Psalms 17
1 A Prayer of David. Hear the right, O LORD, attend unto my cry; give ear unto my prayer, that goeth not out of feigned lips.
১হে যিহোৱা, তুমি ন্যায় কথা শুনা; মোৰ কাতৰোক্তিলৈ মনোযোগ দিয়া; ছলনাকাৰী ওঁঠেৰে নকৰা মোৰ প্ৰাৰ্থনালৈ কাণ পাতা।
2 Let my sentence come forth from thy presence; let thine eyes look upon equity.
২মোৰ ওপৰত তোমাৰ বিচাৰ যেন ন্যায্য হয়; যি সত্য, তাক তোমাৰ দুচকুৱে দেখক।
3 Thou hast proved mine heart; thou hast visited me in the night; thou hast tried me, and findest nothing; I am purposed that my mouth shall not transgress.
৩যদি তুমি মোৰ হৃদয় পৰীক্ষা কৰা; ৰাতি মোৰ কাষলৈ আহাঁ; যদি মোক খপি পুৰি পৰীক্ষাও কৰা, তুমি মোত একো দুষ্টতা বিচাৰি নাপাবা; মই সিদ্ধান্ত কৰিলোঁ, মোৰ মুখে অপৰাধ নকৰে।
4 As for the works of men, by the word of thy lips I have kept me from the ways of the violent.
৪মানুহে যিবোৰ কার্য কৰে, সেয়া নকৰি, মই তোমাৰ ওঁঠৰ বাক্যৰ সহায়ত উচ্ছৃঙ্খল পথৰ পৰা মই নিজকে পৃথক কৰি ৰাখিছোঁ।
5 My steps have held fast to thy paths, my feet have not slipped.
৫তোমাৰ পথতে মই মোৰ ভৰি স্থিৰে ৰাখিছো; মোৰ ভৰি পিছল খোৱা নাই।
6 I have called upon thee, for thou wilt answer me, O God: incline thine ear unto me, [and] hear my speech.
৬হে ঈশ্বৰ, মই তোমাৰ ওচৰত প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰিছোঁ, কিয়নো তুমি মোক উত্তৰ দিবা; মোৰ প্রার্থনালৈ কাণ পাতা, মোৰ কথা শুনা।
7 Shew thy marvelous lovingkindness, O thou that savest them which put their trust [in thee] from those that rise up [against them], by thy right hand.
৭তোমাৰ গভীৰ প্রেম, আশ্চর্যভাৱে প্রকাশ কৰা; হে ত্রাণকর্তা, শত্রুৰ হাতৰ পৰা ৰক্ষা পাবৰ কাৰণে যি সকলে তোমাত আশ্ৰয় লয়, তুমি তেওঁলোকক তোমাৰ সোঁ-হাতেৰে ৰক্ষা কৰা।
8 Keep me as the apple of the eye, hide me under the shadow of thy wings,
৮চকুৰ মণিৰ দৰেই তুমি মোৰ ৰক্ষক হোৱা; তুমি মোক তোমাৰ ডেউকাৰ ছাঁত লুকুৱাই ৰাখা;
9 From the wicked that spoil me, my deadly enemies, that compass me about.
৯যি সকলে মোৰ ওপৰত উৎপীড়ন কৰে, সেই দুষ্ট লোকসকলৰ পৰা, যিসকলে প্রাণ-নাশৰ কাৰণে মোক ঘেৰি ৰাখিছে, সেই শত্রুবোৰৰ পৰা, তুমি মোক তোমাৰ ডেউকাৰ তলত লুকুৱাই ৰাখা।
10 They are enclosed in their own fat: with their mouth they speak proudly.
১০তেওঁলোকে তেওঁলোকৰ হৃদয়ত থকা মমতাৰ দুৱাৰ বন্ধ কৰি ৰাখিছে, তেওঁলোকে মুখেৰে অহংকাৰৰ কথা কয়;
11 They have now compassed us in our steps: they set their eyes to cast [us] down to the earth.
১১তেওঁলোকে মোক বিচাৰিলে আৰু এতিয়া মোক চাৰিওফালে ঘেৰি ধৰিছে; তেওঁলোকে মোৰ ওপৰত চোকা দৃষ্টি ৰাখিছে, যাতে মোক মাটিত পেলাব পাৰে।
12 He is like a lion that is greedy of his prey, and as it were a young lion lurking in secret places.
১২তেওঁলোক চিকাৰ ছিৰা-ছিৰ কৰিবলৈ আগ্রহী হোৱা সিংহৰ নিচিনা; গোপনে খাপ পাতি থকা ডেকা সিংহৰ সদৃশ।
13 Arise, O LORD, confront him, cast him down: deliver my soul from the wicked by thy sword;
১৩হে যিহোৱা, তুমি উঠা, তেওঁলোকক আক্ৰমণ কৰা, তেওঁলোকক দলিয়াই পেলোৱা; তোমাৰ তৰোৱালৰ দ্বাৰাই দুষ্ট লোকৰ পৰা মোৰ জীৱন ৰক্ষা কৰা।
14 From men, by thy hand, O LORD, from men of the world, whose portion is in [this] life, and whose belly thou fillest with thy treasure: they are satisfied with children, and leave the rest of their substance to their babes.
১৪হে যিহোৱা, মর্ত্যৰ লোকসকলৰ পৰা তোমাৰ নিজ হাতেৰে মোক ৰক্ষা কৰা; সেই মর্ত্য লোকসকলৰ পৰা মোক ৰক্ষা কৰা, যিসকলৰ জীৱনৰ অংশ কেৱল এই পৃথিৱীতে আছে। তোমাৰ বহুমূল্য সম্পদেৰে তেওঁলোকৰ উদৰ পূৰ হওঁক, তেওঁলোকৰ সন্তানৰ সংখ্যা অনেক হওঁক, শিশুসকলৰ কাৰণে তেওঁলোকে নিজৰ ধন-সম্পদ ৰাখি যাওঁক।
15 As for me, I shall behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness.
১৫কিন্তু মই হ’লে ধাৰ্মিকতাৰ গুণে তোমাৰ মুখ দেখা পাম; মই যেতিয়া সাৰ পাম, তোমাৰ প্রতিমূর্তি দেখি মই পৰিতৃপ্ত হম।
