Psalms 103
1 A Psalm of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul; and all that is within me, [bless] his holy name.
Por David. ¡Alabado sea Yahvé, alma mía! Todo lo que hay dentro de mí, alaba su santo nombre.
2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
Alaba a Yahvé, alma mía, y no olvides todos sus beneficios,
3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
que perdona todos tus pecados, que cura todas tus enfermedades,
4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies:
que redime tu vida de la destrucción, que te corona de bondad y misericordia,
5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; [so that] thy youth is renewed like the eagle.
que satisface tu deseo con cosas buenas, para que tu juventud se renueve como la del águila.
6 The LORD executeth righteous acts, and judgments for all that are oppressed.
Yahvé ejecuta actos justos, y justicia para todos los oprimidos.
7 He made known his ways unto Moses, his doings unto the children of Israel.
Dio a conocer sus caminos a Moisés, sus hechos a los hijos de Israel.
8 The LORD is full of compassion and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
El Señor es misericordioso y bondadoso, lento para la ira, y abundante en bondad amorosa.
9 He will not always chide; neither will he keep [his anger] for ever.
No siempre acusará; tampoco se quedará enfadado para siempre.
10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins, nor rewarded us after our iniquities.
No nos ha tratado según nuestros pecados, ni nos ha pagado nuestras iniquidades.
11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
Porque como los cielos son altos sobre la tierra, tan grande es su bondad para con los que le temen.
12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
Tan lejos como el este está del oeste, hasta ahora ha quitado de nosotros nuestras transgresiones.
13 Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.
Como un padre se compadece de sus hijos, por lo que Yahvé se compadece de los que le temen.
14 For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.
Porque él sabe cómo estamos hechos. Recuerda que somos polvo.
15 As for man, his days are as grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
En cuanto al hombre, sus días son como la hierba. Como una flor del campo, así florece.
16 For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.
Porque el viento pasa por encima, y se va. Su lugar ya no lo recuerda.
17 But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;
Pero la bondad de Yahvé es eterna con los que le temen, su justicia a los hijos de los hijos,
18 To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his precepts to do them.
a los que guardan su pacto, a los que se acuerdan de obedecer sus preceptos.
19 The LORD hath established his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.
Yahvé ha establecido su trono en los cielos. Su reino gobierna sobre todo.
20 Bless the LORD, ye angels of his: ye mighty in strength, that fulfill his word, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
Alabad a Yahvé, ángeles suyos, que son poderosos en fuerza, que cumplen su palabra, obedeciendo la voz de su palabra.
21 Bless the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.
Alabad a Yahvé, todos sus ejércitos, vosotros, siervos suyos, que hacéis su voluntad.
22 Bless the LORD, all ye his works, in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.
Alabad a Yahvé, todas sus obras, en todos los lugares de su dominio. ¡Alabado sea Yahvé, mi alma!
