Psalms 131

1 A Song of Ascents; of David. LORD, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty; neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too wonderful for me.

ದಾವೀದನ ಯಾತ್ರಾ ಗೀತೆ. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವು ಗರ್ವದ್ದಲ್ಲ, ನನಗೆ ಸೊಕ್ಕಿನ ಕಣ್ಣಿಲ್ಲ ದೊಡ್ಡ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನನಗೆ ನಿಲುಕಲಾರದವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಾನು ಕೈ ಹಾಕುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

2 Surely I have stilled and quieted my soul; like a weaned child with his mother, my soul is with me like a weaned child.

ಆದರೆ ಹಾಲುಬಿಡಿಸಿದ ಕೂಸು ತನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಮಡಿಲಲ್ಲಿರುವಂತೆ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನಾನು ತಾಯಿಯ ಮಡಿಲಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕೂಸಿನಂತೆ ಸಂತೃಪ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಇದ್ದೇನೆ.

3 O Israel, hope in the LORD from this time forth and for evermore.

ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲೇ, ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನಿಡು. ಈಗಲೂ, ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿಂದಿರು.
