Psalms 103
1 A Psalm of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul; and all that is within me, [bless] his holy name.
Dawid de. Me kra, kamfo Awurade; na me mu ade nyinaa nkamfo ne din kronkron no.
2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
Me kra, kamfo Awurade, na mma wo werɛ mmfi ne nneyɛe pa nyinaa,
3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
ɔno na ɔde wo mfomso nyinaa kyɛ wo na ɔsa wo nyarewa nyinaa,
4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies:
ogye wo nkwa fi ɔda mu, na ɔde adɔe ne mmɔborɔhunu bɔ wo abotiri,
5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; [so that] thy youth is renewed like the eagle.
ɔde nnepa ma wo sɛ wʼapɛde, na wo mmerantebere yɛ foforo sɛ ɔkɔre.
6 The LORD executeth righteous acts, and judgments for all that are oppressed.
Awurade yɛ adetrenee, na obu wɔn a wɔhyɛ wɔn so nyinaa atɛntrenee.
7 He made known his ways unto Moses, his doings unto the children of Israel.
Ɔkyerɛɛ Mose nʼakwan, na ɔmaa Israelfo huu ne nneyɛe.
8 The LORD is full of compassion and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
Mmɔborɔhunufo ne ɔdomfo ne Awurade, ne bo kyɛ fuw na nʼadɔe dɔɔso.
9 He will not always chide; neither will he keep [his anger] for ever.
Ɔrenkɔ so mmɔ sobo, na ɔrennya yɛn ho menasepɔw nkosi daa;
10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins, nor rewarded us after our iniquities.
Ɔnhwɛ yɛn bɔne ne yɛn nni sɛnea ɛfata na ontua yɛn nnebɔne so ka sɛnea ɛte.
11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
Na sɛnea ɔsoro ne asase ntam ware no, saa ara na nʼadɔe so wɔ wɔn a wosuro no no so.
12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
Sɛnea apuei ne atɔe ntam ware no, saa ara na wama yɛn ne yɛn mmarato ntam kwan aware.
13 Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.
Sɛnea agya yam hyehyew no wɔ ne mma ho no, saa ara na Awurade yam hyehye no ma wɔn a wosuro no no;
14 For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.
na onim sɛnea wɔyɛɛ yɛn, ɔkae se yɛyɛ mfutuma.
15 As for man, his days are as grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
Ɔdesani de, ne nna te sɛ sare, ɔyɛ frɔmfrɔm sɛ nwura mu nhwiren;
16 For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.
sɛ mframa bɔ fa ne so a, na onni hɔ, na ne sibea nkae no bio.
17 But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;
Nanso efi mmeresanten kosi nnasanten Awurade adɔe wɔ wɔn a wosuro no so, na ne trenee wɔ wɔn mma mma so,
18 To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his precepts to do them.
wɔn a wodi nʼapam no so na wɔkae di ne mmara so.
19 The LORD hath established his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.
Awurade asi nʼahengua wɔ ɔsoro, na nʼahenni di ade nyinaa so.
20 Bless the LORD, ye angels of his: ye mighty in strength, that fulfill his word, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
Monkamfo Awurade, mo a moyɛ nʼabɔfo, mo atumfo a moyɛ nʼahyɛde, mo a mutie nʼasɛm.
21 Bless the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.
Monkamfo Awurade, ɔsoro asafo nyinaa, nʼasomfo a moyɛ nʼapɛde.
22 Bless the LORD, all ye his works, in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.
Monkamfo Awurade, ne nnwuma nyinaa; nea ɛwɔ nʼahenni mu nyinaa. Me kra, kamfo Awurade!
