಲಿ; “ಅವನನ್ನು ನುಂಗಿಬಿಟ್ಟೆವು,” ಎಂದೂ ಅವರು ಹೇಳದೇ ಇರಲಿ.
26 Let them be ashamed and confounded together that rejoice at mine hurt: let them be clothed with shame and dishonour that magnify themselves against me.
ನನ್ನ ಕೇಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುವವರು ನಾಚಿಕೊಂಡು ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಕಳವಳಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿ; ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರು ನಾಚಿಕೆಯನ್ನೂ ಅವಮಾನವನ್ನೂ ಹೊಂದಲಿ.
27 Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, The LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.
ನನ್ನ ನೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುವವರು ಉತ್ಸಾಹಧ್ವನಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಆನಂದಪಡಲಿ; “ಹೌದು, ತಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕನ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುವ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಮಹಿಮೆಪಡಲಿ,” ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಹೇಳಲಿ.
28 And my tongue shall talk of thy righteousness, [and] of thy praise all the day long.
ಆಗ ನನ್ನ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನೂ ದಿನವೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರವನ್ನೂ ವರ್ಣಿಸುವುದು.
