Psalms 118

1 O GIVE thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy [endureth] for ever.

၁ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကောင်းမြတ် တော်မူ၍ ၊ ကရုဏာ တော် အစဉ် အမြဲတည် သောကြောင့် ၊ ဂုဏ်ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း ကြလော့။

2 Let Israel now say, that his mercy [endureth] for ever.

၂ကရုဏာ တော် အစဉ် အမြဲတည်သည်ဟု ဣသရေလ အမျိုး ဝန်ခံ စေ။

3 Let the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy [endureth] for ever.

၃ကရုဏာ တော် အစဉ် အမြဲတည်သည်ဟု အာရုန် အနွှယ် ဝန်ခံ စေ။

4 Let them now that fear the LORD say, that his mercy [endureth] for ever.

၄ကရုဏာ တော် အစဉ် အမြဲတည်သည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ သောသူတို့ သည် ဝန်ခံ ကြစေ။

5 Out of my distress I called upon the LORD: the LORD answered me [and set me] in a large place.

၅ငါသည် ကျဉ်းမြောင်း ရာထဲက ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို ခေါ် ၍၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် ကျယ်ဝန်း သော အရပ်ထဲသို့ သွင်း တော်မူ၏။

6 The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

၆ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ့ ဘက် မှာ ရှိတော်မူသည် ဖြစ်၍ကြောက် စရာမ ရှိ။ လူ သည် ငါ ၌ အဘယ်သို့ ပြု နိုင်သနည်း။

7 The LORD is on my side among them that help me: therefore shall I see [my desire] upon them that hate me.

၇ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ့ ဘက် ၌ မစ တော်မူသည် ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ငါ့ ကို မုန်း သောသူတို့၌ ငါ့ အလို ပြည့်စုံလိမ့်မည်။

8 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.

၈ထာဝရဘုရား ၌ ခိုလှုံ ခြင်းသည်၊ လူ ကို ကိုးစား ခြင်းထက် သာ၍ကောင်း ၏။

9 It is better to trust in the LORD, than to put confidence in princes.

၉ထာဝရဘုရား ၌ ခိုလှုံ ခြင်းသည် မင်း ကို ကိုးစား ခြင်းထက် သာ၍ကောင်း ၏။

10 All nations compassed me about: in the name of the LORD I will cut them off.

၁၀လူမျိုး အပေါင်း တို့သည် ငါ့ ကိုဝိုင်း ကြသော်လည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမတော် အားဖြင့် သူ တို့ကို ပယ် ဖြတ် ရ၏။

11 They compassed me about; yea, they compassed me about: in the name of the LORD I will cut them off.

၁၁ငါ့ ကိုဝိုင်း ကြ၏။ ဝိုင်း ကြသော်လည်း ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမတော် အားဖြင့် သူ တို့ကို ပယ် ဖြတ်ရ၏။

12 They compassed me about like bees; they are quenched as the fire of thorns: in the name of the LORD I will cut them off.

၁၂ပျား များကဲ့သို့ ငါ့ ကိုဝိုင်း ၍ အုံကြသော်လည်း၊ ဆူး ပင်ကို လောင်သော မီး ကဲ့သို့ ငြိမ်း ကြ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမတော် အားဖြင့် သူ တို့ကို ပယ် ဖြတ်ရ၏။

13 Thou didst thrust sore at me that I might fall: but the LORD helped me.

၁၃သင်သည် ငါ့ ကိုလှဲ ခြင်းငှါ ပြင်းထန်စွာ တွန်း သော်လည်း ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ့ ကိုမစ တော်မူ၏။

14 The LORD is my strength and song; and he is become my salvation.

၁၄ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် ငါ ၏အစွမ်း သတ္တိ၊ ငါသီချင်း ဆိုရာအကြောင်း ၊ ငါ့ ကို ကယ်တင် ခြင်းအကြောင်း ဖြစ် တော်မူ၏။

15 The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.

၁၅ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့ ၏ နေရာ ၌ ဝမ်းမြောက် ခြင်းအသံနှင့် ကယ်တင် ခြင်းအသံ ရှိ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ လက်ျာ လက်တော်သည် ကြီး သောအမှုကိုပြု ၏။

16 The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.

၁၆ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ လက်ျာ လက်တော်သည် ချီးမြှင့် လျက်ရှိ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ လက်ျာ လက်တော် သည် ကြီး သောအမှုကိုပြု ၏။

17 I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.

၁၇ငါမ သေ ရသေး။ အသက်ရှင် ၍ ထာဝရ ဘုရား ၏ အမှုတော် တို့ကို ကြား ပြောရဦးမည်။

18 The LORD hath chastened me sore: but he hath not given me over unto death.

၁၈ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် ငါ့ ကိုကျပ်တည်းစွာ ဆုံးမ သော်လည်း ၊ သေ ခြင်း၌ အပ် တော်မ မူသေး။

19 Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will enter into them, I will give thanks unto the LORD.

၁၉ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတံခါး တို့ကို ငါ့ အား ဖွင့် ကြ။ ငါဝင် ၍ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း ရမည်။

20 This is the gate of the LORD; the righteous shall enter into it.

၂၀ဤ တံခါးသည် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ တံခါး ဖြစ်၏။ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့ သည် ဝင် ရကြ၏။

21 I will give thanks unto thee, for thou hast answered me, and art become my salvation.

၂၁ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ် ချီးမွမ်း ပါမည်။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ စကား ကို နားထောင် ၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ကယ်တင် တော်မူ၏။

22 The stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner.

၂၂တိုက်ကို တည်လုပ် သော သူများပယ် ထားသော ကျောက် သည် နောက်တဖန် တိုက်ထောင့် အထွဋ် ဖျားသို့ ရောက် ပြန်၏။

23 This is the LORD’S doing; it is marvelous in our eyes.

၂၃ထို အမှုသည် ထာဝရဘုရား ပြုတော်မူသောအမှုဖြစ် ၏။ ငါ တို့ မျက်မှောက် ၌ လည်း အံ့ဩ ဘွယ်ဖြစ်၏။

24 This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

၂၄ဤ နေ့ရက် သည် ထာဝရဘုရား စီရင် တော်မူသော နေ့ရက်ဖြစ်၍၊ ယနေ့ဝမ်းမြောက် ရွှင်လန်း ကြကုန် အံ့။

25 Save now, we beseech thee, O LORD: O LORD, we beseech thee, send now prosperity.

၂၅အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကယ်တင် တော်မူပါဟု တောင်းပန်ပါ၏။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကောင်းကြီး မင်္ဂလာကို ပေးတော်မူပါဟု တောင်းပန်ပါ၏။

26 Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the LORD: we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD.

၂၆ထာဝရဘုရား ၏အခွင့် နှင့် ကြွလာ သောသူသည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိစေသတည်း။ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ အိမ် တော် ထဲက အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးကြပါ၏။

27 The LORD is God, and he hath given us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar.

၂၇ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဘုရား သခင်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ငါ တို့၌ ရောင်ခြည် တော်ကို လွှတ်တော်မူ၏။ ယဇ် တင်ရန် အကောင်ကို ယဇ် ပလ္လင်ဦးချို ၌ ကြိုး နှင့် ချည် ကြလော့။

28 Thou art my God, and I will give thanks unto thee: thou art my God, I will exalt thee.

၂၈ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား ဖြစ်တော်မူ၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ချီးမွမ်း ပါမည်။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ဘုရား ဖြစ်တော်မူ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ချီးမြှောက် ပါမည်။

29 O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy [endureth] for ever.

၂၉ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကောင်းမြတ် တော်မူ၍ ၊ ကရုဏာ တော် အစဉ် အမြဲတည်သောကြောင့် ၊ ဂုဏ် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း ကြလော့။
