Psalms 113

1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise, O ye servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD.

परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर । हे परमप्रभुका सेवकहरू हो, उहाँको प्रशंसा गर । परमप्रभुको नाउँको प्रशंसा गर ।

2 Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and for evermore.

परमप्रभुको नाउँ अहिले र सदासर्वदा धन्यको होस् ।

3 From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the LORD’S name is to be praised.

सूर्य उदायदेखि त्‍यो नअस्‍ताएसम्म नै, परमप्रभुको नाउँको प्रशंसा हुनुपर्छ ।

4 The LORD is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.

परमप्रभु सबै जातिभन्दा उच्‍च हुनुहुन्‍छ र उहाँको महिमा आकाशसम्‍म पुग्‍छ ।

5 Who is like unto the LORD our God, that hath his seat on high,

परमप्रभु हाम्रा परमेश्‍वरझैं को छ र, जसको आफ्‍नो आसन उच्‍चमा छ,

6 That humbleth himself to behold [the things that are] in heaven and in the earth?

जसले तल आकाश र पृथ्वीमा हे्र्नुहुन्छ?

7 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the needy from the dunghill;

उहाँले गरीबलाई फोहोरबाट उठाउनुहुन्‍छ र दरिद्रलाई खरानीको थुप्रोबाट उचाल्‍नुहुन्‍छ,

8 That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.

ताकि उहाँले त्यसलाई शासकहरूसित, त्यसका मानिसहरूका शासकहरूसित बसाल्‍नुहुन्छ ।

9 He maketh the barren woman to keep house, [and to be] a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the LORD.

उहाँले घरकी बाँझी स्‍त्रीलाई घर दिनुहुन्छ । उहाँले त्यसलाई छोराछोरीकी आनन्‍दित आमा बनाउनुहुन्छ । परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर ।
